Nekra remains a puzzle. Her personality is an intricate mix of fragmented memories from a life she cannot fully recall, and the newfound instincts that pull her in unpleasant directions. The whispers of bloodlust and darkness lurk in the corners of her psyche... Luckily she has Yuki, else she might've already gone insane. Then again, would a sane person have a dragon for a daughter? Befriend a tyrannical demigoddess and have little care for human life in general?

Chapter 1: Darkness
In the depths of eternal darkness, the protagonist found themselves trapped. "How long has it been dark?" they mumbled to no one in particular.

Desperation gripped them, urging them to remember something, anything. Gradually, fragmented memories started to piece together.

"All I can recall is something about an emperor, battle tactics, and a gladius," they thought. "But what's a gladius, anyway?"

Suddenly, a blinding light engulfed their senses, leaving them momentarily disoriented.

"I was observing her, alright?" admitted a red-haired girl. "She seemed like a perfect candidate, but I didn't want to take her life. So, I waited. Then, one day, she was struck by a drunk driver. She suffered severe brain damage and passed away before I could restore her."

A woman with black-blonde hair and a monkey tail chimed in, "I was worried you'd killed her just to reincarnate her."

"I'd never do that," the red-haired girl exclaimed.

"Hi?" the protagonist cautiously interjected.

The room, filled with women of significant physical power, turned their gaze to the source of the voice before focusing their attention on the red-haired girl.

"They seem...strong," the protagonist observed.

"I didn't do it," the red-haired girl repeated.

"How long have you been in the void?" inquired the woman with the monkey tail.

"The void? The dark place? I've lost track of time," the protagonist confessed terror of the endless dark clear in their wavering voice.

"It's your call, Kyra," the red-headed girl said.

"The standard cycle of reincarnation?" Kyra questioned.

"Their soul has been in the void for far too long," a black-haired woman remarked.

"Shirone, can you grant additional wishes?" Kyra asked, turning to the girl with silver hair and wolf ears.

"I can't for a while. Rath depleted a considerable portion of my power. And I have unresolved issues with him," Shirone replied, her gaze directed at the red-haired girl. Especially since his branch of the multiverse seems to have up an died.

"Lisa, do you want to step in, or are two wishes enough?" Kyra inquired, addressing the tall, black-haired woman among them.

"I'm fine with two wishes," the protagonist replied, a touch of panic evident as they realized they were surrounded by gods.

"So, what do you wish for?" Kyra asked, waiting for their request.

"I wish for knowledge of the world you'll send me to, as well as any worlds I might visit," the protagonist answered.

Kyra nodded, and the protagonist felt a sudden headache as information flooded their mind. They had knowledge of magic, witchcraft, dungeons, science, music, and even anime. The overwhelming influx of information left them with a throbbing headache.

"What can I offer you?" Sandstorm asked.

"You can decide," the protagonist replied.

With an eerie smile, Sandstorm declared, "Dungeon master it is!"

And just like that, everything plunged into darkness once more.

"With all this knowledge, I could become a sage," the protagonist mused.

(Skill: Sage acquired.)

"A skill, huh? I didn't ask for a system, but I'm heading to another world."

(Skill: Oracle acquired.)

"I wonder if any of my previous life's skills will be of use."

(Skill: Short Sword Mastery.)

(Skill: Shield Mastery.)

"The system is nice, but I may not need it," the protagonist thought as their vision turned white once again.

Chapter 2: Not Just A Cat
"Uhh, where am I?" our main character uttered while standing on four legs.

"What am I?" they questioned.

(Sage: Answer, Vampire Cat.)

Suddenly, a letter descended from the sky. With her claws, our protagonist carefully opened it and began to read.

"Hello, we kind of forgot that all monsters in this world are born without a name. Since I didn't grant you a wish, I shall give you a name. So, I hereby name you Nekra.

From,

Lisa, the Goddess of Destiny."

Abruptly, Nekra felt herself enveloped by energy, and her vision faded into darkness as she sensed nothing.
====================================================
In a small cave within the Brunund Kingdom, Nekra, now resembling a small cat-girl, blinked her blood-red eyes open and examined her newly restored human hands.

"Yes! My hands are back, nya!" she exclaimed with joy before covering her mouth wondering what just happened.

Looking around there was no source of light, "I can see nya?"
(Sage: Answer, Skill: Night Vision.)

"What kind of creature am I?"

(Sage: Answer, Werecat Vampire Princess.)

"Seems a bit unusual, nya," Nekra remarked, puzzled by the peculiar combination of her dual heritage.

Scanning her surroundings, Nekra noticed a solitary orb.

"Is that the dungeon core? All I need to do is give it a name, right?" Nekra asked herself, making an effort to suppress the "nya" in her speech.

Nekra reached out to touch the orb, and a white fox materialized before her. The fox observed her curiously, attempting to pull her away from the orb in a state of panic, though it was too late.

"A white fox, huh... Shiro is a bit plain. Let's call you Yuki."

"Let's work together from nyow on, Yuki," Nekra declared with a warm smile as she addressed the fox.

'I have a feeling the "nya" will be a recurring theme,' Yuki thought with a resigned sigh.

Suddenly, Nekra's vision dimmed, but she remained conscious this time.

'Not the darkness again!' Nekra thought, her panic resurfacing.

(Sage: Warning, magicules low.)

'What?'

...

'Hello?'

'Please, don't leave me alone... not again.'

Memories of her traumatic experience in the void came rushing back, leaving Nekra shaken.

One day later, Nekra felt her head resting on something soft. She reached up and gently squeezed it.

"You're finally awake, my master," a woman's voice greeted her.

Nekra opened her eyes and was greeted by the sight of a woman with blonde hair, white fox ears, and a white fox tail.

"Yuki?" Nekra asked, realizing she was receiving a lap pillow from her new companion.

"Good morning, my dear master," Yuki responded, flashing a heartwarming smile.

Overwhelmed by her emotions, Nekra tightly hugged Yuki and began to cry. "The darkness, it returned. I was so terrified... hic I'm so grateful to be alive, nya."

Nekra suddenly detected a tantalizing scent in the air and, stopping her tears, she began to search for the source sniffing the air and scanning the surroundings.

"Master?" Yuki inquired, her concern growing.

"Nya? My apologies, Yuki. I thought I smelled something delicious," Nekra admitted, her eyes lingering on Yuki's neck.

