Age, gender, and species: 121, Male, Stone Mask Vampire
Personality: Calm, collected, highly intelligent and utterly sadistic. However, provided that one can earn his respect, he is not wholly without mercy or even something resembling kindness.
Back story: The ancient enemy of the Joestar Bloodline since the murder of George Joestar and the battle with Johnathon Joestar that left him stranded without a body from the neck down at the bottom of the ocean. He has since escaped from his watery prison by attaching his neck to the remains of his adopted brother and traveled the earth, discovering The Arrow and with it the power known as Stand. He has since lain in wait for his enemies the Joestars to hunt him down in Egypt.
Skills/powers/abilities: Vampire Physiology: DIO is a Vampire, a human being whose true potential was awakened by wearing the Stone Mask and having his brain stimulated by its acupuncture. As a result of this he is virtually tireless, faster, more durable, and stronger than a normal human by a huge margin, and capable of quickly regenerating his body after being damaged. However he is not without weaknesses, as a vampire Sunlight is instantly fatal to him, further a crushing blow to the brain is capable of reducing his ability to function until he is able to regenerate from it completely. Flesh Buds: DIO's body is capable of producing flesh buds that, when implanted into a living being, will burrow into their nervous system and leave them within his thrall. Space Ripper Stingy Eyes: DIO is capable of firing high pressure cerebrospinal fluid out of his eyes with high enough velocity to cut through three meters of solid marble. Vaporization freezing: By vaporizing the water within his own body, DIO is capable of freezing his own body and draining the heat out of anyone making contact with him at high speeds, freezing limbs solid if they make contact for too long. The World: DIO's Stand and the most potent ability within his arsenal. Essentially a super powered ghost made of his will to fight, it is capable of moving at speeds surpassing his own, striking with force comparable to small meteor impacts, and freezing time for 9 seconds. It's power diminishes the further it travels from DIO. Further any damage inflicted to The World is reflected on DIO, however his own regeneration will in turn repair damage dealt to The World.
Personality: Kuvira is an ambitious woman who works towards her goals with relentless determination. Usually calm and collected, Kuvira is aggressive to those who criticize her motives and is prideful and confident in her own ability. She is willing to use any means that she considers necessary to achieve her goals and tends not to tolerate those who defy her requests. Kuvira is also a very charismatic individual as she has united the Earth Kingdom as local leaders pledged to follow Kuvira. Kavira is also shown to use intimidation to gain the loyalty of individuals and nations alike and could be thought of as ruthless when it comes to running things. She has also shown that she is loyal and cares deeply about her army, even challenging the Avatar for Zafou so that she may not lose any men that would be lost in the battle otherwise.
Backstory: Abandoned by her parents at a young age, Kuvira was taken in by Suyin Beifong, ruler of the city-state of Zaofu, at the age of eight. In Zaofu, Kuvira was trained in the art of Metalbending, becoming a master in the art in time. By the time the Avatar, Korra, arrives to Zaofu Kuvira is a security guard and a member of Suyin's Dance Troupe. Kuvira took part in the capture of four highly dangerous criminals that were a part of a group known as the Red Lotus, an anarchist splinter faction of the White Lotus that sought to destroy all nations so that spirits and humans would be able to coexist again like they did before the first Avatar. Before their capture however, the Red Lotus would be able to assassinate the Queen of the Earth Kingdom, an act that would lead to anarchy within the continent-size kingdom.
