As far as I can tell, combat training only helps our character. So making weapons is a better choice even though it apparently takes 3 years (unrealistic, but whatever).
Making friends because we don't know anyone.
Set up gathering posts because food and water are more important and less detectable than houses.
Common Sense...
Non-potion magic takes less infrastructure.

Only to say that I changed one thing of Preparations. It's now 2 turns instead of 3 to try to make it more realistic. Think that is a kid trying to help, and there is few people in there and mostly people who doesn't know how to do things apart from farming or magic. I try to show that

Thank you!

Do we later get stuff like runes / enchantments ?

Also some actions that would allow us get / set things up so that we can gather information on what is going on in the area around us ?

Some more general info about what we have and where we are / live would be nice.

How big is the Village and ~ how many people live in there and is it a full magic Village or do we have non witches / wizards here that don´t know what is going on ?

Yeah, there will be actions that later on will allow you to either get runes, enchantments, and set things.

I am trying to work the general info and so on, but I am in exam period (yeah, I didn't think about creating this quest at this time, but it's serving me to avoid becoming crazy about them).

Apart from that, you can send me projects or things that you can think they could try to set up, and I will incorporate them if I can. Probably some of them I will end up setting some requisites, but either way, each idea is welcome.

From the moment, everyone there is either a wizard or a witch. This can change in the future.

I just added a map in the information about the Village. It's not much, but it will let you have an idea of how its the terrain when is empty. As you develop the village, I will go updating the map with things, but if someone want to do it, its welcome too. The platform I did the map is Pyromancers, for you to know.

Our first year (Results)
"Mum, where are we going?"

"Don't worry, son." My mom said, with a smile in her face. I was happy that she was smiling now, she didn't smile so often after strange things started happening around the house.
For example, I was trying to find the chickens; as by an error I set them free, and I saw them flying toward me in a speed I couldn't believe. Or when the fire started on the chimney when the wood was damp with the rain.

"Is this the boy?" A male voice said, and I looked up, to a man with kind smile, but without an arm and looked old. There was another woman, but she had a frown in her face, but I couldn't see anymore as the man grabbed me by my arm.

"Mum?"

"Sorry son… Is for the best. If you stay here, you will be killed by the fire. This is the best I could provide you." My mom said, with tears in her eyes. I couldn't think, I tried reaching out to her, but the man who grabbed me, freed me before using something and immobilised me. I couldn't scream, couldn't even say anything.

"Stay well, they will take care of you" My mom said, before turning her back to me, and starting to go away. Then, the man put me in the cart, and just made the horses go, making me go away from everything I knew.

Years have passed since then, and now we are among others in an empty place, where we will try to make it our home… it sounded nice, but would need a lot of work, and we are being asked to help. There are another kids like me, so I am not exactly alone, but I miss my home.

MARTIAL:

You are just a kid, but in case you need it, you must learn how to defend yourself without magic, because the hunters and so on won't stay put until you do you magic spell to get out of there. They don't expect you to fight either way, but it's better to be prepared. At least you are not alone, as other kids your age are there too. (One Action)

[X] Preparing

The people are defenceless if they don't use their magic. Maybe making some basic equipment will make it better for us to defend our new home.
+Adds Basic Weapons to everyone in the Civ
Chance of Success: (Needed: 20, Rolled: 70)
Time to Complete: 2 Turns

"Why are we doing this"

"We can't use our magic for everything, Elric. And now, we are without any means of defending ourselves without using magic and exposing ourselves. So, we are making weapons" One of the adults explained, while making a spear made of wood. It was primitive, and surely it would amount to nothing if we fought with that to bandits and so on... but it was better than nothing it seemed.