"Master is a vampire, isn't she?" Yuki asked.

Nekra nodded in agreement.

"Master, you must be hungry," Yuki suggested, tilting her head to the side, fully exposing her neck.

"Yuki, are you certain? It's safer for me to feed on small animals," Nekra said, though her gaze remained fixed on Yuki's neck.

"Master, it's perfectly fine," Yuki assured her.

"Thank you, Yuki!" Nekra exclaimed, extending her fangs and sinking them into Yuki's neck. The process caused Yuki to flinch slightly as the fangs pierced her skin.

"Mmn, mmm," Nekra made sipping noises as she fed for about a minute.

"Thank you, Yuki!" Nekra said with a radiant smile, gently licking the bite mark to clean it.

"..."

"Yuki?" Nekra asked, her concern growing as she noticed Yuki's pallor.

"Did I drink too much?" Nekra inquired. Yuki nodded faintly before leaning against Nekra.

Nekra contemplated whether to offer Yuki a lap pillow or let her rest against the wall.

"When she awakens, I'll need her to find us some clothes," Nekra murmured to herself, her cheeks flushing as she realized the intimate nature of their recent encounter.

===============================

yawn

"Hmm?" Yuki stirred, realizing she was resting against Nekra.

"Master's sleeping face is so adorable," Yuki remarked, admiring Nekra's tranquil expression.

"Hmm, I believe Master mentioned something about clothes before I dozed off... Let's acquire a white dress for her," Yuki decided, an air of excitement about her as she expended a portion of their dungeon points on a lovely dress for Nekra and a stylish outfit for herself.

"Hmm, acquiring things for master," Yuki sang in a playful tone as she made substantial purchases.

Chapter 3: What are Dungeon Points
"Nya? As a vampire, I shouldn't need to sleep," Nekra said to herself, baffled by her recent slumber. Perhaps it was being near Yuki that brought her some peace.

"We should make this cave cozier," Nekra suggested to herself getting up and beginning to stretch.

"Master, we are inside the dungeon core control room. The cave is outside," Yuki explained.

"Yuki, please call me Nekra. And we are inside the core? How can we modify the dungeon, nya?" Nekra inquired.

Yuki pointed toward something that closely resembled a computer.

"Oh, that's a bit simpler," Nekra realized, feeling the fabric on her body before looking down.

"Yuki nya, did you purchase clothes for us? I love the dress, thank you," Nekra said with a joyful smile, giving a small twirl.

Yuki watched her partner with silver hair, crimson eyes, and black cat ears and tail spin around, and Yuki couldn't help but be captivated by the sight.

"So, this should work somewhat like a video game... what's a video game?" Nekra questioned as she examined the computer interface before being hit by a sudden headache that granted her knowledge.

"Ah, master, there's also a store," Yuki pointed out.

"The store? And please call me Nekra, Yuki. We're already bonded as partners," Nekra insisted.

"P-partners?" Yuki asked, her cheeks turning pink.

"Yes, indeed, Yuki, nya. Now, what's the store?" Nekra inquired.

"The store has anything you're aware of available for purchase," Yuki explained.

"Nya? So, it has everything?" Nekra wondered.

"What?" Yuki asked.

"If I am able to know an-nyathing and everything. Then it should have everything nya." Nekra clarfies

"That is amazing Master~" Yuki cheers

"Nekra Yuki, Nekra… Ah, how do we buy things?" Nekra replies.

"With dungeon points," Yuki answers her fluffy fox ears twitching.

"How do we earn dungeon points?" Nekra inquired.

"There are a few ways. First, we can naturally gather magicules from the earth. We can also gain magicules released by adventurers in the dungeon. Even more when we defeat them, and If we kill them inside the dungeon, we receive a substantial amount of DP," Yuki explained.

"Nyo killing... If we kill, they might send more powerful individuals, or even an army, to eliminate us," Nekra said, beginning to dread her own race.

"Right... we aren't strong enough for that," Yuki agreed.

'Good, I don't want to face off against an entire army just yet.'

...

"Why do we only have 100 DP?" Nekra inquired as she looked at the monitor.

"Ah, I purchased Nekra's clothes!" Yuki proudly declared.

Nekra promptly checked their previous purchases.

(Clothes: Armored Invincible Self-Cleaning White Dress, 100,000 DP)

(Book: How to Cook Food for Vampires, 200 DP)

(Book: How to Tame a Vampire, 400 DP)

(Apartment-Style Core Upgrade, 14,000 DP)

(Clothes: Rugged Female Adventurer's Wear, 4,000 DP)

"Yuki, did you spend all our DP on clothes?" Nekra questioned, bypassing the books, but unable to resist noting that Yuki might be a tad overzealous.

Yuki tilted her head in contemplation for a moment before shaking it to indicate "no."

"What's the apartment-style upgrade? It still looks like a cave," Nekra pointed out.

"We need to activate it," Yuki said.

Suddenly, the 100 DP increased to 110 DP.

"Nya?" Nekra exclaimed as she quickly examined their surroundings.

"We earn DP from wild monsters?!" Nekra was astonished to see goblins within the dungeon.

"It appears so," Yuki confirmed.

"That's fantastic... Let's just conceal the core with an illusion on the cave's roof," Nekra suggested, expending the remaining 100 DP to place the core under an invisibility cloak that would last for 20 years.

"Now what?" Yuki asked.

"Uh, we wait... perhaps use the DP to acquire some blood. Does Yuki need to eat, nya?" Nekra asked.

Yuki shook her head in response. "DP is not required for blood, Ma-Nekra has me!" Yuki shouts.

"So, what do we do while we wait?" Nekra wondered aloud deciding to ignore Yuki's outburst.

Suddenly, a flash drive fell from the sky.

"Huh? Are the gods still watching me?" Nekra muttered, looking up before retrieving the flash drive and plugging it into the dungeon computer.

"Wait? That's what that port is for?" Yuki wondered as she knew very little about computers.

'It should be. Though since my knowledge wish was worded the way it was I gained bits knowledge from every world. Then need to focus it on a subject to get more indepth stuff.' Nekra thought to herself.

The difference between knowledge, how to apply it, and wisdom was not lost on the cat girl. She doesn't really remember much from her last life.

Upon opening the files on the dungeon computer, Nekra found two folders.

Anime

Games

"Oh? We can spend plenty of time like this!" Nekra said happily, knowing what both of those were.

"What are Anime and Games?" Yuki inquired, observing the screen.

