I cannot wait for the negotiations to get underway. I've been pining for this story for a while, Xeno. It's great to see it starting up again.
Seems the Terrans are starting to get a good handle on just how freaky Mass Effect tech is, with Swann pointing out the important thing. The guys who built Mass Relays are scary dudes. Well, Swann, you're right. Give it a few decades and you'll even get to meet them! Won't that be fun?
Granted, Terran tech is still something that's kind of thrown the Citadel species for a loop. It's damn effective for looking so clunky. Although, heh, that's nothing on how a proper look at Protoss technology is going to freak them out. Space Wizards be Space Wizarding it up.

Also, the Dark Templar acrobatics? Consider that to be one of the different Nerazim fighting Styles.
Some of the styles are utilitarian (i.e. similar to gameplay), but others are... well, flashy.
The Khalai (Zealots, High Templar, etc), though, they don't do flashy. The Khalai use style.
Maybe they will, maybe they won't.
