Your Dying Moments

Death had come for you, it was quick, brutal, and no doubt painful considering you're still writhing in pain from it. While every fiber of your body was screaming in pain, you could feel your eyelids get heavier with each passing moment. The very fact it was happening was shocking to you, that it was really happening.
You, were dying.
It wasn't at all what you expected, you were sure to die standing and fighting. But fate had other plans, you were to die here without even getting to defy your killer in your last moments.
Finally the darkness enveloped you, and your pain ceased.
You were finally dead, no theatrics, no last words, nothing. You didn't even have the chance to say goodbye to your friends, to say sorry to those you've wronged, but it doesn't matter. You would be forgotten within the years, you face becoming no more than a faded memory in their minds as they struggle to recall who you were.
Somehow, you were still able to feel sorrow at all this.
"...I...I don't want to die..." You managed to get out into the void, and it seems like someone's heard your voice. The darkness soon turned to light, and the light turned to warmth.

Taking sharp breaths, you looked towards the sky. It was peaceful, yet the landscape around you was torn apart by some sort of cataclysm. Looking around, you noticed that you were in the ruins of some sort of city.
Alright, first thing's first, remind yourself who you are.

Sure, Avengers, Warhammer 40k, Hellsing, RWBY, Castlevania Curse Of Darkness, Fallout, Tomb Raider, MonMusu, Wolfenstein, Far Cry 3 &4, Overwatch, Modern Warfare, XCOM, Skyrim, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Dishonored.

How? Captain America is a one man army that kicks a ton of ass, seems like he would fit in quite well in the setting without eclipsing everyone else in the setting. Also don't ever remember a quest like that.

Because havlng someone like that in fallout universe...its like putting a lone tenno in the mass effect universe. Sure he kick a lot ass,but at the end of the day,you're just putting a fish in a smaller/bigger lake that has the same water.
But I definely don't want to be overpowered.

Well the QM did say we can make it so that Steve knows how to make the super soldier serum meaning we can give turn our human companions into super soldiers as well. We can even recreate a new version of the Avengers and hey we also have mutants and robots for diversity like they had for the original team.