A few years later, the leaders of the world, represented by President Raiko of the United Republic of Nations and Tenzin, son of the previous Avatar, Aang, and leader of the Airbenders, asked Suyin to lead the process on reuniting the Kingdom and restoring order. When Suyin declined, Kuvira, who was present during the meeting, attempted to convince Suyin to take up the offer, believing that she could bring the progressiveness of Zaofu to the backwards Earth Kingdom. When Suyin made it known that she would not budge, a rift was formed between the two. Kuvira decided to take matters into her own hands. persuading Suyin's son Bataar Jr, a large part of Zaofu's security force, and some of Zaofu's wealthiest citizens, to side with her, Kuvira prepared a fleet that would leave for Ba Sing Se, The Earth Kingdom's massive capital, in order to restore order there. Before leaving, Kuvira was confronted by Suyin who threatened that she would be no longer welcomed in Zaofu if she proceeded with her plan. Kuvira was unfazed and continued on with her plan. Kuvira would later conquer Ba Sing Se which made the leaders of other nations recognize her as the head of the provisional government. Afterwards she would go on to reunite the rest of the Earth Kingdom with a large and modernized army, granting her the title of "Great Uniter". Believing that order was restored, the leaders of world prepared to hand over the Earth Kingdom to its heir, Prince Wu. Kuvira, however, refused to hand over power to the imbecile and proclaimed the formation of the Earth Empire. During her time when she was working on reuniting the Kingdom, Kuvira beliefs changed from simply uniting the Kingdom's territories to also taking control of the territories that the Earth Kingdom had at its peak, before the Hundred Year War. These territories included the State of Zaofu and the United Republic of Nations. Kuvira would annex Zaofu after an attempted assassination by Suyin and the Beifong family that led to failure and the capture of the Beifongs. In order to prevent the loss of life on taking the city, Kuvira challenged the Avatar Korra to a one on one battle that would determine the fate of the city. Kuvira would be the victor of the fight and Zaofu was now a part of the Earth Empire. Due to the discoveries of Varrick, a movie director and scientist that worked for Kuvira until right before the Battle of Zaofu, Kuvira began to create weapons of mass destruction using Spirit Vines, large vines filled with spiritual energy. Not long after Zaofu, Kuvira would plan an invasion on the URN, which she planned to conquer using a large mech with a Spirit Cannon attached to its left arm. This invasion would end in failure as the Avatar and co would sabotage the mech and Kuvira was arrested, ending the Earth Empire. This Kuvira is from right after the Battle of Zaofu.
Skills/Powers/Abilities:
Earthbending- Kuvira is an Earthbender, meaning she can use and change materials from the Earth, such as stone, dirt, and metal, without even touching them. With her experience, she can levitate and move entire boulders, create rifts in the ground, etc.
Metalbending- Kuvira is also a Metalbender, a sub-skill of Earthbending. With Metalbending, Kuvira can bend metal into various forms, similar to Earthbending.
Hand-to-Hand Combat- Kuvira is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat, something basically needed to become a skill Bender.
Leadership- Kuvira is a competent leader, albeit a ruthless one. She was able to unite an entire continent in less than three years via persuading local leaders, either by charasmia or intimidation.
Gear: Kuvira wears a set of light-weight metal armor, designed for protection and mobility. Kuvira also carries a set of metal blades which she can control with metal bending. She also has a set of wires within her armor that she can use grapple onto structures and move place to place with increase speed.
Yes, I was conflicted about putting it in since there are points where it would be useful for both him and Jotaro to use it when they don't, but since the GM seems to want an accurate listing of their powers I've finally opted to put it in.
If he found out the default state is male he'd probably be able to actually fight Souji himself, but he'd still hold back. Male form is fair game, but female form ranges from never attacking to holding back so much that he never directly uses his Stand to hurt her.

Hey, what'ja know, you can in fact type in MS Sans. Ultra Meh, are you reading this? All you need to do, is to type out the text in some outside Word Processor (I'm using LibreOffice, but I'm almost certain it can work with Word too) using the font you want, and then copy-paste the text into the reply box itself.
Sure, you may want to adjust the size and text colour before hitting the reply button, but it works!
Suffering a burst of "Crushed beneath the weight of other RPs". I'm probably going to end up being a while. Might be worth finding a way for moving on without me.
....strap Edgardo - who I choose to assume is suffering from Edgelord-Punching related flashbacks - to the tank to be carried until he wakes up? Did anyone bring rope?
Also, is the tank covered in horrible horrible spikes?

Appearance: Kars appearance is that of a tall, exceptionally well-built man with elegant facial features and a relativiely light complexion in comparison to his fellow Pillar Men. Kars possesses long wavy purple hair which he tends to keep under a tight head-wrap which also happens to cover up the three horns sticking out from his forehead. When attempting to blend in to human society in a stylish long-coat, Kars tends to be minimally dressed, wearing high sandaled-boots, forearm guards, a thong, and a flowing loincloth.
