As amusing as giving out Utsuho's backstory is we've already done it once and I want to move on and see the housing they've arranged which might let us meet some interesting people on the way.
Also Utsuho can then complain about the lack of nuclear power in her house and move on while acting like an enigmatic hell raven. Unless we change our mind and decide to explain things because we feel like it.
