Introduction

By its third year, World of Warcraft had become a global sensation. However, just before the first expansion, the Burning Crusade, rolled around, fifty thousand players logged in at the time found themselves transported into the virtual world and donned in their characters!​

Alliance: Theramore Isle - Together with thousands of other members of the Alliance, you find yourself in the only true human foothold in Kalimdor, though it is tenuous to say if this is even truly a city of the faction. With only a single Archmage as the community's titular head, Theramore Isle is suffering from weakened manpower from recent wars and constant raids by pirates, bandits, and other malcontents, along with administrative shortcomings of Jaina Proudmoore's singularly diplomatic nature. The island nation is threatened not just by its antagonistic neighbor, but also by the Alliance, which seeks to annex the port city for its strategic lucrative location...

Female - You are female. While this does not affect your stats and your abilities, your gender does affect your interactions with not just other Players but also with other NPCs. Expect to face gender inequality and prejudices of each of these unique civilizations.

Class Information

Druid - After the destruction of the Well of Eternity the night elves turned away from the use of the arcane and became wardens of the world they had almost destroyed. The druids were led by Cenarius's first night elf student, Malfurion Stormrage. The druid order was made only of males until the end of the 3rd War. The loss of druids during that war has led to some females entering the fold. Druids can turn into bears, cats, birds, trees, seals, birds, and moonkin.
Background Information

Guild Extraordinaire - You are the guild master of your guild. It's not the best raiding guild, even if you're in the top five of the server (on your side of the factions), and it's not the wealthiest or best in anything. But it's yours, these are your friends, and somewhere along the line, you've got almost a thousand members. How this happened, you may never know, but you even attend events together in real life, sometimes. Barbeques and such. There's no drama here, you've done your best to keep that out, but once in a blue moon something like that pops up. Still, you dip into just about everything, crafting, raiding, exploring, and anything else you can do in the game. It's a social game after all, and these friends are closer to you than even your real life friends. Somewhere along the line, they did become your real life friends, and who can say they are the leader of a thousand friends?

Georgina Washington <Mostly Harmless> Level 60 Human Retribution Paladin - She's what you would call a social raider, clad in the Judgment Set (Tier 2 Paladin Armor), and wielding the Corrupted Ashbringer. Most of all, she is an able manager who manages over twelve different 40-man raid groups within the guild for you and is often the voice of reason when drama and conflict happens in the guild, as such things most often do. She's a blonde, blue-eyed gal with a British accent. She is actually a very delicate girl in real life, though all she has revealed to you so far is that she has been stuck in the hospital half her life. Unlike many other people, she goes out of her way to accommodate others, which often leads to people taking advantage of her goodwill in various ways. She's kind of naive at times, as if she hasn't really interacted with people outside of this game.

Elsaina's Professions Sheet

[Enchanting] Extract magical dusts, essences and shards for use to enchant various attributes, powers, and properties to all sorts of equipable items. Enchanters can also make a few low-level wands, as well as oils that can be applied to weapons providing a temporary buff. All Enchanters make their own magical rods which they need in order to cast enchantments. The disenchanting ability available to all enchanters could be considered the "gathering component" to enchanting.
[Engineering] Engineer mechanical devices, trinkets, guns, ammunition, goggles, and explosives, such as grenades, explosive sheep, mechanical pets, etc. Pretty much, being an Engineer gives you all sorts of unconventional and sometimes useful abilities. Usually these items are crafted with metal, minerals, and stone. Most engineering products can only be used by engineers. While not as profitable as the other professions, Engineering is often taken to be one of them most entertaining ones. Engineers can specialize as Goblin or Gnomish engineers.
[Cooking] Cook ingredients to create food that can also provide temporary buffs. The buffs can increase nearly every stat, and some give you unusual passive abilities. In order to cook, you must usually create a campfire.

(Note: having 10/10 is equivalent of having 300 skill level (artisan) in a profession. 0-2 is beginner, 3-4 is apprentice, 5-6 is journeyman, 7-8 is expert, and 9-10 is artisan.)

