The Problems of a Mute College Student

A/N: Sorry this took a bit to get out, was celebrating Christmas with my family. Anyways, seems we'll be helping a certain mute.
You arrive at the dorms, grab your luggage and walk into the buildings entrance, only to be met by the sight of the clerk manning the front desk staring with frustration at a young man who is rapidly running through several handsigns with an equally frustrated look on his face.
"Look sir, unless you can tell me why exactly you are here, I'm afraid I'm going to have to call campus security and have them escort you off the campus." The rather angry and rude clerk says to the young man.
'I'm trying to tell you jackass, I'm here because im enrolled at the school and im just trying to find out my damn room assignment!' The young man signs angrily.
"Excuse me sir, he's a student and he's just trying to find out his room assignment." You say to the clerk, stepping into the one sided arguement in an effort to defuse the situation.
'Finally! Someone who understands sign language!' The young man signs to you after throwing his hands up in gratitude. 'Would you mind telling this idiot my name is Link Ordana so he can look it up on his little computer and tell me what room I'm supposed to be in?' The young man, now identified as Link, asks you.
"He says his name is Link Ordana, he just wants to know what his room assignment is. Could you possibly look it up to n your computer there?" You translate for your silent companion. Your polite tone and Link's seeming thankfulness for your translation seems to cow the clerk somewhat, as he immediately begins to type on his computer and a few moments later becomes even more sheepish at what he finds.
"I'm so sorry for the delay Mr. Ordana, I had no idea you were mute, my apologies, your room assignment is on the second floor, room 204, your roommate is Ganondorf Dragmire." The clerk apologizes, before turning and looking at yourself. "Thank you for translating miss, I'm afraid I don't know sign language, it's a good thing you came along when you did, I'm guessing you're another new student staying at the dorms Miss...?" The clerk thanks you for your help, before asking for your name.
"Zelda...Zelda Hyrule, I would also like to know my room assignment as well." You answer the clerk, who then turns back to his computer. He types on it for a few more moments before he answers you.
"Here you are Ms. Hyrule, you're on the third floor, room 310, your roommate is..."
[]"...one Urbosa Gerudo."
[]"...an Impa Sheika."
[]"...a Nabooru Dragmire."

After getting told your room assignments and room keys, you decide to accompany Link to his room, in case he has a similar situation with his roommate as with the clerk out front. Thankfully his roommate either hasn't arrived yet or is just out at the moment, and you see Link off as you head to your own room. Once you get into your room, you decide to...
