I actually did consider the first draft of having Rayquza inspire the Bagon to try and fly, resulting in the first of them reaching the evolution of Salamance, but i felt that maybe seemed odd that no Bagon reached Salamance yet.
[X] Plan Sheep Bards
-[X] The tribe had managed to domesticate a Pokémon line that lived in the grassy hills close to forested areas. It was a line of the electric sheep called Mareep, which was easier to domesticate over its lack of desire to truly harm those who didn't show any ill will towards it. When it finally was domesticated, its wool was harvested to make high-quality clothes.
-[X] The tribesmen had cut down a lot of branches from the forest trees and made tools out of them, such as arrows. However, one very creative tribesmen created the flute, a musical instrument that they used to make music that entertained their people.
-[X]Write In: Amphony
The city of Amphony, a city of shepherds and musicians. For the generations that it took to build up cornerstones to what would define their culture, the settling tribe and all the tribes that merged with it had managed to mix what they had gathered from what defined all the tribes, as well as base their lives around their newest inventions.
With time and circumstances the city continued to grow and change. When they had to deal with wild Pokémon attacking their farms and pastures, they developed more types of weaponry to fight against them, as well as discovering the Mareeps' ability to shoot small bolts of lightning at their predators and enemies.
Many Mareeps were soon bred for combat and defense of the herd alongside their shepherds, which made them grow strong enough to evolve Flaaffy and then with time and generations into Ampharos.
When dealing with raids on the city itself from other tribes and smaller settlements, walls made of baked bricks and mortar replaced wooden walls that had stood before.
The people who had once been a tribe had been turned into something more as they became the first city-folk. They had adapted more and more to their plentiful surrounding and whatever separated the multitude of tribes that had merged into the original tribe disappeared and thus they had decided to give themselves a name that they believed fitted their people.
[ ] They had decided to call themselves the Saxo people. (All future kingdoms and people of Jugdral of the next era will follow a German naming scheme)
[ ] They had decided to call themselves the Qin people. (All future kingdoms and people of Jugdral of the next era will follow a Chinese naming scheme)
[ ] They had decided to call themselves the Nordo people. (All future kingdoms and people of Jugdral of the next era will follow a Scandinavian naming scheme)

[ ] They had decided to call themselves the Frankèl people. (All future kingdoms and people of Jugdral of the next era will follow a Frankish naming scheme)
[ ] They had decided to call themselves the Greko people. (All future kingdoms and people of Jugdral of the next era will follow a Greek naming scheme)
They people of the city of Amphony lived their lives as peacefully as they could as time flew by like the wind, herding their Mareeps across the land close to the city, while on the inside they had enjoyed the music of wooden flutes that moved and echoed inside the city walls.
However, their enemies around them also grew with time and became bolder with their attempts against the first city of humanity. Animorphs were also not very keen on the constant presence of humans around them, yet they also took inspiration from the humans and made packs that stayed in a permanent area.
As time passed as generations for the people of the first human city, great tales rose within their numbers, which they then put to songs. Whether these tales were true or false mattered not, for they brought out a great deal of inspiration and desire for exploration and adventure from those who heard them. Some of these stories would carry on and inspire similar tales in other cultures on different continents, but the roots of these tales would always be traced back to the culture of Amphony. (Pick 2 Grand Tales)
[ ] One tale depicts a young man who was born with a gift of inhuman strength as he wandered across the land, fighting great monsters who harmed or threatened the innocents. His greatest accomplishments were matching the strength and slaying the great Elephant King and the monstrous water dragon Hydarius. For each great monster that he had beaten, he had taken on a wife, ending with 8 wives in total.
[ ] One tale depicts a little girl who had lost her way in the woods, away from her home. During the night, she had been attacked by a pack of wild Pokémon, but another Pokémon came to her rescue, scaring away her attackers. At first the girl was fearful of her savior, but when she realized it meant her no harm, she decided to stick close to it. She followed it for a day and, not knowing where it was going but decided to trust it anyway. Eventually it got her out of the forest and close to human society, where her parents found her. They took the Pokémon in, where it always protected the girl for the rest of its life.
[ ] One tale depicts a bard as he is dismissed by the rest of his peers for his lack of talent with the flute, being mocked that he should try to focus on something useful like dealing with the current infestation of mice. The bard trains day and night for 30 days before performing in the market of the city. The angelic music made all the mice across the city to come out of their lairs, to which he walked out of the city, stopping the entire infestation.
[ ] One tale depicts a city under attack from raiders from neighboring tribes. The farms around the city were burning and the guards were having a hard time pushing back the raiding barbarian. However, a sudden change comes when a small child steps up and gives a rousing speech that raises the moral of the guards and the people. With everyone working together, they manage to defeat the barbarians and make to complete annihilation.
[ ] During a time that two opposing tribes, one human and one Animorph fought one another in a bloody war to preserve each tribe and push the other from their territory, a man and woman from each clan fall in love. Because of their clans' hatred of one another and fear that they would meet on the battlefield, the two run to the nearest city to seek shelter, where they live their lives with the guilt of abandoning their friends and family.

