I'm not very familiar with DC martial artists, so I don't know how likely it is that he'd be working at a dojo or whether this is him, but the idea of Richard Dragon teaching an actual dragon is somewhat amusing to me.

Otherwise, I have no idea who this might be. Wildcat maybe? I'd expect his training centre to be called a 'gym' rather than a 'dojo', though, given his boxing roots.

Right off, Batman comes across as a piece of shit. I mean really, pulling that crap to terrify some girl wgo apparently just got her powers? That all juat says she's going to be licked away for being a "threat to his city" despite being the victim. And STARS Labs certainly don't make themselves at all likable either, are they trying to alienate her? Because I'd have said "fuck this" long ago and left.
