Sure, Albia is also open. In fact I think ever Eruopa Nation is open.Would it be too late to join this game as the Kingdom of Britonnica?
Yeah, I was actually looking at Albia first, but ended up deciding to go with Britonnica instead for a couple reasons.Sure, Albia is also open. In fact I think ever Eruopa Nation is open.
I'm still ready
Uralia and Roma are both free, though seeing how we don't have many nations in Europa doing anything, Roma might be preferred. Though this is biased since I'm playing as the Caucasus.Awww all the countries I would have wanted to play are taken. Is Uralia and Roma still free?
As an aside the countries seem low-tech for what are post-DAOT technobarbarians. My impression from the lore is that the Emperor's goods or genetic engineering wasn't awfully out of place during the Unification Wars. With the exception of power armor and lightning claws, you've put them on the lower end for what a Civilized World would have in M41. Will there be archeotech that can be discovered?

Tech varies between nations, there are some really good genetically enhanced and cybernetic enhanced troops running around.
Roma is Italy, Spain and Portugal. Uralia is...Belarus, Finland, Slovakia and Poland?
I understand but to be fair, we wouldn't be neighbors if I chose Uralia.
What about Roma and Uralia? What would they be like? If it's too spoilery you can PM me. I like the idea of playing a country that is supposed to be easy to defend and has advanced weapons, but there is the appeal of playing the 30k Neo-Roman Papal State.

I think Uralia is supposed to be the Ural Mountains, or whatever is left of them after the massive terraforming that Earth clearly underwent during the DAOT.
They're too far west. The Urals are north of the Caspian Sea. After doing some googling, it has to be the Carpathian Mountains. That's the only mountain range I can think of corresponding to it.
Yeah, but like half the Atlantic was apparently drained. Clearly there was Terraforming that moved things around back in the DAOT. . .

Roma is ruled by a theocratic priesthood of an offshoot of Catholicism that we would not recognize at all. Roma's whole deal is that is a major diplomacy power, and can influence the rest of the Europa nations becomes a lot of them are the same religion.
I thought that was from the wars.
That's possible, but the names of the mountains switching around or the name being a coincidence for sounding somewhat like the Ural Mountains sounds more plausible.
I'm going with Roma.
Just checking, what's to the immediate north of me and is there anything notable about the countries to my immediate northeast, the ones above the Confederacy?