"I will show you games first. Let's see what we have," Nekra proposed, opening the folder and discovering only one game.

(Roller Coaster Tycoon 2)

"Oh... that's it?" Nekra said with a tinge of disappointment but quickly corrected herself, realizing she shouldn't complain. The Gods work in mysterious ways.

"What's that?" Yuki asked.

"Let's give it a try. I've never played it, but if it was given to me, it must be good," Nekra decided, starting the game.
=======================================
Meanwhile, at an overworked headmaster's desk.

"Of course it's good!" Kyra suddenly exclaimed from her chair, startling Ruby, who had been attempting to sneak up on her.

Chapter 4: Echoes of Tomorrow
Nekra and Yuki were peacefully lounging in their cozy apartment preset core. The apartment-like setting was a sanctuary of comfort that they had meticulously created. The walls of the cave had been softened with delicate, ethereal paintings depicting serene landscapes and images from the anime they had watched together.

"Yuki," Nekra said, enjoying the feeling of her partner's affectionate pets, "how long is our lifespan?"

(Sage: Until the dungeon core is destroyed)

Yuki, her fingers gently caressing Nekra's soft cat ears, replied, "Sage says we'll exist until the dungeon core gets destroyed."

Nekra blinked, her purring pausing for a moment as she considered this. "Ah? I didn't know that either. So, you can hear Sage too, nya?" Nekra wondered if it was because of their special bond that Yuki could access the same skills she did.

Yuki nodded and snuggled closer to Nekra, continuing to pet her. Nekra's gentle purring resumed as they enjoyed each other's company while watching anime from the comfort of their new red couch.

Time passed, and the two of them found solace in their close bond, sharing moments of laughter and companionship. It was clear that their connection was deepening with each passing day. They could without a doubt spend eternity with each other
======================================
Meanwhile, beyond the confines of their cozy underground abode, events were unfolding in the human world. The king of the Brunund kingdom, along with the leader of the adventurer's guild, were engrossed in a conversation regarding the recent disturbances originating from the Great Jura Forest.

"Why are so many monsters coming out of the Great Jura Forest?" the king inquired, his brow furrowed with concern.

The guild master, a seasoned and knowledgeable figure, responded, "Storm Dragon Veldora was sealed last week. His aura is scaring most of the stronger creatures, which in turn is causing the smaller ones to flee the forest. It should calm down in the future."

The king nodded, somewhat reassured by the explanation. But then, he probed further, "What about the Goblin King and his horde that fled the forest? They just disappeared."

The guild master's expression became more serious. "They started digging in. We found them in a cave system and are preparing a group of adventurers to deal with them there."

The king considered this information carefully, his mind filled with thoughts of potential challenges. He knew that, if left unchecked, the goblins and their king could become a significant threat to the kingdom. The last thing he wanted was to draft an army to confront them, as such an action could have dire consequences. Especially with the unrest that Storm Dragon Veledora had kicked up before he was defeated and sealed.

Outside, in the rapidly darkening forest near the dungeon/cave that Nekra and Yuki now called home, the goblins had indeed found a new dwelling. The Goblin King, driven by the instinct to survive and protect his subjects, had taken them deep underground. A massive monster had made its home in the center of the forest, and there was a massive struggle for territory going on.

===============================
Back in their apartment-like setting, Nekra and Yuki enjoyed their peaceful existence. It was a haven of comfort, a sanctuary they had built together with meticulous care. They were safe as long as the core was hidden. Although, the dungeon would need to be expanded in the future.

Nekra, who had initially been nervous about her new world, was now feeling more at ease, all thanks to her partnership with Yuki. The bond they shared, a deep connection, had helped fill the void left by her memories of the dark and lonely past… Void.

As the room basked in the gentle, enchanting glow of the ambient light, Nekra felt a sudden rush of hunger. She turned her gaze towards Yuki, who was lying beside her, her presence a source of solace, warmth, delicious, sweet… Mine.

"Nya... Yuki?" Nekra mumbled softly, a question and a plea rolled into one.

"You don't have to ask permission, Nekra," Yuki whispered, her tired voice carrying the weight of the deep affection she held for her Master.

Nekra, responding to affirmation, expressed her feelings in a way that was unique to her nature. With a gentle rub of her head against Yuki's, followed by a low purr. She showed her affection before she made a decision. Nekra, driven by her instincts, sank her fangs into the fox girl's neck.

Chapter 5: Battle for the Dungeon
In the dungeon core control room that doubled as their cozy apartment, Nekra, and Yuki were jolted awake by a blaring alarm.

"Yuki, nya? Please turn off the alarm, nya," Nekra mumbled, trying to squeeze in a few more minutes of sleep.

"Master, the dungeon is being invaded," Yuki's voice was filled with urgency as she rose from her resting place.

"Nya?" Nekra yawned, her eyes heavy with sleep, and her hand rubbing away the drowsiness. She was coming to terms with the fact that peaceful moments in their new world could be short-lived. Sure the goblins were in the dungeon already… However, they were digging and making it bigger, with free labor and free DP.

"Shall we check the computer?" Nekra asked, heading toward the central control console. She wasn't entirely sure about the best course of action yet, but the computer would provide some necessary information.

Yuki nodded in agreement.

Nekra swiftly accessed the video surveillance of their dungeon, where a disconcerting sight met her eyes. Approximately a hundred adventurers were stationed outside, while inside the cave, a staggering two thousand goblins had expanded their presence.

"Nya, this is going to be quite interesting," Nekra remarked, intrigued by the impending confrontation. She pondered whether the adventurers were truly prepared to face such an overwhelming number of goblins.

"When did we get that many Goblins?" Yuki asks in shock

"Nya, they wandered in… They were paying us DP to do labor so I left them be nya." Nekra says her ears twitching slightly.

"You just let them live in the dungeon?" Yuki asks surprised.

"Of course Nya. Our core is hidden and we just look like a natural cave nyow." Nekra says

"Could it be that they're unaware of the goblins' strength and sent a scouting party?" Yuki suggested, trying to make sense of the adventurers' seemingly irrational tactics.

Nekra observed in silence as the initial team of ten spearmen ventured into the cave. Their movements were hesitant, and they lacked coordination, possibly due to the confines of the cave. They may not even be familiar with one another and do not know how to act as a cohesive unit. Within moments, eight of the spearmen had perished, struggling to wield their weapons effectively having hit walls and at a disadvantage due to the battlefield.