DIPLOMACY:

There aren't much neighbour villages here, but one or two farms nearby can help us obtaining some food to last until we are settled correctly, and there is maybe the forest which are unexplored. The aid is small, but useful right now. But I can speak with the others kids like me to make friends...(One Action)

[X] Making friends

I don't know anybody except some of the adults. I should try to know them better
Benefit: Being closer to everyone in the village
Chance of Success: 30/60/90 (Needed: 30/60/90; Rolled: 62)
Turns to Completion: 1

"Hello, I'm Elric"

There were in total about five kids counting me. Two of them were girls, and the rest boys. One of the boys was taller than me, and seemed energetic, but the other was looking through a book with concentration. The girls were speaking between them, with one doll made by hand it seemed between them.

"Hello, wanna play with me? Marcus is just reading through a book, and Elisa is taking care of Martha, so they can't just go to play. And I am Nikolas." The energetic boy said, speaking in an incredible speed that I nearly couldn't follow. For the soft laugh Marcus did when looking at me, I could tell my face was telling everything about the way Nikolas spoke.

"Don't worry, you will soon adapt" Elisa said with a smile, and I just smiled back.

"Alright... what have you thought to play?"

I wished I never asked that question.

STEWARDSHIP:

You are living now in the open, without a house to shelter and having problems of food, water and living. You have to remedy this, helping in any way you can. (One Action)

[X] Set up gathering posts
There is a forest, and a lake. You can set up places where you can recollect food easily and have enough to survive until you are better off.
Benefit: Don't have to worry about food and water at least.
Chance of Success: 70 (Needed: 30, Rolled: 41)
Turns to Completion: 1

We ran toward the woods, finding some berries and mushrooms. There are some animals too that we can hunt when we have the tools necessary, and the lake have fish. We have only to pass by and calm our hunger, but if we set up some things, maybe we can solve the food problem.

INTRIGUE

All of you are wizards and witches, so if some witch hunter pass here, he will have a field day until the village is wiped out. You need to figure out how to pass as normal people until you find the way to avoid things like this. (One Action)

[X] Common Sense

Avoid putting your wand in a place where everyone can see it, don't have your cauldron out there. Don't transfigure another person because he insults you!
Benefits: Less chance for someone to suspect the truth about the village
Chance of Success: 60 (Needed: 40, Rolled: 68)
Turns to Completion: 1

"But why can't we put our wand in there"

"Because it would seem strange to see a stick near the books. If we aren't careful, when the Church comes or the Witch Hunter goes looking, they will see this. We can't risk it." One woman said, as she gave a demostration about where I could put my wand.

"Now, repeat the rules" The woman said, and I sighed.

"Never put the cauldron where everyone could see it, always have my wand nearby, but in a place where it could not seem strange, and never use my magic in front of people who isn't a wizard or a witch"

"Good job!" The woman smiled.

MAGIC

There is a lot to learn about magic, and so less time to understand it if I want to be of use when the time is right. (One Action)

[X] Understanding the magic

The other wizards and witches starts to teach you and others in their free time about magic and how to use it with your wands.
Benefit: +Magic, unlocks more complex Magic.
Chance of Success: 50 (Needed: 50, Rolled: 1)
Turns to Completion: 1

"Elric... would you mind explaining" The man who take care of me said, looking at me with a frown.

"She was making fun of me!"

"Tell me everything..."

"Alright... She was explaining everything about magic, but I couldn't understand it, so I started asking questions. Then, she started shouting that a five years kid could have understood it, and I got angry..."

"Well... I understand, but next time try to control your temper. Now... Anybody know how to separate her from a tree? Her middle half is bound to the tree, and the other will soon suffer from blood pressure." The man said, looking up to see the woman upside down, with her legs inside the tree and some vines in her mouth that didn't let her speak. Her wand was in the ground, so she couldn't use magic... We needed some time to bring her down, and I didn't understand anything about magic at all.

Will need 2 turns more to understand it completely.

So only 1 failed roll and a kind-of-not-total-victory roll, not too bad, considering how dangerous how our situation is...

Can't wait to see the next update.

Second Year
"This is our first year together"

"Yes, but it's not going to happen" The woman said, as I huffed at that

"But..."

"No Elric, even if we have been here one year trying to make you learn magic, you can't go and try to spell the ground to be honey! Not after the time you stuck me to the tree!" The woman said, and I stayed silent.
