I wanted to try my hand at slice of life, nothing more nothing less. In all honesty this is a conversation between adult and adolescent, can honestly be compared, to the way people have spoken to me aver the years.
This ending felt right,maybe one day I'll re write something similar and go full detail on how guys react to things compered to girls but like I said before this just felt right.

Everything begins to turn quiet, the wind stops moving and the sun's heat disappears.
''Looks like you figured it out. This whole place isn't real, the ground doesn't randomly move and people don't disappear.'' ''Blanks; the forbidden ones our abilities allows us to effectively erase Magic or Physical alterations.''
The world begins to change, as the sky begins to turn from blue to black, covered by endless smoke. As the screams of women and children can be heard at a distance.
''When the Council was first established we were unprepared for it all. Zordon had just died, effectively wiping out almost all evils in his dimension. Sailor Saturn had killed her realm, don't ask how that works.''
''Finally the God Emperor had just died and with that the Eldar god of Death was unleashed, so what does this all have to do with everything. Zordon represents the physical realm, Saturn represents the Magical and the Emperor with the God\Goddess represents the mixture.''

''You didn't mention the Nullifiers and you still haven't said who are the ones that use physical alterations.'' she answered
''So you have been paying attention, but for you to understand this you're going to have to see it for yourself. I present to you the Councils hidden secret and with them the origin of us nullifiers.''

Magical nullification is a type of magic. You contradicted yourself and made this story (somehow) even worse. Add to that the whole "god emperor" crap and this is definitely a troll fic. You're just adding more fandoms so more people will be annoyed by the shit you dumped on your keyboard.

''Incredible isn't she. Her name was Sakura she wielded the Claud Cards before they were completely destroyed, one of the few to escape the hole witch thing. By the way sorry about earlier, I'm forced to give the access code that way.''
''[Madoka wished for the witches to disappear and they did, in the worlds she knew about or was vaguely aware of. But what happened between that time and in the worlds she didn't know about. Adults couldn't see grieve seeds and as such we were unable to study them, until today.''he said. As a whirlwind of lightning, killed the witch making her drop the grieve seed holding her soul
As the adrenaline of the fight passed and the magical girl left, a lone figure emerged from one of the destroyed buildings. Her torn rags, barely covering her, as she made her way towards the spot the grieve seed fell.
As she picked up the strange object her uncle spoke again. ''We couldn't see them but they could. The truth is I don't know the details so this video was all I could recover, this is the only proof that normal's started the events that happened.''
''From what I was able to gather, one of them mentioned the seeds to a researcher, of course he\she didn't believe her, at least until that kid put it in one of the machines. The Council keeps this information so hidden, that I could barely find it.''
''But it supposedly happened like this.'' he said as the entire world turned completely white ''She\he began to ask all of the little kids what they saw and what he\she discovered was that they all could see girls fighting monsters and that some of those girls turned into monsters.''
''He\she was even able to get some of the Grieve seeds. So the idea was this, if up until now only girls could wield this power, what was stopping boys from doing it. Some how that person had been able to lock onto the seeds energy and harnessed it, apparently they have genetic coding on it.''
''An earring for boys, if girls could use magic, then boys would use science. His\her statement had been if one could use the loopholes, what was stopping the other from using the main system. Thus the war changed.' her uncle said as a ten year old boy walked up to a single ripple in space.
His short unkempt black hair, covered his eyes, as the long white lab coat, covered his blue shirt and black pants. As he approached the ripple he taped the gold ball shaped earring he wore, almost immediately it began to glow, sending a yellow light into the surrounding area. The moment the light hit the ripple the sound of glass shattering was heard.
As the two forces fought to outdo the other , they began to fall apart, thereby undoing the witch's hidden field it used to as its domain. Bringing her into view of everyone around the. Yet in that moment clicking sounds were heard all over, which in turn were immediately followed by an assortment of gun fire.
