A question for the eventual encounter, how are we gonna deal with the rangdan when we encounter them? I'd honestly say we should put them to the sword when we inevitably fight them.

On the unknown planets that is 2, 11 and 20, when you get to them they will have three votes one for Primarch landing, one for Planet, and one for location which would be a sub vote.
On the Rangda they will be around, and in the rough area of space for the imperium to meet. However remember that the delay and overall slower progress of the great crusade while not as bad as they could be has given all polities a chance to expand from where they were in the original 30k timeline. For small things like most planets it's not relevant, but for the false Imperium, the Interex, the Rangda, the Orks of Ulanor have nearly a century of extra build up and alternate local conflicts.
Any other questions floated that I've missed?

so plan kill erebus, kill erebus and then kill erebus. then make sure interex doesn't fall apart, maybe make sure necromunda gives us its STC (yes every primarch gets a stc from them) and whatever the f is up with rangdan and hrud

True. I was thinking he would go to the planet where originally Lorgal landed because well, I think the rest of the primarchs would fall. While talking about Lorgal, I was thinking about him landing on Prospero, it would help with awakening his psyker powers and he would still be useful in writing the books.

Damnit. It was close with Runes! I hope it isn't completely blocked. It would be cool to create golems and magical automatons!
Runes and mind controlled critters are still a thing that will happen, rather they will just not be the big things that Magnus' is bringing to the legion so it will effect his contribution to the culture.
