It's a bit disappointing, as you had liked the sound of it; the inevitability of your arrival and eventual victory ringing through every syllable. But while you may be a villain, you would never infringe upon the intellectual property and protected brand of another. Not like that infuriating so called "protector of the city", who insists on referring to herself as Miss Fortune (a name which you refuse to use) despite demands to the contrary. So you get to work. Doom is out, but with the aid of a trusty thesaurus you soon have a choice of excellent options...which you immediately find are also existing comic book characters. Doctor Fate. Doctor Destiny. Both. Taken. So you broaden your scope! A name to speak of the promise your inventions will bring! And they were all taken. Doctor Tomorrow (comic book character), Doctor Impossible (book character), Doctor Possible (from Kim Possible), Doctor Dread (Turn-of-the-century Reggae Producer).
A normal man would have despaired at this point, but instead you used your super intelligence to choose a name that would inspire equal parts awe and dread. Yes, you are DOCTOR DAYBREAK!
This name, which is clearly fearsome due to including the villainous idea of sundering something, but which also foretells how with your arrival everything will truly change from the night fog of mundanity that has smothered the world to the shining day of true brilliance, obviously speaks of your genius! You are not settling, for DOCTOR DAYBREAK is an unparalleled mind, who operates on such a level that mere mortals cannot even hope to comprehend his tastes.
But honestly, the name isn't that important. What is really important is your plan to take over A City (the first of a planned 26 futuristic cities to be built across the American Midwest, but B City stalled in the planning stages, leaving A City as the only fruit of that project). First A City, then the country, and then the world!
But first you need to finish planning your debut...

I like the idea of the only person who realises the Mayor is actually a supervillain is Miss Fortune, and absolutely nobody believes her. Every attempt by her to prove the elections are rigged fail, because honor flaw means we run an honest election, genius and doing a great job as Mayor ensures re-election. The Mayor (robot body double) holds a campaign speech at the same time as Doctor Daybreak is battling the Spectacular Six (heroes) in Washington, D.C.
