There really should be a "Terrified face" reaction...
The laugh reaction works good for that imo.
There's nothing to be terrified of! It'll be fiiiinnnneeee
Batarians may or may not resemble Batarians. The council does seem to like Diplomatic Victories, after all.Why are the Batarians still a thing? They're also idiots and anyone with basic math skills should be able to tell how many lives they've cost all the other Council races. If nothing else I really can't see the Salarians or... the military ones putting up with that for another few hundred years. Some admiral and/or politician would do the number crunching eventually if nothing else.

Krogans... I'm not sure what I'll do with them yet, and, thankfully, have time to figure that out.
Two Hundred Years Have Passed. The key to timelessness is discovered by Ciel, who finally comes out of hiding after the deaths of the Sage Trinity in a climactic final battle. A Democratic Government, the first of its kind since the great calamity all those years ago is formed, and the first Planetary Body outside of Earth is colonized.
While terraforming Mars, a group of scientists discover the Ancient Prothean Ruins held within, and immediately begin analyzing them, discovering a previously unknown element, which they dub: "Element Zero". The Element rockets the technology of the Guardian Republic forwards, and they quickly begin to expand, settling several Garden Worlds in short order, the Mass Relays leading them to the worlds that were suitable for colonization with surprising coincidence.
Yet another hundred years pass. The Guardian Republic has stood tall through this time, becoming the haven that their forefathers had imagined so long ago, a place where Humanity and Robots lived in true harmony. Man was, by this time, almost certainly part machine, while machine was also part man.
With the Reapers gone and no upstart humans to frustrate them in the Attican Traverse, the Asari might have talked them down. Either that, or they became a pariah state like the Quarians.
I wonder if the Quarians would be interested in the consciousness transfer technology that the MM ZX series has.
Having re-read the intro, I remembered that the Reapers are functionally dead: the Prothiens somehow beat them.
That leaves several possible threats I can think of: the Catalyst AI (if it wasn't destroyed,) the Geth under the command of a surviving Reaper, and the Leviathans.
Plus Model W. Because Weil was and always shall be a jerk like that.
300~ years.I mean, doesn't Andromeda take place in an entirely separate galaxy?
My Friend, the Vote is closed ATM. Currently working on the Update[X] "We're not alone in the universe. We've been notified of alien probes in the Arcadia System, and our job is to track their civilization down."
[X] "Our Designated Pathfinders." (Similar to a ME:A Pathfinder, your job primarily revolves around Exploration and Xenobiology.)
