Okay...The two top plans are tied with two votes each (and also they're very similar), but in the interest of getting the turn post out this weekend I'm going to just call the vote now for Plan Proficient Pegastym because a) I've been hoping to roll the Scout for Talent Gacha at least once and b) assigning Zanza to that research action will reveal one of their hidden traits!
