Hmm, at the very least we should be able to coordinate and gather together any money the orphans have. Unless Arasaka blocked inheritances as well just to be a dick.

That should hopefully tide us over for a couple of turns.

In other news, Bancho is happy his pirated anime got cheaper/ has a wider selection due to increased supply.

Most of them could not get all their inheritance due to Arasaka bascailly stealing said inheritance.

the total between all 100 kids we saved are around 10 million in total... which is not a lot.


Esspcially since a few of them are siblings who now have to care for one another.

Yep.

Lets just say that there is potentially a new animation company starting up in night city, all there to make sure that there is new animation and anime for the masses.
 
So I'm in a giving mood. You may see an omake involving Kenji seeing all the kids making a ruckus around the apartment soon.

Though him training of some of the kids would be interesting.... should he hire Vic to teach some of the kids in being a ripperdoc?

Also wonder if Senji can teach some of his crafting skills to some of the students?

So I've been thinking about the weapon we're going to make for Blackhand, and I'm thinking we should keep the design tasteful and understated. A matte black exterior, with very little decoration. Note that when I say "very little decoration", I mean it. At most, the gun's name etched in silver somewhere unobtrusive, and maybe "1/1" to demonstrate the weapon's uniqueness. I feel that such a weapon would fit the personality of Blackhand quite well.

We're still new to the scene. Once we do more buisness it will likely improve.

So I'm thinking we first figure out who's good at what among our classmates and spend at minimum of 10 turns for us to consolidate and train people before creating a corperation can ever be considered. We have loyalty down, but competency? Willingness to kill? Lawyers, security, diplomacy, tech support. Just a whole lot of things. We can still make money off the black market, but. Later.

I meant it's unrealistic to put paying senji back ahead of securing financial stability. If there doing something nice for senji and end up in a bad spot and needing rescue from financial trouble as a result it somewhat defeats the purpose. It's a nice thought that doesn't account for night city realities, like the possibility of needing some kind of health insurance before the end of the month do to driving down the wrong section of highway(gloria Martinez).

Definitely not a coilgun. That would require facilities we don't have just yet. Some time fancy is not the best. An under barrel grenade launchers however is doable. 40mm, single fire, different variants. Chaff, HE, incendiary, flash.

Oh yeah forgot to mention. Somewhere in WW2 those AA smart proximity rounds were invented so they could explode closer to planes. It was pretty much modified Christmas lights stuck in explosives. The same could be minoturized and put in a 40mm round.

RIGHT! Yeah, they're called air burst grenades. They work for Grenade Launchers and most RPG's.

Maybe? I mean, does it fit his theme? Does Morgan Blackhand wear neon clothes and a pink Mohawk? Does he scream slang and choom all the time? Maybe we could go for a softer Neo-military style from 2077, or maybe something . . . wait I got it.

We could ask him to bring us an old gun he owns we can refurbish. Keep most of the parts, add some new tech. It'll have that old world mystique mixed with new world tech.
