No, Sauron is incapable of healing due to his evil nature and therefore can't teach it either. You'd have to find an elf and trick him/her into teaching healing magic.

You get up while the night is young to search for another powerful person. It is important to gain as many allies and servants as possible so no one betrayal can hurt you, and to be more powerful.
You are passing by an apartment building when you see something specific in the unseen; a fëa is shining brightly in a condo near the top. That is a hallmark of a powerful person.
You approach the building. It seems to have greater security than Makoto's, so presumedly this person will be much wealthier. You jump up and hang onto the handle with your teeth. You stick your claws into the lock in an attempt to lock-pick it.
Lock-pick: 33, Req 30 = Success
Although you have never had the need to pick a lock recently, you did find good use of the skill during your various times infiltrating the forces opposed to you*. You manage to open the door and get inside.
You take the elevator, hitting the button you think is the floor your target is on. You have to lock-pick another door, but eventually you are in your target's condo.
The first room you pass had an adult woman in it; presumedly your target's mother if they are Makoto's age. That age seems to be a pattern here, with both Makoto and Sailor Moon being adolescent girls.
You reach your target. She is a blue haired girl, and is currently sleeping in her bed. Just as you thought. The fact she dyes her hair such a bright color means she is likely very outgoing.
The room she is in is large, though not nearly the size of a noble's room. It has a large window, and a desk for plenty of books. The books appear to be of a studious matter, and many are thick.
You jump onto the girl's bed and lightly paw at her face to wake her up.
"Ah, what's–a cat?" She sleepily wakes up, confused. You start with the blunt approach.
"Greetings. I am Tevildo, Lord of Cats. I am here to ask for your aid, Miss–." You wait for her to respond.
"I'm Mizuno Ami. A talking cat? You're cute." She seems to think she is dreaming. That is a problem.
"You are not dreaming! Here, I can prove it to you." You lightly scratch her arm, just enough for her to feel pain, but not enough to cause resentment. In your experience hurting people, especially in torture sessions, causes them to dislike you even when it is their fault. She sits up.
"So if I'm not dreaming, since feeling pain in dreams is extremely rare, that means… A real talking cat! How does it work? The implications this has for scientific-"
"Listen. You have a great power inside of you. You are one of the few who can aid me in destroying my enemies, who are hurting your city." You cut her off, not wanting her to get the wrong idea, and she seems to shrink. Perhaps she is more shy than you thought.
"Power inside of me?"
"Yes. I can see the power in people such as yourself, and I can teach you magic. I am gathering warriors to teach magic and to fight with to protect everyone. You have the natural ability to be great and to save lives, all you need to do is join me. So Mizuno, will you aid me?"
You continue with the 'protection of the city' goal for them, as she is much more likely to agree to that than to help someone in their personal battles or to just serve you. In any case it is true, from a certain point of view.

Seemingly overcome by your presence, she responds.
"Yes. As long as it doesn't interfere with my studies. It's the only thing I'm good at after all." She seems somewhat sad at this last statement. How absurd of her.
"Excellent. I can tell we will be great friends."
"You really mean it?" You ponder what she means. That friends comment, perhaps. It could be that she is actually a loner like Makoto and not so outgoing as your initial thought was. This is advantageous. You will have to see which it is.
"Of course," you respond. "Do you not have a great many friends at school?"
"No, I'm too shy to really make friends. No one likes me very much since I'm so smart."
"Do not worry. You do not need friends at that school. But perhaps you should meet the first person I found. She is around your age."
"I'd like that." She seems to realize something. "I'm not allowed to keep pets in the condo. If my mother sees you, you'll get thrown out."
"You will see me later," you reply enigmatically before leaving the room. You exit the apartment then building, closing the front door behind you after locking it from the inside.
You arrive back in Makoto's room later and lay on her bed. It is time to decide what you will do this day.

building protective gear for ami is a good idea but we also need to start building a power base so that we have the resources to begin taking over the world since the sailor scouts won't be of much direct help in that regard at least not until we've strengthened our hold over them.

