Some very good partnerships available, 89 for the munitions complex and 81, 40, 95 on the shell plant. Good result for recruiting sectional experts too, if a bit middling on administrators. The very poor result on Cold Springs is unfortunate and even worse is the nat 1 on Thebacha. Hopefully that doesn't damage existing production, but our resource situation is starting to look a bit grim. May need to just bite the bullet on starting Dettah instead of trying to finish Thebacha quickly for the faster gain in income.
