I also like Miyu the best overall but in terms of fit her and Lena aren't what we need. We don't have any combat skills so our partner has to have them.

Campbell is pretty much a ticking time bomb, given the combination of Crazy + Drug Addict. He's pretty much guaranteed to stab us in the back at some point, especially if someone offers him the drugs needed to satisfy his addiction. The question is when he's going to betray us, not if he's going to betray us.
Troy is a much better choice for a fighter (even with the presence of anger issues, he's more trustworthy than crazy drug addict), but since no one's voting for him, I'm going for Lena, since we can always make use of thugs in case we need fighters and we could very much make use of someone who specializes in persuading and seducing people, especially someone who also is skilled in Disguises just like us.

It's implied that we are established in the criminal network so I imagine we have been working together for some time. If that's the case then I'm sure Lloyd has developed some degree of loyalty/friendship to us.
We should also have a good amount of money if we're a pair of successful criminals. I'm sure he has the means to fund his addiction by himself.
Lloyd covers both close combat and long range combat with his combat and marksmen skills, Troy is only useful in close combat. In terms of risk I would agree that Lloyd is riskier but his natural synergy with us outweighs the risk.
The only problem about choosing Lena is that we leave ourselves very vulnerable if we get ambushed or counter-attacked on jobs, which is bound to happen at some point. Having no combat specialist on a two-man team is asking for trouble.
Lloyd character-wise isn't the best option but he covers a lot of our weaknesses and vice versa. He is the best fit going off skills. I'm not sure if you've ever seen Naruto but I imagine our relationship would be similar to Itachi (cold and reserved) and Kisame (psycho) who were a very effective partnership.

BTW just an analysis on Lloyd, disregarding his usefulness in direct combat and transport:He brave; he loyal.

So yeah, I just prefer Lloyd for his skills and easy-going nature. He seems a tad weird, but he's got it somewhat under control, getting this far. We can help him with that if it comes to it.
Lena is just waiting to get the big payday, regardless of whether we die or not. Can't say that she's good for anything but looting living people and talking. Oh, and persuading. And her tongue. Did you hear it's silver? I bet you haven't, so she'll tell you about it all day long, with how energetic she is!

"Do you always have to take half an hour to freshen up for a job?" You mutter in annoyance before starting the car.
"You know what they say." Lena huffs in response as she adjusts her seatbelt. "Look good, feel good, perform good."
"What a load of bullshit."
"Good afternoon to you too." She sighs. "I'm guessing the all-black van is Hernandez?"
"Yeah. He has five bodyguards with him so we have to sit tight for now."
"Five bodyguards?" She moans, dramatically leaning back in her seat. "I knew we should've milked that geezer Corleoni for more money."
"Six-figure paydays don't come around everyday Lena. Have some fucking patience."
Lena just groaned in response as you trailed the van for the next 10 minutes. Eventually the van pulled up to a hotel parking lot. You made sure to drive a little further ahead at a local McDonalds before parking. You still had a clear visual of the van from your rear-view mirror.
Hernandez was the first one out of the van, then came two bodyguards. He talked to the bodyguards for a little bit before heading inside the hotel alone. The bodyguards just lounged around the van, talking amongst themselves. You waited an extra 5 minutes to confirm your suspicions before reaching for you duffel bag in the back seat. You dug out Lena's black wig and fake mole disguise and tossed them to her.
"Wait what ar-"
"Just put on the disguise Lena." You grunt, digging through the bag of disguises. "This isn't our first time getting a public figure, you should be able to recognize what's going on."
"I should?"
"He ditched the security because he's going to meet up with a women. That's the only time guys like this ditch their security. He's at a hotel because the woman he's seeing isn't his wife, it's his mistress. And he's not seeing her for long, so his security is waiting outside for him to go and.. finish the job."
"Wow, I forgot how smart you are sometimes. You know when you're not being a dickhead."
You grab the disguise you were looking for and immediately start changing. At this point Lena has her wig and fake mole on.

