Space: 1889 (OOC & Claims)

Britain, France, and Germany. I've updated the CP gain on some of your colonies to help better reflect your wealth gained by your colonial empires.

Also Britain you have unanswered NPC diplomacy in the game thread.

Go to the mod thread and follow the instructions. It provides a link to the spreadsheet.

Thanks, but the datas don't appear to match. I put in a population of 120.000.000 (an accurate estimate, considering that in 1897 it was 125 millions) and IP are 5 instead of 4, CP are 20 instead of 15, and MS is 0.3 instead of 0.2. Did I forget something?

Oh, must've mixed up my copy and the template. Thought that only the population could be changed.

Helhound, don't worry I'm still in. Writing up my event, the rest will be probably done tommorrow.

I'm working on my first turn sheet, but as Japan I have a huge amount of money that there's no way to use in the spreadsheet without starting with a totally ahistorical military. What is it customary to spend lots of money like that on? Just any kind of actions the state is investing in?

You shouldn't. Have you factored in Armored and Shipyards and such?

Games like this have worked well before with spreadsheets. It takes a few turns to fine tune the balance of incomes, and we are only on turn one.

That was, what, GG several years ago?

I'm just saying, like 90% of the OOC thread has been spent trying to refine the spreadsheet. Since there aren't many players, it would be a lot easier to just have you quickly assign a set number of airships and steam walkers, and the game could progress