Well, sorry this took so long and that there aren't many options, but building a society comes in stages. Anyway, I'm not really in a writing mood lately, but I still want to continue, so updates won't be as regularly as they were.
Anyway, until next time stay healthy, stay safe and have a great day.

Too sleepy for a proper response, but for now as a Human Empire, I want to build up the story with them as the main focus. We can build up the story with Animorphs as the one in the spotlight later. Too many elements in one place will only make the lore messy.
Hmm....I still want to still cultivate the bond between Human and Pokemon. This still seems a bit too early. Undercooked.
Oh! How about this?

The Child King. Not only do we can give a leader figure among them, we can also give reason as to why the heck did the Pokemon World let out Child Trainers to the wild.
The Trainer without a Pokemon. I want to cook the relationship between Human and Pokemon a little bit more, and this guy will serve perfectly for that. He can be something like a Proto-Trainer. He is a trainer, but not quite one. Either good or bad he will make an excellent foundation. A bond that is made block by block is stronger than one made in one sitting.
Well, since no one voted in a while. Voting is closed!
We kinda have an obvious winner here.

The City of Amphony continued to grow across the generations. As time grew on they needed more space, thus they continuously expanded their borders, even to the point that many smaller cities and tribes fought against them in order to keep their own territory rather than being absorbed and lose their own culture in favor of those who began as humble shepherds of electric sheep Pokémon.
The city itself had managed to go through various periods in their time, from eras of flourish to eras of famine and depletion. However they persevered and stood strong.
The tale of the bard had taught each generation the importance of working hard to improve, making hem better at the skills they desired to learn and perfect. That particular tale also strengthen the influence of music around the city, bringing the creation of more instruments such as the Lur horn, the harp and drums. Musicians and bards became renowned and beloved by the citizens of the city as bards would have performances where they try to outperform the other in either musical skill or their skills in telling tales.
The tale of the lost girl had made certain groups believe that their sheep were more than just tools for wool or for combat and started to treat them much better than in the pass, making them trusted companions, with many Ampharos serving as bodyguards and main protectors of both their herd and shepherd.
But there was only so much room for people to live in in one city, thus forcing many to leave and try to survive on the outskirts and farmlands with the very real threat of raids and attacks from the enemies of the city.
In the city ever since its founding there were always families that tried to push their superiority over others in order to rule over the city in its entirety. However, every family in the city tried to push one of their own to become the city's ruler that it started a web of intrigue and alliances to form between families, starting what would later become known as politics.
Eventually, during the time of forceful expansion, the city had a new ruler rise to the top. The ruler was young and inexperienced, but with plenty of ambition and drive to make sure that their visions and dreams would become a reality. They would later be known as the first monarch in history, their family ruling for a period of time that ranged between a few centuries.
Under their rule, they had intentionally had people leave the city so, given all the materials and skilled craftsmen to start another city. Under their rule all opposition fell beneath their feat and absorbed into the Nordo people, bringing them into a new era that many could call a golden age.
Who was that brave, bold leader who stepped up?
[ ] His name was Arvid, a beautiful young man with sweeping charisma, a sharp tongue and great manners, as well as a tactical mind in both open battle and the battles of intrigue. He was an orphan who rose to power merely using his intellect, perseverance and ambition to make sure that his name will be remembered for generations to come.
[ ] Her name was Luna, a beautiful young woman with a personality as pure as the moon. She was a dense and stubborn lady who's mastery over managing the city was unparalleled. Coming from one of the richest families in Amphony, she desired nothing more than to make life better for everyone, lighting a fire in her heart to make sure everyone has food to each and a roof under their head.
