I was thinking of arranging a check system, something with enough freedom to act. But I'm all ears if you have an idea.
Just go and talk to them in the IC? If you want for your character to have an specific relationship with another then PM them.
None of the Devils is part of the Faction anymore. Conflict could arise from different goals or alignment. Dislike is still possible tho.
