You know, we might be able to do a fun little trick here -- ask to spend the day with her great aunt Lucretia, go to the twins place from her Aunt's place, and don't tell her parents.
It feels like the kind of trick kids would do in this setting after all, lol. More points of failure than just arguing with her parents successfully, but probably easier individual checks.
Might even be able to do it as a backup.
[X] Ginny asked her parents if she could go have Yuliette Tea with the twins
-[X] Pull at Molly's heartstrings, the twins are Ginny's only real friends in Slytherin and have stuck up for her a lot despite the stigma of a Weasley Slytherin. It wouldn't be right to turn her back on them when they have been so supportive of her.
-[X]
When if that fails, argue to spend that day with Great Aunt Lucretia, and go to tea with the twins from there.
I'm betting on Molly being unwilling to deny Ginny access to family after denying her access to her only friends in her house, and then being able to get her aunt to help her do this.
Is this a good idea? Jury's still out on that. Is it a fun idea? Yes, yes it is.
