Have Snow Dog stand close in order to protect you from more attacks and gather heat within himself: when the man move the cellphone to his ear direct all the heat there until it melt. That should provide an opening for you to absorb all the heat.
You stay still, subtly drawing in heat as he waits for an answer.
The delivery person watches you, and nods. "Good dog." They then raise the phone to their ear.
You surge forward, getting them into range and directing all the heat into their phone. It begins to melt, giving off an acrid stench, and you begin draining heat from him with the distraction.
The heart source begins flaring, only barely generating enough heat to shake off your drain.
The delivery person lunges forward, slamming into you with a shoulder charge and interrupting your drain. They're now clad in what looks like a full suit of mechanical armor, with an orange visor that conceal their face and a orange glow coming from the seams in it. "You just broke my phone. It had all my contacts, all my music, all my PDFs. I need it to find jobs, to check my bank account, and to keep in touch with my friends."
They stretch, and then raise their fists. "You've been trying to drain my heat for awhile out of some kind of paranoia or fear, so let me explain my Stand to you."
They surge forward with a flash of light, catching Snow Dog across the side with a roundhouse kick. "Jet Fuel Heart's primary function is compensating for a congenital heart defect. My heart doesn't work properly, so it does most of the work."
You retaliate, flash freezing their feet to the ground. It lasts only a second, but long enough for Snow Dog to smash into them and slam them into the wall.
You back off before they can retaliate. Their attacks aren't that strong you notice, and since they are targeting Snow Dog, who is much more durable than you, it's barely affecting you.
The enemy stands. "Jet Fuel Heart's secondary purpose is to act as a suit of armor that enhances my speed and strength."
The room looks like it's getting misty. You spot the small pixie like figure of Lacuna Rain above your heads. A glance back into the apartment reveals that Alex and Maria have taken refuge behind the couch.
