[Spoilers] Fire Emblem Engage: A Dragon’s Tale

[X] You refuse to be like your father. You won't let these humans die to the corrupted like you almost did! You'll save these people and their village because that's the very antithesis of what Sombron would do! (Path of Refutation)

Skipping the prologue map would mean we'd be underleveled for chapter 1, and we can't have that.
Would that I could funny and insightful and "wow we are still working on connecting to the narrative" the same post.

The Paragon choice :V

Courge is not the absence of fear, but the choice to move forwards in spite of it. How about we be courageous and then run away as fast as we can after?

Edit: This is totally a paralogue style chapter isn't it? We need to watch out for anyone that tries to talk to us, otherwise we might accidentally get recruited into some dual-hair colored protagonist's army if we aren't careful. /jk, I don't think we're far enough in the 'main game's' plot for that to happen yet.

Kind of interesting that it seems we're going to make Aster resolved to fight the Corrupted in comparison to Alear who was kind of terrified of them.

Do Aurora and Borea happen to be red and green themed?

[X] Abandon them to their fate. It's the pragmatic choice, and the affairs of humans aren't really your concern, especially those that fought against you in the past, no matter how distant that connection appears to be. Besides, the fact that the corrupted are around is never a good sign, despite the fact it seems the Divine Dragon won the war. (Path of Pragmatism)

Honestly this is such a non-choice vote that I expect its the setup for a... I won't say trap, but basically a snare later on.

I will indeed confirm that both choices have immediate and non-immediate consequences of positive and negative nature. I don't offer trap choices. Both choices here are valid.

Alright, given how obvious the victor is, I'm closing the vote here! I'll get cracking on the post, but won't provided a timeframe of when to expect the update this time! Thank you all for your patience!

Just woke up after having served Sombron for who knows how long, killing humans and divine dragons, stealing emblems and who knows what else. Getting killed by Sombron was not that surprising as it happened to everyone.
Yet decided to fight to SAVE the people, rather that just fight to spite Sombron or because it has a thing against corrupted....

There has been no-one to change her mind/nature like Alear with Lumera or Veyle with Alear.
Suddenly wanting to help humans feels very weird, even if its to spite Sombron, it feels like a pretty huge step with no actual development to guide it there.
*also kinda surprising that there is no fear towards the Corrupted who, as far as Aster remembers, killed/knocked her out just hours/days ago.
**in retrospective, having big changes/steps with little development fits Engage pretty well.

For the quest itself... while i like the general idea (another fell dragon around), im not sure about this "sudden resurrection after 1000 years".... still will stick around cause i like FE in general.