In the morning you and Makoto wake up together, then while she goes to school you head for the abandoned house.
Once there, you shapeshift into a human. It is time to create items for Mizuno as well so she is protected in battle, as she is likely completely inexperienced in fighting.
You search for the house for more metal objects to use, and notice you seem to be running out. You have enough metal for now, but may need to find another source of metal soon.
You create another set of armor and shield, this time fitted to a much smaller person than the previous set. You hide it in another closet, and return to the basement.
You take the jewelry you had made previously. A necklace, two bracelets, and a ring, all with energy absorbing stones in them.
You have noticed that it is common to gift loved ones presents in this era, including jewelry. You have the thought that you could gift these to random people anonymously, so while they would be suspicious of the identity of the giver, they would not think of it as malicious. Thus, you go to the post office to get some needed supplies.
You arrive in the post office*, sauntering in with a smile. You walk up to an employee.
"Would it be possible for me to get some packaging anywhere? I am afraid I need to send something soon."
"Of course, you can buy some at the counter," she responds.
You flash a smile, and walk over to the counter she pointed at, taking the items you need: several packages, some paper, and a pen. You walk past the cashier with a confident swagger while holding the items on the other side of your body; he does not even notice you are taking anything.
You return to the abandoned house. You find a wooden table and put pen to paper, writing four letters. They each go somewhat like this, though not exactly:
"I have always admired you from afar. Enjoy this pretty necklace to make you even more beautiful.

You put the jewely in the packages and attach a letter to each, then pick them up together.
While you could go attempt to steal a postman's outfit, they would likely not fit your current body, and you would have a large chance of being caught.
Instead, you use an illusion on yourself. To an outside observer you would look to shimmer, as a postman's clothes blur into appearance on top of you. While intangible and therefore imperfect, you do not plan on anyone touching them.
You take the packages and leave the house, strolling around and looking at the names on the front of houses. When you find one that has a woman's name on it–as men seem to not wear jewelry as much in this period for some reason–you place the package in the mailbox as a mailman would. You distribute all four stones this way, to relatively spread out houses.
You return to the house to transform back into a cat and return to Makoto's apartment.
You do have to wait a short time for Makoto to return from school, but when she arrives you go into the apartment with her.
"So what do you do for fun? You know, when you're not on your mission." Makoto asks you when you get inside. Well, you can not exactly answer 'torture' to her, and she would not believe smithing…
"Not much. As the Lord of Cats I am very busy you know."
"Then you're going to take a break. One of my favorite movies is on TV right now, let's go watch it."
"I really cannot, I apologize."
"It'll be fun. I bet you don't have TV where you come from."
"Well, no, but I am really not interested."
"Just try it." Makoto then proceeds to pick you up and bring you with her to her TV set, which is on. There is some boy on the screen talking to a girl in a smooth voice.
"Ah… he reminds me of my old love…" Makoto says softly. It seems that she just wanted to watch this movie to fawn over the boy, and may be just trying to get you to watch it with her so you do not pull her away from one of the few times she could watch it.
You mentally sigh then lay down. You do not want to push her too hard; that she feels comfortable doing this speaks to how she considers you a nice friend, proof that your manipulation is working.
You 'watch' the movie, mostly ignoring it as it is meaningless drivel, until it ends an hour later.
"Well that was fun," Makoto tells you.

AN: I was writing a timeline for Sailor Moon when I realized each episode is multiple days long (not that we'll be necessarily sticking to the episodic canon, but still), and since update times are not going to keep being every day, so in the interest of getting past the first half of the first season this year, updates will start covering more time now.
For now, instead of what has been three updates a day, I'm going to let you choose three options. The first will happen at night, the second will happen during the school day, and the third will happen in the evening. If you do something like pick training someone as the second option then you will be attempting to convince them to skip school, for example.