Age: 102,016 Gender: Male Species: Pillar Man/Ultimate Life Form
Personality: Kar's is a vastly intelligent, ruthless individual who seeks out his objectives with a single mindedness sufficient to keep him on track for over a hundred thousand years. In all matters Kars displays a certain aloofness and pragmatism, as suitable with one with such a single-minded devoution to a goal and belief in his own superiority. He is not inherently selfish though, having initially wanted to share his discoveries with all his people and deeply caring for his two companions, but in the end those bonds were all secondary to his goal of conquering the Sun and achieving perfection, not even bothering to show a ounce of regret for his past actions. Back story:
Long ago before the birth of the First hero, long before the first human village was established, a nameless group of beings lived. They could not live under the light of the sun, dwelling underground in great caves and only emerging under the light of the moon and stars. But even without the sun's light they lived incredibly long lives, feeding off the life force of other creatures. Given that near none of them ever died, they had few children and their population remained small. Perhaps because of this there was no strife in their society, and they lived in peace even as the humans eventually arrived to their lands in what would one day come to be known as Central America and began worshiping and fearing the beings as gods or demons.
But this all came to an end when among them a genius was born, though to humans all of their kind were such. And his name was Kars.
It did not take Kar's long to see the hidden power and abilities within his people's bodies, and combined with his bitterness at his people's eternal banishment from the light of the sun, he sought to unlock these latent powers of his kind. To do this, he invented the Stone Masks which, through the use of acupuncture, could unlock the hidden potential of his kind and when used on humans turn them into vampires.
When Kars used his invention on himself, he found that his already exceptionally long life-span had expanded near indefinitely and that he had been granted extraordinary power and control over his body. But in exchange for these gifts, he required a larger amount of life-force to sustain himself. Combined with the voraciousness of the vampires he had created and his own massively increased appetite, Kar's people began to fear him and his creation, believing that he would end up consuming all life on the planet.
It so came to past that his people turned against him, hoping to slay him so that they could preserve their own way of life and that of all other things. His people refusing to listen to Kar's plea to join him and conquer the sun, the genius determined that his only option was to slaughter them. And so he, and his one companion, did just that, slaying every single member of their species aside from two infants.
So Kars set out with his companion to search the world for a method of obtaining ultimate power so that he and his followers could conquer the Sun.
In this time Kars led the remaining four Pillar Men across the seas to the Old World where they destroyed the Hamon Tribe and ended up in Rome searching for the Rest Stone of Aja which would allow him to become the Ultimate Lifeform. But before they could achieve it, they were forced to hibernate beneath Rome.
In the year 1938 though, the Pillar Men awoke and once again sought to acquire the Red Stone of Aja.
It was not a few minutes after his awakening that Kars would meet the man that would eventually defeat him, Joseph Joestar. But there first meeting would never have given that impression, where Joseph was easily defeated by Kar's follower, and son in all but name, Wammu. Still, Joseph managed to make enough of an impression that Wammu spared him, allowing him a month to train so that he could truly fight the Pillar Men. Apathetic to such matters, Kar's allowed his two subordinates to go through such.
While Joseph and Caesar Zeppeli trained with the Hamon Master, Lisa-Lisa, in Venice, the Pillar Men searched for the Red Stone before deciding to set up base in the Swiss town of San Moritz. Receiving a lead on the Stone, Esidisi traveled to Venice himself to seek the stone, only to be defeated by Joseph Joestar. But Esidisi managed to survive, reduced to soley his nervous-system, to send the Red Stone of Aja off to his comrades and hold off Joestar and company long enough for it to get away.
When Esidisi fails to call his master, Kar's realized something had gone wrong and traveled to Italy to deal with the matter himself, while the Red Stone was intercepted at the Italian-Swiss border by Rudol von Stroheim. After tracking the stone down and a short fight, Kars defeated Nazi Cyborg and took the stone, only for Joseph to take it after the two fell off a cliff.
Without the Stone, Kars retreated the abandoned mansion in San Moritz, only for Joestar and his companions to follow. After a disagreement, Caesar foolishly went into the manshion alone, and after a long fight was slain by Wammu, though the Pillar Man was nearly crippled in the fight. Even as Wammu retreated farther into the manshion Joseph and Lisa-Lisa arrived and after grieving for their loss followed the weakened Pillar Man. They also met a Vampire by the name of Wired Beck.
When they found the room that contained Wammu and Kars, they had walked into an ambush with over a hundred vampires hanging from the ceiling. While this could very well have been the end, Lisa-Lisa bluffed that the two Hamon users had prepared for the Red Stone to be destroyed if they were not to retrieve it at a certain time. From there Joseph and Lisa-Lisa challenged Wammu and Kars to combat to determine owership of the Stone. Kars bitterly accepted this.
