I'm having a bit of trouble guessing how our PC will react, I know he'll be shocked once he finds out that America is nothing more than a nuclear remnant and that the only people who claim to follow their American flag is a group of elitist, fanatic, racist bastards who were intent on razing the people of America to the ground.

In my opinion I think he would at first be confused, then find the idea hard to believe and so would want to explore the setting finding answers to find out what happened. Afterwards when he finds the truth I imagine that he would be devastated and depressed for a while.

Also don't be afraid to admit when you are having issues. I feel like a lot of quests die because the QM doesn't admit when they are having problems which the players can help with like giving ideas.

Thanks! I was having a hard time writing the first scene, but with this I might be able to get something tomorrow after work.
 
My week has been hellish, and my older brother nearly got into another fight with one of his friend's exes. It's just been hell, but I managed to stop anything serious from happening.

I'll try to get the post up tomorrow, thanks for being patient.

I'd have to disagree on the Tenno/ME comparison, said fish is not only probably the most deadly thing in that pond, it also possesses technology and abilities - Cephalons/the Void/Infested Biotech/Corpus Energy Tech - that would utter revolutionize said pond.