The remaining two, both women, were seized by the group of goblins they had encountered. Their fate remained uncertain as they were dragged away, a chilling and gruesome scene.

Outside the cave, the adventurers, who had been lounging around earlier, rushed to the entrance in response to the commotion within. The desperate cries and sounds of combat had alerted them to the situation.

Observing the fight on the surveillance screen, Nekra couldn't help but pass judgment. "They are so unprepared, and their lack of training will be their undoing, nya." She watched in dismay as the adventurers were gradually pushed back into a corner by the relentless goblin horde.

"At least, we're gaining a significant amount of DP," Yuki remarked, trying to find a silver lining in the annoying situation.

"With all this DP, how about we try creating some robots?" Nekra's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm, her excitement evident.

"Like the anime Robots?" Yuki asks

Nekra nods excitedly in response.

Yuki contemplated the idea. "Why robots, though? Can't we simply buy golem magic?"

"Nya? You have a point," Nekra conceded, her initial excitement shifting toward a more pragmatic approach.
"We should also consider fortifying the core's protection," Yuki adds seeing the literal battle taking place in the dungeon.

Nekra nodded in agreement, and they both turned their attention to the task at hand. Suddenly, a massive burst of flames appeared on the surveillance screen, a display of powerful magic that piqued Nekra's curiosity.

"Nya? Perhaps we should seal off the entrance and make it look like a cave-in," Nekra suggested, a strategic move to prevent further goblin invasions. It would also trap air and prevent everyone from escaping.

"Nekra dear, why don't we hire a maid before taking that step?" Yuki pointed at the screen that displayed a mysterious figure. The woman had crimson red eyes, hinting at her vampiric nature.

"I think she's a higher-ranked vampire, though not a noble one," Yuki surmised. "Given your status as a vampire princess, she might instinctively follow your lead."

"If she's of high rank, simple suffocation shouldn't be enough to end her," Nekra considered Yuki's words. She appreciated her companion's concern for the new addition to their team.

"Right," Yuki agreed, and Nekra proceeded to collapse the entrance of the dungeon, cutting off the outside world. Although some of the adventurers heard the noise, they remained committed to their fight.

As the fighting raged on, Nekra noted with grim satisfaction, "It's a war of attrition, nya."

Several hours passed, and the brutal clash between adventurers and goblins continued. The adventurers displayed a lack of training and coordination, making their defeat seem inevitable.

"This is taking forever nya, I want to cuddle with Yuki." Nekra complains

"Even so, we're accumulating a substantial amount of DP," Yuki remarked hugging her master from behind.

Nekra nodded in agreement, her eyes still glued to the screen. At last, a ray of hope appeared. The mage who had used the powerful fire magic began to falter. The once-mighty flames grew smaller, and even their torches dimmed.

"It's almost time," Yuki said, handing Nekra a plate of her favorite food, her way of offering comfort during the tense situation. The secret ingredient was love… and blood, mostly blood.

In the dungeon, as several adventurers suddenly started wheezing, they were easily taken down by the goblins. Distracted and struggling to breathe, they had become easy targets.

At the same time, the mysterious vampire watched the chaos with horror, knowing her cover would be blown if she managed to survive this ordeal. Her crimson eyes burned with intensity as she made a desperate decision.

"What happened? Is it some sort of poisonous gas?" she inquired, choosing to reveal her presence after having concealed her identity by pretending to be mute. Her vampire instincts took over as her claws extended, and she leaped headfirst into the heart of the goblin horde, determined to protect her own existence.

So for those of you that do not know I live in Florida and having hurricanes back to back like that has cut into my time significantly however I am back and alive now.

Chapter 6: Envious
"She's going to die," Yuki whispered with a hint of concern in her voice.

A pained expression crossed Nekra's face as she stared at the monitor, "She'll be fine." Nekra lies.

"But she's dying," Yuki reiterated, her voice trembling with worry.

'She really wanted a maid, am I not good enough?' Nekra wonders not at all worried about the dying vampiress.

Nekra shifted her gaze from the screen, where the brave vampiress was locked in a gruesome battle with hordes of goblins, back to Yuki, "So, how do we save her, Nya?" The vampire had multiple cuts and wounds with several spears stuck in her.

A deep frown creased Yuki's forehead as she confessed, "I haven't thought of that. This plan wasn't well thought out. I have no idea what to do."

Relief lingered in Nekra's crimson eyes as she suggested, "Can we pull her into the apartment?"

Yuki shook her head, her white fox ears drooping, "No, only monsters from the dungeon can come in here."

Nekra's ears flattened against her silver hair as she contemplated their situation, "Nya? Does that mean we can't save her?"

Yuki hesitated for a moment before answering, "I don't think so."

Nekra was internally relieved… Yuki was hers. She would never share her fox with another lesser being.

A hint of mischief danced in Nekra's eyes as she tried to cheer up Yuki, "You know, if you really want a maid, I could wear a maid outfit sometimes."

Yuki's gaze drifted into a distant daydream, and a mischievous grin crossed Nekra's lips. Suddenly, blood began to trickle from Yuki's nose, her face flushing a bright red. "Nya? Yuki?"

With a start, Yuki snapped back to reality, her nosebleed causing her to blush deeper, "Huh? Yes, N-nekra?"

"Are you okay? Your nose is bleeding, and your face seems red," Nekra asked, her voice genuinely concerned.

Yuki tried to hide her embarrassment, "Yuki is fine... I'm fine. Would you really wear a maid dress for me?"

Nekra nodded eagerly, hoping to help Yuki with whatever it was she desired. She knew that Yuki's culinary skills were top tier, and she could enjoy more of those delicious homemade dishes.

Meanwhile, the situation in the dungeon unfolded on the screen. Every adventure had fallen to the ground, their lifeless forms sprawled out in the dimly lit cave. A high-ranking vampiress, despite her efforts, had met the same cruel fate, lying impaled by over fifty goblin spears.

Nekra considered their next steps, her tone businesslike, "So, Yuki, do we leave the bodies to be discovered, or should we absorb them for more DP?"

Yuki mulled it over before suggesting, "Let's take about half the goblins' bodies and leave the rest for a rescue or search party to find."

"So what now?" Nekra inquired, her curiosity burning with the promise of new possibilities.

"We should check our DP balance," Yuki replied.

With a quick glance at the DP counter on their dungeon core control interface, Nekra noted, "DP: 200,643."