Key Members

Stabby Level 60 Gnome Rogue – She's a PVP-addict, and represents a small portion of the guild that spend less time on the game compared to hardcore raiders or even the heavily social portion of your friends. Having attained the honor ranking of Grand Marshal within the Alliance, one of the less than ten people in total to do so on the Alliance side of the server, she has all sorts of means for taking down enemies, and is rather experienced in leading her small group of the core PVP players in your guild, some one hundred people in all. She doesn't talk much on the voice-chat systems, but she's good at figuring out who is good at what in her group and where to place them on the battlefield. She is actually an Average Japanese High School Student and a boy in real life.

Archer Level 60 Dwarf Hunter – He is an officer in a rather prestigious and internationally powerful investment bank who has too much time on his hands, something he inadvertently brags about every so often. He likes to manage money, but not to the point of being the one to run all the excel sheets; but through whatever dirty tricks he uses, he's the one who helps finance guild activities from time to time. He and his own little circle of friends practically own the auction house on the Alliance side, with a total of less than ten people in total. He also runs instances casually and likes to explore places where few people have gone. He sounds like an uptight gentleman on voice-chat, but occasionally slips into incoherent rage. He spends his off time dressed as a pirate, dancing on the mailbox.

JohnstarJoenathan Level 60 Human Warrior – A young man who is rather hotblooded. Raids and PVPs extensively. Likes steaks, talks about steaks a lot. He's from the Deep South.

UtterBiscotti Level 60 Gnome Warlock – The best enchanter and tailor in the guild. He manages a lot of where resources go, and unlike many others, he's trustworthy enough to be allowed to do his own bookkeeping. He also spends a lot of time explaining things to newcomers, though he's rather Canadian about it.

America Level 60 Night Elf Druid - To be honest, you're just surprised the name wasn't banned or something. Anyway, she's an adorable twelve-year old, who cusses like nobody's business all the time. She sounds like she's always angry, all the time. At what, you don't know. Still, she's one of the best healers in the guild and she knows her stuff.

Luvia Level 60 Human Mage - Another Average Japanese High School Student and a boy in real life, she's actually a pretty good mage who calculates down to two decimal places how best to take on an encounter. She's a hardcore raider who tries to manage everything so that the outcome is already predicted. She doesn't use any UI, but can still tell how much mana and life everyone has in a raid, and knows when someone is most likely to mess up, but she's only able to do this with her raid group and she doesn't like newcomers.

Do the Log Horizon Thing and form our own powerblock out in the frontier.
 
[X] Alliance: Theramore Isle - Together with thousands of other members of the Alliance, you find yourself in the only true human foothold in Kalimdor, though it is tenuous to say if this is even truly a city of the faction. With only a single Archmage as the community's titular head, Theramore Isle is suffering from weakened manpower from recent wars and constant raids by pirates, bandits, and other malcontents, along with administrative shortcomings of Jaina Proudmoore's singularly diplomatic nature. The island nation is threatened not just by its antagonistic neighbor, but also by the Alliance, which seeks to annex the port city for its strategic lucrative location...
 
so we'll likely have a bunch of panicky people who are going to freak the hell out. better to start with no leader and let the people pick. less likely to rebel.
fighting will either work like SAO, or more real life. while skills an attacks may stay they are no longer hot keyed so we'll have a bunch of confusion of how to fight at first. probably, maybe not.
because it says that its right before burning crusade that means there are likely people who are experienced with the game by now so we might want to find those people as they have the highest chance of knowing the locations of dangerous areas in the area or in the world in general.
also something important will to find the lore buffs. they know stuff about the world and will most lilkey make it easier for us to act with information

Can we play my character please? Can't get the full but a Tauren Druid is close enough to a priest and all the utility!


Really, all the Utility provided by being a druid is immense and crazy. And I just plain like the giant cows.

Have a soft spot for the Alliance.
Plus, I think the smaller PC and greater infrastructure of Alliance side to be easier to manage.

Eh, I always liked the horde asthetic better... and Trolls/not having to play something that looks like someone in an easy cosplay.

Only ones from the Alliance i had any liking for was dwarves... but it didnt help that the first time I tried playing on the Alliance side I had to put up with random griefing from higher level alliance players... It's bloody frustrating having someone max level following you around shooting everything you're trying to kill before you can.

Never even looked back at the alliance side after. Early vanilla alliance was full of the unpleasant sorts. Or at least that's the sort I most ran into.