After Joseph defeated Wammu, Kars engaged Lisa-Lisa in their own duel, only to win through the use of a doppleganger so as to surprise Lisa-Lisa and strike her from behind. This immediately enrages Joseph who steps up to battle Kars but is trapped in a troubling dilemma between defeating his opponent and saving his ally when Kars pierces Lisa Lisa's feet and strings a rope through the wounds, forcing Joseph to grab the rope to stop her from falling, thereby inhibiting his combat ability. Now assured of his own victory, Kars approached Joseph as he lit his scarf on fire and feigned an attempt at an attack, but fell from the beam clutching the rope, Kars then severing it to finish off Lisa Lisa. All of which was Joseph's plan, in which he drew Kars' attention to his upper body while he arranged the loop of the rope with his legs below, tricking him into stepping into the loop and forcing him to keep his opponents above the spikes below. Kars faces Joseph in a final standoff with his arm blade, but is soundly beaten as Joseph's ripple breaks the blade and wounds his arm, knocking him off the railing and into the spikes below.
Having arrived with Speedwagon, Smokey, and his Nazi troops awhile earlier, Stroheim gloated on Kars's weakness before ordering his troops to unleash the full barrage of their ultraviolet light on Kars.
Kars, having secretly placed a specific stone mask with the Red Stone of Aja in place, uses the ultraviolet light to activate the mask and ascend to become the Ultimate Lifeform. Having ascended (and engaged in creating a man-eating squirrel) Kars smugly awaited the sunrise, and as his vampiric army burnt to ash, stood unharmed. From there he declared that to avenge his fallen comrades his first act as the Ultimate Lifeform would be to slay Joseph.
Joseph then activated his family's secret technique....running away....in a plane.
Joseph's plan was to lure Kars to an active Volcano in Malta, hoping that by tricking the ascnded Pillar Man into the Lava, the Earth could 'take back the life it had given.' But this too proved in vain, as Kars formed a shell of armor around him similar to that of a crab with a layer of air bubbles to keep the lava from incinerating him. Safe for a few minutes, he burrowed through the volcano and sliced of Joseph's right arm and melted his kneecap with his super-charged Hamon.
But even as Kar's bathed in his own glory and aimed to finish off the seemingly doomed Joestar, fate intervened. Instinctually knowing what he needed to do, Joseph held out the Red Stone of Aja to block Kar's Hamon, which fired as an energy beam into the volcano, triggering a massive eruption which, with the help of Joseph's severed hand and volcanic shards striking him immediatly after pushed Kars out of Earth's orbit, where he froze in the darkness of space, turning into something half mineral, and half animal, bound to life even as it wished with all its hear to die. And eventually, Kars stopped thinking.
Skills/powers/abilities:
Superhuman Physical Condition: Kars is exceptionally strong, quick, and durable. Completely outclassing Jojo vampires in physical ability, he is capable of such feats as individually cutting down every bullet in a barrage of machine gun fire directed at him with his Light Blades, using a massive stone pillar as a weapon, or, at his very best (short of being the Ultimate Life Form), jumping up into the air with a twenty five tone steamroller and slamming it on someone to crush them. Extremely resistant to blunt trauma in particular, to the point where a stick of dynamite going off in his stomach would just create a near-cartoonish bulge before settling down after a moment. He is also capable of moving faster than a normal human can perceive, though only in short burst.
Though one could debate that Kars has faster-than-light reaction speeds......
High Level Body Manipulation: Kar's is able to freely change his body with simple thoughts, bending and breaking bones into impossible shapes, easily regenerating from the most grievous wounds in seconds, extending his body parts to long lengths, or retracting them to short ones, particularly the horn, which can be a dangerous weapon in its own right. He can slide into tiny orifices or even hide inside a human body, potentially taking control of it. He can seemingly phase through flesh, an example of being able to put a finger into a person's brain without actually harming them. Kar's is also capable of 'fuseing' human and animal body parts to each other in a similar manner. If blasted apart, Kar's body would simply crawl back together and refit itself. After ascending to become the Ultimate Lifeform though, this ability was drastically increased to the point where Kars was capable of rearranging himself on the cellular level, freely altering his genetics and bodily structures on a whim. To destroy him then, one must completely destroy his body down to the smallest piece of flesh.
