I'm thinking Humility in this case means admitting we're stumped.
Though from the looks of it, she's integrated with a Jewel Seed like a Jewel Seed Monster, it MAY be possible to disconnect her from it with sufficient application of blunt magic trauma(ref. Mega Neko, Vivio). But best not to try something like that yet.

So our best bet to seal the thing would involve the magical version of taking Torashinai to Rin's skull...why aren't we doing this again?
Because if it's not how it works it'd maim her, and if there's not enough firepower it'd only turbocharge the Jewel Seed, badly injure the host and drive Rin into a berserk state.
Of course, it's probably not as overpowered as the Sankt Kaiser crystal(which took four Starlight Breakers to dislodge), but if she's still sane and stable we probably should try other routes first.

1: While Shirou knows a little, you still dont have a good idea of how nasu-magic works.
2: And maybe it was too subtle, because I had to look it up myself. Rin's Tohsaka Magic Crest is mainly concentrated in her Left Arm. (Granted, I'm taking that from pictures of her arm lit up with circuits for crest spells)

Not quite how it works, you need a blood relation or preparation from a young age, as well as magical surgery to transplant a family crest successfully. It's more like an organ passed down generation by generation than something you can plug in.