"That's quite a lot, Nya. Maybe we could buy golem magic, and I can use my knowledge skill to combine robotics with it," Nekra proposed.

Yuki questioned her about the mechanics of her knowledge skill, to which Nekra elaborated, "I get general knowledge of any world I could go to in the future. Then, if I focus on a subject, I gain detailed knowledge on that subject. However, it often gives me a terrible headache."

Yuki raised a concern, "Isn't that broken? Could you potentially go to any world you want?"

Nekra nodded with an excited gleam in her eyes, "Mmhmm."

Yuki continued her inquiry, "Why golems?"

"Nya? Golems seem similar to robots, but they run on magic. I'm thinking that, combined with a magic stone, they can operate outside of the dungeon. So, if I combine robotics with them, I could create the ultimate soldiers."

Yuki, however, sensed there was more to it and probed further, "What's the real reason?"

Nekra couldn't contain her enthusiasm, "I want to make a mecha!"

"A mecha?" Yuki questioned with a hint of surprise.

Nekra nodded with an unbridled sense of wonder, "Let me show you, Nya!" She grabbed the computer mouse, eagerly clicking open the anime folder. "Nya? It's here, yes!" Nekra exclaimed excitedly as the anime "Knights and Magic" began to play.

Yuki settled in to watch, while Nekra eagerly explained the concept, "So, those giant knights are mecha?"

"Mmm-hmm," Nekra affirmed.

Yuki couldn't help but be curious about Nekra's motive, "That could be fun, but what do you need it for?"

With a hint of mischief, Nekra replied, "Because... it's awesome, isn't it, Nya?"

"Yes, yes it is. How much is golem magic anyway?" Yuki inquired.

With a sigh, Nekra checked the shop, "Shop: Golem magic - 50,000 DP."

Yuki remarked, "That's quite a lot."

Nekra shrugged and teased her partner, "So is my dress, and you wanted it."

Yuki acknowledged Nekra's point, "True. What else can golems do?"

Nekra pondered for a moment before answering, "Well, if I become skilled enough with the magic, we could rely solely on golems to defend the dungeon."

Chapter 7: Cat Nap
Nekra had bought the golem magic for 50,000 DP….

Now Yuki held the purchase in her hand, inspecting it closely. "So the magic is in this orb?" she asked, her curious eyes gazing at the object.

Nekra, standing beside her, responded, "Nya? I think so?" She wasn't entirely sure but placed her hand on the orb.

Suddenly, the magic from the orb flowed into Nekra's mind, and she knew she needed to use her knowledge skill to access the robotic information she wanted.

"Robotics, robotics..." Nekra began, attempting to access the information from her knowledge skill. However, she couldn't anticipate the overwhelming flood of knowledge and expertise she would experience. "Nekra?" Yuki asked in concern as she saw her companion struggling.

"Headache, Yuki. Nya, it hurts," Nekra gasped, tears welling up in her eyes as she tried to make sense of the influx of information.

Yuki, unable to resist, embraced Nekra tightly, patting her head gently. Nekra started to purr unconsciously, a reaction to Yuki's comforting touch.

"Do you need any blood?" Yuki inquired, offering herself as a potential source.

"Nya? I'm fine, Yuki, just hold me more purr," Nekra responded, her eyes still closed.

"Sure thing, Nekra," Yuki replied as she gently carried her to the bed, carefully laying her down.

===============================================================

At the adventurers' guild, the guild master was growing increasingly concerned. "Why haven't they come back yet? I sent one S ranker and five A ranks with them, not to mention the C and B ranks," he wondered aloud.

Suddenly, an elven receptionist rushed into the guild. "The search party has returned!" she exclaimed.

The guild master asked anxiously, "And the news?"

"It took awhile because the search party had to clear a cave in." The receptionist says

The guild master nods "Continue."

The receptionist hesitated for a moment before saying, "The mission was successful, but... it came at a cost."

"What's wrong?" the guild master pressed.

"It's not the goblins. It's the adventurers," the receptionist explained, her eyes downcast. The leader of the search party, who had joined her, added, "It was over a thousand dead goblin bodies. They succeeded at the cost of their own lives. The S ranker died, impaled by multiple weapons in what appeared to be a final battle."

The guild master was solemn as he absorbed the information. "That's grave news," he said, acknowledging the magnitude of the situation. "The country would have needed to field an army to fight off the goblins if their numbers continued to grow. I will inform the nobles and maybe make some heroes out of them and compensate their families." With that, he dismissed the receptionist and the leader of the search party, pondering what steps to take next.

=====================================================

Nekra eventually woke up, feeling Yuki's comforting embrace. "Nya? Yuki? How long was I asleep for?" she inquired, blinking and stretching.

"Nekra was asleep for a long time," Yuki replied gently.

(Sage: ten years)

"Nya, so every time I get advanced information, I have to assume I'm going to be out for a while," Nekra realized.

"So, what did you learn?" Yuki asked with curiosity.

"Droids, drones, fallout robots, basic mechanical engineering, nya. There's also a lot of other robotic knowledge that's being sorted," Nekra said, overwhelmed by the abundance of information.

"I can't wait to start building," Nekra said excitedly, her enthusiasm evident as she contemplated the possibilities.

Yuki glances at her adorable and exited master as the cat girl's eyes begin to glow a sinister red… It was clear she was losing to her blood thirst.

"Yuki..." Nekra tones desperatly.

"Mhmm." Yuki says with a nod presenting her neck again.

"Thank you for the meal." Nekra says knowing she needs to take less blood this time as she sinks in her fangs.
================================================
"Thank you, Yuki, the food you make is absolutely delicious," Nekra expressed her gratitude, her tone lighthearted. She then proceeded to gently lick the bite mark clean, displaying a sense of satisfaction.

Yuki, curious about their next course of action, inquired, "S-so, w-what's the plan?"

Nekra's ears perked up as she pulled her head off of the Fox girl's neck. She responds with enthusiasm evident in her voice, "Now, we'll start creating robotic golems."

Yuki posed an essential question, "Where will we create them?"

"Nya where? In the dungeon of course!" Nekra says the idea of mecha completely clouding what remains of her little common sense.

"Why not improve the dungeon layout? It would be unwise to experiment with robotics in a cave, especially in case those people return." Yuki responds

"Great idea, Yuki. By the way, what's our current DP count?" Nekra asked, wanting to assess their available resources.

