[X] Grandma Moon. You will raise Ariela's behavior with your dear grandmama. You will make sure she doesn't take it too personally and fire a moonbeam, but the Moon, who has to deal with so many unruly daughters, could surely give you some advice on how to handle a single cranky human.

Pariya is biased towards keeping us down and making us controllable. Clearly we need someone biased in our favor to help us with our problems.

[x] Aunt Polaris. You will ask Polaris if she has a return policy on wishes. Yes, you did say you wanted a practical magician, but not one that would actually disagree with you in any way! Besides, Polaris does not dislike you, so she must have had some reason to put you with the girl. Find out what it is.

I didn't say anything about that at all, and I don't think I am interested in a story about "dominating" anyone :V
I just want to state for the record that I am firmly against this happening for the below reason and will attempt to oppose this happening whenever possible.

[X] Aunt Polaris.

Mou, why does nobody want to be evil? :(

Starfall is anyway somewhat misanthropic/ biased against humans, so resolving all these social worries through aggresive measures is pretty IC for her. It's not our fault that "aggresive measures" were too much fun for them to handle!

Players picked openness towards humans in the first arc, so Starfall has far more patience than she would if you had picked hubris :V

[X] Master Pariya. You will investigate if Pariya is to blame for her apprentice's behavior. The human magician is the one who trained Ariela in being a magician, and she might know best why her apprentice is such a jerk. You will demand an explanation from the master for these cruel and unusual insults against you.

We probably should consult human about human stuff, no? Stars and Moon are probably as loony (heh) as we are.

Huh, well this a logical result of repeatedly going for the "I'm an independent spirit who doesn't need no magician" options.

Hmm. Grandma Moon, while hilarious, is possibly not the most helpful idea here.

Because I want the friendly wish granter to explain the parable of the fairytale we're making- and the Starfall to take away that the lesson was inside her all along.

I agree with this, in principle. Consulting the human on human stuff makes the most sense, even if she isn't the nicest person.

But... this problem stems partly from Ariela lying to Pariya about her contributions in the Dream. Going to her teacher behind her back and exposing her embellishment is a massive jerk move, even if she was being a bit of a jerk herself. If Ariela finds out, or if Pariya decides to confront her directly about it, then whatever tiny amount of trust she's still willing to extend to Starfall will be gone.

She is a teacher, and we are all in one coffin boat anyway, figuratively and now literally. She needs to know before events force this secret into the open.

Curse you Cetash I wanted Polaris but you had to put it up against the most hilarious take on the Moon I've seen

Maybe this is my petty side, but maybe, if there was trust on the line, she shouldn't have lied and stole all the spotlight and left us out to dry and have her stupid monologue and have the audacity to call us a bird

This is of course, influenced by me trying to see things IC.

It needs to be corrected. We did what we did to keep her from being eaten. She did what she did to make herself look better. She lied to her master, who will now expect us to be less useful than we are and expect her student to be better than she is and the fact of the matter is....we may have chosen her to be our magician, but she isn't on the level to be able to earn our respect, as this venture has proven.
