Versatility and firepower + it's something that will work for us even we get an imperial tech uplift. Grenade launchers are a simple timeless tech, we'll just switch for more advanced payloads.

making each shot count while still able to engage in mid range combat

Is possible for psykers from his side figure out he is psyker?

Also can we take biomancy as his secondary aspect? War is ideal place to experiment with that ability after all. Is it possible to remain far more gifted in two subjects compared to omimancer Magnus?

What is his difference with Vulkan or Manus when you compare his talent in Artisan?

Malcador is 3rd most powerful human psyker in canon while Magnus is 2nd. Is our Primarch now occupy 3rd position?

Sure, he's basically a discount version of other primarchs with an arts and crafts kit, but at least now the Doom theme can play once he appears.

Trading one sword for an autopistol replaces some close combat capacity for a simple ranged option.

1. The Coalition does not have Psykers. They have witchhunters, but given you are on track to be a war hero and Alek is more of a subtle psychic power user, you are pretty safe from them. People might have suspicions, but being a psyker primarch has its advantages.

3. Your stuff is better, you need much more time and effort to create a thing compared to the two and your ability to advance beyond your current technological understsnding is limited. Hence why no artisinal lasgun for you.

As Artisan are we limited to Psitech only or more esoteric weapons as well aka Titans of Ordo sinister or Pharos or weapons of Culxious temple?

If you can get your manlet primarch hands on a sample of X or the knowlege to make X (sometimes you need both), you can make an artisinal version of X. I doubt Emps will give you the knowledge to make psy titans.

we are a good prototype primarch,we can work with likes of vulkan,ferrus,perturabo and magnus for streamlining the designs
and with roboute for logistical rollout

Can we replicate psi titan using Eldar Titan samples?

During the Horus Heresy, the Forge World of Stygies VIII was attacked by traitor forces. The Forge World was only saved thanks to an intervention by the Eldar. This resulted in the formation of the Xenarites, who set up their home in Vulcanis. To this day, Stygies VIII has an influential group of Xenarites within its ranks. Inquisitor Kessel once stopped a group from reactivating an Eldar Wraithlord by mustering a force of Skitarii, including his future warrior band member, Logan Storm.