(It's at 250,673 DP.)
"Nya? It went up!" Nekra expressed her surprise and excitement at the noticeable increase in their dungeon points.

Yuki offered an explanation, saying, "Nekra was asleep for a decade, which allowed the DP to accumulate."

Feeling a sense of guilt, Nekra admitted, "Oh, I'm sorry, Yuki, for leaving you alone for so long."

Yuki, however, reassured her, "I got to cuddle with Nekra all night, so it was alright. I missed you a lot."

Nekra responds with a chaste kiss.

"I am sorry I kept you waiting Yuki." Nekra whispers.

Chapter 8: Housekeeping
"We need to work on the dunyaon, Shall we create a maze?" Nekra proposed as she gazed at the dungeon's interior on the console.

"That sounds like a good idea. We could also set up some traps," Yuki suggested, revealing the trap tab to Nekra.

Nekra's eyes lit up with excitement. "I could make a trap door with a golem that only activates under a certain weight. It will let us save points on the traps Nya!"

"Ah, that's clever. We'll need to expand the dungeon for that," Yuki points out.

"We can make robots and golems do that for us," Nekra suggests, eager to conserve their dungeon points.

Yuki hesitated, seemingly about to raise an objection, but before she could, Nekra used her magic to create an army of golems. "Nya, get digging," she commanded the magical constructs.

The golems diligently set to work, expanding the first floor of the dungeon. With each stony footfall and the rhythmic chipping of their fists against the hard stone, the dungeon's layout gradually transformed expanding.

"So, what do we do now?" Yuki inquired, unsure of her role in this.

"We wait, Nya... How about watching some anime?" Nekra asks her eyes appearing like stars.

Yuki nodded, longing for the moment when she could hold Nekra in her lap again. "I've been practicing cooking while you were asleep," she confessed.

"Really?" Nekra responded, her mouth watering at the thought of Yuki's food. She couldn't help but imagine the delectable dishes her companion might have whipped up.

"Yes, I did," Yuki confirmed, mesmerized by Nekra's adorable expression. 'I really want to kiss her,' Yuki thought, feeling her cheeks flush slightly.

"So, where did we leave off? Season 2 of Knights and Magic?" Nekra asked.

=====================================================
A few months later.
====================================================

"Guild master!" The same elven receptionist burst into the guild master's room.

"What is it?" he inquired, looking up from his towering stack of paperwork with weary eyes.

"The cave's layout has changed—it's like a labyrinth now, and it's guarded by stone-type monsters. Strangely, when they exit the cave, they just die," the receptionist reported.

"Is it possible that the rumors about dungeons are true?" the guild master contemplated. There was only one other dungeon in the world.

"If this is the case, we need to inform the king. This could be a significant asset to our country... Start sending higher-ranked adventurers to explore this labyrinth, and we'll need to give it a name," the guild master commanded.

"If the dungeon proves unremarkable, contact the hero to see if she can seal it," the guild master added, preparing a report.

… More god damn paperwork.
=======================================================
"This is so nice," Yuki mused as she gently petted the napping Nekra.

'I wonder if it's her cat side that makes her sleep so much. Not that it matters; she looks so cute like this,' Yuki thought, cuddling with the girl who was peacefully asleep on her lap.
===========================================================
"Nya!? I'm awake," Nekra exclaimed, jolted from her slumber by the blaring alarm.

"Good morning," Yuki greeted her.

"Who's that?" Nekra inquired, gazing at the adventurers locked in battle against the stone golems.

"It seems the guild has discovered us," Yuki informed her.

"Is the core still hidden behind the Knight MK1?" Nekra asked.

"Yes, and it's still concealed with invisibility on the roof," Yuki replied.

"Good, nya. Do the golems drop anything?" Nekra continued her questioning.

"Other than their stone bodies, not really," Yuki replied.

Nekra then decided to browse the Dungeon Point store. Her eyes widened with excitement as she spotted something.

"They have it!" Nekra exclaimed, wearing a radiant smile that seemed to captivate Yuki.

"What are you talking about?" Yuki questioned, completely clueless about what Nekra had found.

"It's an iron golem spawner from Minecraft," Nekra explained.

"A what from what?" Yuki inquired, having no idea about either of those terms.

"It's part of the knowledge I instinctively possess. But if I want a detailed explanation, you know the drawbacks, nya," Nekra responded.

Nekra retrieved the golem spawner and asked the sage, "Sage, how does this work?"

(Sage: It absorbs magicules in the air to spawn iron golems.)

"How about we bury it about two feet beneath the dungeon floor?" Nekra suggested.

(Sage: That should work; the iron golems will spawn within the dungeon.)

Yuki raised a skeptical eyebrow. "What's so special about these weak iron golems?"

Nekra explained, "They're made of iron, which means we could effectively have a mine. The country would want to exploit the dungeon for its resources, which means more adventurers and more dungeon points."

With a sly glint in her eye, Nekra revealed her grand plan. "Maybe we could even make a guardian... a golem-metal mechanical dragon. That ought to be scary enough."

Chapter 9:
Nekra explored the magical store interface, searching for intriguing possibilities that might capture her attention. Like one would watch amazon deals and usually end up spending way more money than they wanted to.

"Workshop add-on, nya?" Nekra voiced her interest, her feline instincts apparent.

From the kitchen, Yuki's voice inquired, "Did you say something, Nekra?"

While considering the workshop add-on, Nekra's thoughts wandered, questioning its purpose within their core control room.

Nekra eventually decided to make the purchase, noting, "It's nyathing, Yuki."

Yuki commented on her increased use of the Nya's, "Your verbal tic is getting worse."

Expressing her annoyance, Nekra responded, "I nyo." Ears flat against her head, as the cat girl looked fully defeated.

Trying to ease the situation, Yuki humorously remarked, "I think it's kind of cute... did we just have a room added?"

Acknowledging the success of the purchase, Nekra proudly shared, "Yes! I bought a workshop add-on, nya. How could you tell?"

Yuki explained, "I am the spirit of the dungeon; of course, I know when a new space is added to my body."

This realization prompted Nekra to revisit a long-asked question, "Nya? Is it possible for you to leave the dungeon?"

Intrigued, Yuki questioned, "I should be, but why would we need to leave?"

Nekra eagerly revealed her ambitious plan, "Because, in about 289 years, there's going to be this opportunity for an adventure!"