Absorption: A Pillar Man's primary method of sustenance is via the absorption of living beings, releasing digestive fluids from each of his cells that gives the illusion that the two beings are merging together. Kars is capable of chaining this by merging many beings together, and then absorbing them all through one. This ability can be resisted by Hamon, and possibly by certain unnatural powers.
Enhanced Senses: Kar's possesses superhuman senses, able to track people by smell, see in complete darkness, count the number of people in another room through heat signatures(the horn detects these), and his eyes possessing the strength of a astronomic telescope.
Advanced Intelligence: Kar's species are natural geniuses, he even more so than usual, able to pick up and understand completely foreign languages in under a day, instantly understand the workings of technology they have only just laid eyes on, and other such examples of attention to detail and absurd brainpower. Can fashion advanced pieces of technology out of crude stone like the universe suddenly operates on Flintstones logic (In particular the Stone Masks).
Light Mode: Kars' power is that of light, he is able to produce bladed appendages from his arms and legs and use these to reflect blinding light toward his enemies. The light comes from the tiny, shark teeth-like claws running along the edge of the blade much like a chainsaw, it is from the reflections of these claws that gives Kars's Light Blades their shining intensity. In this mode, Kars' blades are sharp enough to cut through most objects, including an automobile and several bullets at blinding speeds. His blades are also capable of cutting through an inner object without damaging the outer-one...somehow.
Ultimate Lifeform: For his entire life, Kar's dreamt of the day he would conquer the Sun, and at the end of his time on Earth, he did. By dawning a stone mask fitted with the Red Stone of Aja Kars ascended to become the Ultimate Lifeform, throwing off his people's weakness to Hamon and Sunlight and gaining the ability to freely manipulate his body down to the cellular level, and due to his body possessing the genetic code of every life-form to exist on Earth, the ability to re-construct his body so that he may possess any desired trait or bodily structure that originates from lifeforms native to Earth.
Kars was even capable of taking on a semi-mineral form to survive the vacuum of space.
This also notably gives Kars the ability to control Hamon, or the Ripple, his Hamon supposedly being 'hundreds of times stronger' than that possessed by Joseph Joestar, capable of easily melting and vaporizing human flesh but a touch. The Ripple itself is the energy of the Sun channeled through the body through proper breathing exercises, the polar opposite of the energy used by Vampires and anathema to the undead, destroying most on contact. Liquids such as water and oil conduct Hamon exceptionally well, also allowing a user to walk on water by increasing the liquid's surface tension. Notably, objects which Hamon are channeled through tend to become much more durable and generally more useful as weapons, noodles becoming sharp enough to stab through flesh and a wad of hair sufficient to block a barrage of bullets.
Appearance: Age, gender, and species: 30ish?, male, Human (undead)
Personality: Solaire is happy go lucky and maintains a nigh-unshakeable optimism. He always does his best to see the good in any situation and approach every person as a friend. Even in the grim-darkness of Lorderon Solaire has (relatively) few enemies.
Back story: Knight Solaire of Astora is a Warrior of Sunlight bound to a quest of finding his own "sun", for which he became undead.
After helping a certain undead along on their quest, Solaire continued his search for his sun. His quest brought him to a nest of chaos maggots and though he fought valiantly, Solaire could not stop one from leaping at his face...and then-
Skills/powers/abilities: Solaire is well versed in the use of his sword and sheild, and excels in combat, already holding the kills of many a massive beast to his name. He also holds the ability to summon "lightning spears" and hurl them at his foes.
Items: Solaire holds his sword, shield as well as plate armor. He also has in his possession a few liquid humanities.
Other: Solaire likes the sun, like, a lot.
Also, may be the son of a god. Possibly.
(I noticed this isn't as long as some of the others. If I need to add more stuff, let me know.)

It's not showing up for me either. Approved, though. He appears in the Bathroom, inside one of the many, many stalls it has. The Great Interior Explorers group might hear a muffled *thump* as they walk by.

The IFV does have some ecellent high-quality spikes. Just mention IC you need a way to carry Edgardo and I'll pop open the troop compartment. For a daemonic engine of murderdeath, the seats are quite comfy.

It's not showing up for me either. Approved, though. He appears in the Bathroom, inside one of the many, many stalls it has. The Great Interior Explorers group might hear a muffled *thump* as they walk by.
