There is an option with only a slightly obtuse connection to PMMM but it isn't that one.

Huh so I was right about Nehelenia being the mystery box option, would've been cool to play a reformed villain who's the dark mirror of Usagi.
Still Saturn is nice as well so I'm fine with this outcome, as for my vote I'll go with PMMM, I've seen Saturn in worm before and unlikely savior is so vague that I have no clue what it could be so PMMM it is.

Unlikely savior is maybe a straight Sailor Saturn wakes up as the first sailor scout? Would certainly be a strange position for her to be the herald of hope instead of disaster.
Famiglia Tomoe is probably Mami Tomoe, making use of the fact they share the same surname to create a link.