Concerned about the delay, after all 289 years was extremely specific, "Can't we do it now?"

Nekra, contemplating their chances, responded, "I think Dwargon might accept us. They should still be on their second king, though."

"How do you know all of this?" Yuki asks

"Because I am a genius like Tony Stark, and I'm going to go build a golem robotic dragon to protect the core. It will be like Reptar!" Nekra says

Yuki, puzzled by Nekra's earlier reference to "Reptar," questioned, "What's a Reptar, and who is Tony Stark?"

Nekra, equally baffled, admitted, "I don't know."

A span of several days passed, during which Nekra continued her tireless work on the golem robotic dragon, putting the finishing touches on its intricate design.

However, her jubilation was suddenly overshadowed by the realization that she had no idea how to program the creation.

"Programming involves a vast amount of information. Who knows how long I'll black out for, nya," Nekra pondered, her apprehension evident.

Coming into the room with a plate of food, Yuki tried to reassure Nekra, "It looks amazing, Nekra!"

Despite her concerns, Nekra confessed, "I know, but to think we could buy strands of titanium weave and encase it in that, then make the body out of reinforced steel. The only problem is it won't move if I don't use my knowledge skill."

Inquiring about the potential duration of her blackout, Yuki asked, "How long?"

Nekra, uncertain yet hopeful, replied, "I don't know... it should be longer than a year, though."

Yuki suggested a practical solution to ensure the continued protection of the dungeon during Nekra's absence, "Why don't you create a core guardian, since the dragon won't be done for awhile and secure the core within an almost indestructible box before you embark on your knowledge-seeking journey?"

Expressing her concern for Yuki, Nekra remarked, "Nya, what about you, Yuki? I'm leaving you alone again."

Yuki, undeterred, assured her with a passionate kiss. After breaking the kiss, she responded, "It's fine."

Acknowledging Nekra's growth, Yuki continued, "I feel the same, but I'm young... at least I think I am. I have fragment memories, Yuki, nya. So wait for me to grow up, okay?"

Assenting to Yuki's proposal, Nekra agreed, "Okay, I can wait."

Resuming their plans, Nekra suggested, "Let's construct a steel knight to guard the core room. And maybe an adamantium sword."

A peculiar thought crossed Nekra's mind: "Can I use golem magic on the adamantium and grant the sword special properties?"

Implementing her idea, she used golem magic to enhance the sword with a magic induction coil inside, allowing it to superheat.

After slotting in a magic stone, Nekra declared, "Done, nya."

It had been a month since the start of the Magic Knight program and Nekra had made a true monster, It was a golem with loaded springs and wound gears. It was a deadly machine that would nearly match an S Rank adventure in strength. It couldn't even near the hydraulics and muscles on the dragon but it was overkill for any B rank party that tried their luck.

Surprised by Nekra's sudden transformation into a focused worker, Yuki noted, "Your serious working face looks cute."

Nekra stationed the knight outside the core room before venturing into the dungeon to create golems, and a full Roman legion appeared at her command.

Surveying the completed tasks, Nekra declared, "That should help, nya, and they are skilled builders. We will continue to grow bigger!"

Before retiring for the night, she enclosed the core in the titanium box, concealed by a new invisibility cloak.

Nekra crawls into bed with Yuki looking at her partner.

"I'll be here when you wake up dear." Yuki whispers

"Okay, good night, Yuki," Nekra whispers in reply.

"Of course, Have a good rest, and I will watch over the dungeon." Yuki responds wrapping Nekra up in her tail

As a final reminder, Nekra whispers, "Just incase Make sure you replace the invisibility cloak in 30 years, nya."

Yuki nodded in understanding and sealed the night with a tender kiss on Nekra's forehead.
'Programs…' Nekra's thoughts were abruptly halted as the sudden surge of knowledge overcame her there was a searing pain then all was black, as Nekra entered a dreamless sleep.

Programs… Not Programming or computer Programming, but Programs.

Chapter 10:
Nekra awoke abruptly to a blaring alarm, disoriented and worried about the source of the commotion.

"Yuki!?" she called out, her heart pounding with anxiety and her Ears ringing.

Eventually, she arrived at the core control room, to see Yuki staring at the monitor in horror.

Nekra quickly joined Yuki, who was also startled by the alarm.

"Nekra! Someone defeated the knight!" Yuki exclaimed in distress, pointing at the ruined golem.

Nya!? Why is she here nya!?" Nekra shouts

"Ramiris come out!" Milim shouts standing next to the completely destroyed knight.

"Huh? Is she in here?" Milim asks going into the core room and immediately locking onto the core still under the invisibility cloak.

"What's this?" Milim asks ripping off the invisibility cloak. Revealing the Titanium Box
Nekra, alarmed and desperate to protect her Yuki, quickly teleported to the core room, shouting in a panic, "Please don't touch it, Nyat!"

The powerful Demi-Goddess, Milim, turned toward Nekra, her eyes initially filled with irritation. However, upon laying eyes on the young dungeon master, she was abruptly charmed by the cuteness she saw.

"Who are you to tell me what to— Cute!" Milim exclaimed, her demeanor shifting instantly from anger to fascination and affection.

(Sage: skill added Charm)

'What I didn't try to charm her?'

(Sage: skill is passive)

'But'

(Sage: you are cute deal with it.)

Milim immediately dives and hugs Nekra

"Nekra! Are you okay?" Yuki's voice chimed in as she appeared behind them, equally captivating to Milim.

Milim couldn't help but gush with approval, "Also cute!"

She then turned to Nekra with curiosity, "Are you two from Karion's country? Why are you here in the labyrinth?"

"Could you promise not to tell anyone?" Nekra asks hitting Milim with kitten eyes wide, pleading eyes with a soft, innocent gaze. Finalizing the blow with a soft Purr.

Milim immediately folds, giving in to the cuteness. "Fine, no one will know about a thing that you tell me."

"I'm Nekra, the dungeon Meowster, and this is my labyrinth," Nekra stated, wearing a cute smile.

"Those soldiers I fought earlier were remarkably skilled, so great job. The knight was pretty impressive. Can I keep the sword?" Milim inquired.

"Thank you, and certainly, those golem soldiers were a legion. Nyaaa, so what brought you here to talk to Ramiris?" Nekra asks.

"Ah, I was bored, and she usually has entertaining projects," Milim replied.

'Sage, how much DP does Milim provide?' Nekra queried.