"Don't forget this." You say as you reach into the back of the car again, half-dressed. You pull out a pair of designer brand sunglasses. "It doesn't matter what kind of wig you have on if people can see your eyes."
"So how exactly are we doing this?" Lena asks as she grabs the sunglasses from you.
You take a minute to finish changing into your disguise before answering.
"You're going to go in, sweet talk the front desk person and find out what room Hernandez is in."
"How am I supposed to do that?"
"Figure it out." You mutter. "While your chatting with the front desk person take a peek at one of the names of the guests at the hotel, doesn't matter who. When you got it text me the room and the name of the hotel guest and then I come in."
"I can't take you seriously in that." She chuckles, eyeing you up and down.
You were suited in a common pizza delivery uniform with an empty pizza box and fake mustache to top it off.
You reached in the secret back seat compartment of your car for your glock 25. You smoothly placed it in the pizza box before closing it.
"Oh I get it now. There's only one thing though." Lena says, cocking her head. "You're pretty crap with a gun and I'm not any better."
"That's why now is the best time Lena. Any other time we would have to secret plant something on Hernandez or poison him. There's no chance we could openly take out Hernandez if he was guarded, but right now he's defenseless."
"Alrighty then." Lena says, stepping out the car. "I'll be quick then."
You watched as she sauntered down the street, turning the heads of many men and women in the process.

You hopped out the car and walked into the hotel, careful to keep the gun from falling out the pizza box. You headed straight to the receptionist lady who was on the phone.
"I'm a here to bring a pizza for a Mr. Joey Greene." You state in your best Italian accent.
"Room 45B." She answers dismissively, eager to get back to her phone call.
You headed down the hallway where Lena was waiting by the stairs.
"What story you'd use this time?" You ask.
"Angry fiance that caught her partner cheating."
Interesting. I'll have to save that one.
"I already scoped out the floor." Lena says, leading you up the stairs. "The coast is clear at the moment and there's a fire escape right next to Hernandez's room."
Perfect.
You carefully removed your gun from the pizza box and passed it to Lena to hide in her purse. You threw out the pizza box in a nearby garbage can and pulled out your credit card.
"This is it huh." You muttered as you reach the room. You used the credit card to swipe through the hotel lock and very quietly pop open the door.
Is this lock supposed to be a deterrent or a joke..
Lena passed you back the gun as the two of you silently crept inside the room. It was a pretty generic hotel room. The bathroom was right next to the front door and the bedroom was directly ahead. Fortunately for you, Hernandez and his mistress were a little... busy so they didn't notice your entry. Lena quietly closed the door and nodded for you to go ahead.
You hopped out in front of the bed, your gun aimed on Hernandez. He was laying naked with his mistress next to him.
"Put your hands up real slow. If you try anything funny I'll kill you and the girl." You threaten.
Mayor Hernandez was a lot smaller in-person. He was a short and tan man with a receding hairline. His mistress was your typical fair-skin dark-haired beauty.
Hernandez didn't say anything but the look in his eyes was a look of defeat and surrender. He slowly raised his hands up and remained calm. His partner on the other hand had a look of absolute terror on her face. She looked like she was about to scream before Hernandez spoke up.
"There's no use in yelling Gabriela. Don't worry, they're not after you." He reassures her.
"P-please don't kill him." She stutters, as she began sobbing. Her hands were also in the air. "He may have done some bad things in the past but he changed now. I swear, ple-"
Her sobbing broke off into incoherent gibberish that you did your best to tune out.
"Whoever is paying you for this job." Hernandez calmly says, looking you in the eye. "I will offer you double right now. Just let me and her live, and tell me who sent you."
Double the payment? You were already getting offered quite a hefty amount for this job. Getting double right now just for letting Hernandez go and snitching on your Corleoni sounded good. But still...
"We gotta take it!" Lena whispers into your ear. "We get to walk out with double that old fuck Corleoni was gonna give us and we don't even have to finish the hit! What's there to even think about at this point? The only dec-"
"Shut up, Lena." You hiss, your gun still drawn on Hernanadez. He was just talking to his mistress trying to calm her down while she silently sobbed. "Let me think for a minute."