[ ] His name was Otso, a rough and uncouth man who stood firm over all others in size. He took the reigns by force and promised all who supported him a grand life on the battlefield. His skill in battle and sheer desire to crush all opposition in his way to satiate his unquenchable hunger for battle made him the perfect war-time leader.
[ ] Her name was Hilda, a pretty but uncouth young woman who had a small heard of Ampharos. She had a very magnetic personal charm that made Pokémon and people flock to her. In her time the farmlands were in bad conditions because of raids from neighboring cities. With a desire to keep people safe, she rose to power and started a campaign against the smaller cities.
The new leader of the city of Amphony was certainly a very determined youngster with grand ambitions for their city. Despite the fact that at the time all the smaller cities and tribes would unite their military might to counter the larger city's forces time and time again, the young leader refused to believe that they couldn't be beaten.
With their ow great well of determination, they had managed to eventually get rid of all of their enemies and conquer their land and form new cities for the Nord people, but how exactly did they managed to make their great opposition to submit?
[ ] Through intelligent use of intrigue and playing politics. Agents of the ruler of Amphony managed to persuade influential people in other cities to side with them and start coups against their leaders, weakening their armies to the point that the army of the city of Amphony could crush them on the battlefield. The influenced individuals and their families got influential roles in the ruler's court, starting the earliest form of aristocracy.
[ ] Through the clever use of assassins. The ruler sent assassins to infiltrate the smaller cities and had them cut down the rulers and generals in their sleep, then crushing the enemy's army while they lack any real leaders. The conquest of the other cities was quick and allowed for a quicker settlement of people in them.
[ ] Through clever and pragmatic battlefield tactics that were quite unorthodox at the time and would set the foundation for more advanced tactics of war in the future, their enemies weren't expecting such tactics and thus were crushed on the battlefield one city at a time. Thanks to those battles the city of Amphony suffered few casualties and thus could expand without issues.
Thus the cities that opposed Amphony and the cultures they housed soon fell and were erased from history as new cities rose in their place, such as the cities of Tørb, Júrkland, Rowane and Dyflin.
Under the reign of the new ruler there was a plenty for the Nord people, who had started to gain more tales of conquest and battle among their many ballads that had been planted in the consciousness of the Nords. Their ruler themselves got plenty of tales to their name, as people praised their leader and loved them unconditionally.
But the conquest of the human cities had always left things uncertain with the other natives Animorph tribes of the area, as the new human kingdom ruled over half of the western part of the continent, giving them an incredible amount of power and influence.
In spite of the fear that the human-animal hybrids towards the expansion of humanity and their potential aggression towards them, the new Kingdom of Man had settled on governing itself and its large territory, its first monarch keeping themselves busy with all the newly introduced politics and excessive amount of management to prevent them from ever going on another military campaign for the rest of their long life.
The first kingdom of humanity itself had also received a name from the monarch.
[ ] It was called after the people that made the kingdom, the kingdom of Nordo.
[ ] It was given a name based on its geographical area on the continent of Jugdral, the kingdom of Vestrya.
[ ] It was named after the great ruler that had brought the people from a single city to a kingdom, the kingdom of Arvidmark/Lunandor/Otsoburgh/Hildanburgh. (city name based on ruler choice)

Sorry for not updating for an entire week, still in my period of "can't bring myself" to write" phase. But right now this is what I have for you all. Despite the few amount of options I still find them all simple and fun. I hope you all enjoy them too.
Also, please vote in plan format.
Until next time stay healthy, stay safe and have a great day.

I got reminded too much of Cao Cao. A man of near unparalleled Ambition. At least, from what the DW games tell me. Hence, expy time.
