Accepting does mean tying her to WayneEnt interests (instead of making us a target), but this is really something we should run through with our boss first. Plus the possibility of a blackmail recording. No write-ins allowed?
Though this does give me a good idea for more tools that Batman can use. Like a shock ball or some type noise maker as a distraction. Maybe even a small time police scanner so that he can pick up calls or see where the cops go. Avoid detection and all that.
Depends on her motivation for this and backstory. If this is just business then she's just a freelancer offering her services. Doesn't mean she won't rob us if she's paid by someone else.

See, I'm kind of mixed here: On the one hand, I don't really feel like we'll actually be making use of her capabilities or fighting LexCorp any time soon. On the other hand, "the number wouldn't hurt, and if she's acting as a freelancer, we might be able to pass the number onto the boss, with the understanding that this is someone who can help him gather information, but is also a thief, so watch be careful with when you call her".
Then we can let him decide whether to use her as an under-the-table asset for his running around in a suit beating people up. I can understand why people would choose to Refuse, though.
