Well, this should be exciting! I'm looking forward to the development of the Greg/Taylor relationship (I identify strongly with Greg, so I appreciate stories where he manages to overcome his loserhood and become something better). Also very excited to see the group go up against Coil. One thing that we very rarely get in fanfic (probably because it is incredibly hard to write properly) is a prolonged sequence in which the protagonists do not know the nature of Coil's power and we do not get to see from his perspective, a sequence which captures the surreal feel of fighting a war in which you never get to see the other side's losses. Ack is a highly skilled writer, so I'm hoping we get a sequence like that here.

*I just realised what with Earth-Bet having tinkertech: I wonder if they've got instant hair grow.
No, but they've got hair remover, and it lasts forever, or a semi-random period from one to seven days. You don't expect Tinker-tech to be useful do you? :)

(Yeah, I was wrong. There is instant hair growth. But. In the presence of a number of common environmental factors (likely including your favorite food/drink) it unpredictably causes further hair growth. This side effect (usually) ends after one month. Except, when it doesn't. :) )

((Evil version? Looks/smells just like the standard one, but provides five-foot long hair. All over. Typically... not good for any clothes/armor you were wearing. So, were you in the wig industry? :) ))

"Why are you standing, naked, in the bath, looking anxiously at a bottle labeled 'hair restorer'? And, why have I had to rent, AND get trained in using, a sheep-shearing kit?"

"Caution."

It's not the lack of food or water that will drive him out, it's the electricity for the sump pumps.
Couldn't he have batteries (molten salt ones, even?) that would keep his pumps running for a long time, even if he's drawing no external power? Seems to me you'd want an Endbringer shelter to work like that, and not use air-breathing generators if at all possible... Any air vents would be an undesirable vulnerability...

Unfortunately the thing with pumps is, they are power hogs. And for a secret base like his, a dinky domestic 1/3hp pump won't be enough. So undoubtedly with some battery banks he can keep them running but for how long? A week? Two weeks? Then we come to, these things need constant coddling to keep running (think tinkertech but greasier and with stinking residue accumulating everywhere). So he has to have a maintenance and cleaning crew, who can't just call in outside contractors or order from McMaster-Carr with expedited delivery. It's a rabbit hole.
