You know if Obito and Madara are both dead then the Uchiha Coup/Massacre would have been very different. Obito wasn't seen during the Kyuubi attack, Madara didn't encourage Itachi. If he actually killed the clan 'to test himself' in this timeline like he claimed he did then he's a ticking timebomb for the Akatsuki. Who better to test himself against than the largest concentration of S-Rank badasses in the world?

Sasori is probably inside of the puppet he was in when he first showed up, so we probably don't know how he actually looks like yet. Plus, Deidara and Sasori work better with Crystal Release.

So since Kagura, Obito and Madara are no longer present within this timeline, does Pain still possess the Rinnegan? What about Zetsu? Does he even exist in this timeline?

Technically 8 since Obito is dead as well and I'm assuming you're not counting yourself. You'll find out later though that you're not the only prospective ninja that is getting recruited by the Akatsuki.

(Regular animals, mythical creatures like dragons, demons, etc.)

She possess the rare crystal release which she can use to convert matter into crystal or manipulate pre-existing crystals and crystalline structures.

    [X] Oji Tenbatsu. Oji has one of the highest IQ scores in the village despite his relatively young age. Due to this he has been steered in the directions of politics, but Oji has always shown an interest in being a shinobi. His intelligence has led to him becoming a rather arrogant individual. While this this arrogance is not on a delusional level, it keeps Oji from accepting help in areas where he probably should. He possess a bloodline which allows him to manipulate light in different forms.

    • It was a long journey back to the Akatsuki base. Somewhere called Amegakure, you never really heard much about it. You stayed silent most of the trip while the two weirdos in front of you argued about "perfect art".

    The blond pretty boy, Deidara, kept glancing back at you every couple of minutes with an irritating look on his face. You knew that he would beat you pretty bad in a one on one fight but that look was pissing you off. After about the 20th time he did it you spoke up.

    "What the fuck are you looking at?"

    Deidara just scoffed and turned back to Sasori. "Master Sasori, are you sure she's really cut out to be Akatsuki material, hm?"

    The steel-tailed hunchback known as Sasori, shook his head disapprovingly. "How condescending you've become in your short tenure Deidara. I remember thinking the same about you when we first met. I still have those thoughts from time to time."

    "This is different! We can't just be plucking kids from vil-"

    "This "kid" is a month older than you." Sasori retorted. "I'm sure if Pain decided she was worth taking note of, there is something special about her."

    "Let's see just what is so special about her, hm." Deidara grunted as he pulled a small book from under his robe. You guessed that the book had information on you and the other recruits.
