So my first choice is due to wanting a reputation as a reliable and likeable person. Second choice is wanting to grow that reputation beyond the tyger claws and possibly hiring Maines crew if its an option. And third is wanting quickhacks and not trusting Fingers.

Yeah meeting with Maines gang (More specifically getting attached to them) is essentially a delayed suicide and im not seeing any benefits to talking to them at this point
That being said however they could be useful while they're still around, depends on the list we get

And as for rippers... Im not going anywhere near Fingers with a 2,000ft barge pole

How do you fake it till you make it in this case:

This is the best for now better to lay it cool

Would you like help when you go to deal with Yuri's crew:

Better to have backup as well get a runners team for us self to turn to and have on hand best if we can maines grew

Who would you like to go see for repairs and replacements, next chapter you'll get a selection of cyberware to get chipped back in depending on who you choose. All three options will have a selection of basic options they just won't be as good as if you got them from a better doc for the job:

we have the money so better spend it well on the best cyberware
 
I am not a fan of plan votes if the options are not closely interconnected somehow, they kill variability.
