Make Believe. Such a powerful game. With it children and the occasional adult could be anything they wanted to be and go anywhere they wanted to go. Most importantly it kept children occupied while the adults were busy with their boring responsibilities.
Of coarse this was before the days of the much more convenient Smart Phone and Tablet which drain children of their capacity to distract at an almost alarming rate. At the small small cost of removing their need to imagine.
Thankfully you were born before all that.(Though not by much.) And your parents didn't believe in giving such things to small children.
AN: So, I've been an avid quester on here and SB for a few months. I thought I might try my turn with the QM hat. This is my first ever attempt at running a quest and I'm excited to get started. A word of warning. Although I've never tried a quest before I do have a penchant for abandoning stories. I'm hoping the audience participation will keep me invested but only time will tell. Either way don't expect regular updates. Have fun!
