After an incredibly unfortunate accident involving a memory effecting cape, Alexander Mikkel Carter is the only functioning survivor, due to celestial interference. Armed with the powers of the Celestial Menagerie, he stumbles into life as a cape, well grappling with his identity before everything was taken from him.

Another Celestial Menagerie (original prompt) story based on the spreadsheet posted on SV. Every 1k words, 100 points for creatures and 50 points for powers are gained. I'll be rolling for powers every two rolls for now. If something is particularly confusing, I'll reroll and check it out fully later.