(Sage: A significant amount...)

"I'm working on creating a dragon, and perhaps you could join us for some anime," Nekra admits with a goal of keeping Milim in the dungeon as long as possible.

"I'm not sure if she can enter the core control room; I mean, it's, um... in a separate dimension? I'm not entirely certain," Yuki replied.

"Considering her parentage, it shouldn't pose any problems, nya," Nekra reassured.

Milim fixed a thoughtful gaze on Nekra and inquired, "You seem to possess quite a bit of knowledge, little girl."

"My special skill is knowledge, nya," Nekra responds with a sly smile.

"That's... a very dangerous skill, so be careful," Milim warned as she lifted Nekra into her arms.

"Lead the way, wherever you're taking me," Milim said.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Yuki asked.

"Ah, right, I need to create another legion," Nekra with a snap of her fingers 6000 stone golems are created.

Milim looks at the show of magic jaw dropped. "Are you also a Demon Lord? That was an exceptional amount of magical power for even an advanced demon."

Nekra responded as the three of them arrived in the apartment, "Ah, I'm a werecat vampire princess."

Milim, clearly intrigued, commented, "So, you're a vampire? Your kind typically keeps to the shadows... Wait, did you say princess? I can't believe the vampires have a surviving member of the original royal family."

Nekra seemed taken aback, "Nya?"

Curious, Milim asked, "So, what do you two do here?" Without doubt trying to change the topic.

Nekra explained, "We watch anime, create golems, and play video games."

Milim pondered for a moment, "Wait a minute, Isn't anime the thing the summoned heroes are often talking about?"

Nekra nods in affirmation.

Yuki didn't want to let the royal family comment get by, seeking clarification, she asked, "Milim?"

"Call me Onee-san," Milim replied since she was slightly taller than Yuki and taller than Nekra.

Nekra, her concern palpable, asked, "Nee-ya, you won't tell anyone about us, right?" visibly distraught at her failure to speek.

Milim reassured them, "Of course not. I wouldn't want any of those nasty Demon Lords trying to kidnap and experiment on two young girls."

Nekra couldn't help but wonder, "Does Yuki have charm too?"

(Sage: Yes)

=================

Two weeks later, Milim announced her departure, "It's been fun, but I have to go. I might return in the future!"

After Milim disappeared, Nekra inquired, "How long was I asleep for?"

(Sage: 50 years)

"I'm so relieved you're back," Yuki expressed, hugging Nekra before sharing a kiss.

"Can I make it up to you, nya?" Nekra asked

"I bought a maid outfit," Yuki revealed, to which Nekra simply nodded.

As Nekra considered her situation, she wondered if there might be something to mitigate the drawbacks of her abilities.

'Occulmency... wait, what's that? I should check the DP store later,' Nekra contemplated, her skill hinting at a new avenue of discovery.

Chapter 11:
Inside the workshop, a Nekra is seen, dressed in a French maid outfit, typing on a laptop.

"So, what's our next move?" Yuki inquired, leaning against a nearby worktable, her curiosity evident in her voice.

"Nya? I'm almost finished," Nekra responds, closing her laptop and disconnecting her long cord from the dragon.

Yuki asks, "How much DP do we have?"

(Sage: Error)

"Milim is incredibly strong," Nekra remarks.

Yuki nods in agreement. "Nekra is quite strong as well."

"Nya, after this, let's create the second floor of the dungeon," Nekra suggests.

"Can we make it a picnic spot?" Yuki inquires.

"That sounds fantastic, nya," Nekra agrees.

"Anyway, let's transport this to the former core room, which will serve as the stairs to the second floor," Nekra says, patting the mechanical dragon.

Yuki couldn't help but continue to steal glances at Nekra, her thoughts filled with admiration. 'She looks really cute in the maid outfit. I made the right choice,' she mused, her gaze drawn to Nekra as she leaned over to perform the final system checks on the dragon. Inadvertently, Nekra's tail hiked up the hem of her skirt, adding an unexpected element of charm to her appearance.

Suddenly, Nekra's voice broke the silence, bringing Yuki back from her thoughts. "Are you ready, nya?"

Startled by the question, Yuki mumbled, "Huh?"

Nekra's voice rose as she repeated, "I asked are you ready, nya!" She stood upright and spun on her heel to face Yuki directly.

Yuki, regaining her composure, replied, "Ah, I am ready, dear."

Nekra, however, seemed to pick up on something unusual. "I smell blood, nya," she muttered, her senses keen.

They both had superior hearing, yet neither had mentioned this unique ability to the other. Yuki discreetly wiped under her nose, only to find a small trail of blood on her finger. 'She's gonna kill me at this rate.' Yuki thinks feeling her heart beat race.

Nekra suddenly slams a switch closed. As wires that run from the wall hum violently the rubber melts A second later the workshop was filled with an abrupt charge of energy, a palpable rush of magicules surging towards the metallic dragon. In a breathtaking display, its once lifeless eyes ignited with fierce, lightning-like energy, settling into a steady, mesmerizing blue glow. The transformation was awe-inspiring.

Nekra, in her French maid outfit, wasted no time. Her voice tinged with excitement and anticipation, she asked, "Are you on? Is everything regersnyaing?" With a swift motion of her hand, she waved it in front of the dragon's visage, as if testing its response.

The dragon, now seemingly alive with newfound energy, responded with a nod, signaling that it was indeed ready and all systems were functioning perfectly.

"Excellent, your code is continually being uploaded to a computer in the core as a backup, so if you get destroyed, you won't die, okay nya?" Nekra explains to the metal dragon.

The metal dragon nods.

"Nya, Yuki, we are good to go," Nekra announces as they both disappear into the core once again.

"So, we need a good picnic spot," Yuki says.

"How about a forest?" Nekra suggests.

They begin browsing the options after searching for a forest.

(Options: Forest Gump, Forbidden Forest, Twilight Forest, Rain Forest, Ancient Forest, Cedar Forest, Enchanted Forest, Shadowy Forest, Familiar Forest, Fairy King's Forest, Hundred Acre Woods, etc.)

"We have to go with the Ancient Forest, Nya," Nekra says.

"Why?" Yuki inquires.

"My instincts are telling me so, nya," Nekra explains.

"Okay, what's the price?" Yuki asks.

(200,000,000 DP)

"Do we have enough, Nya?" Nekra asks.

(Sage: yes)

"Was it because Milim made us watch anime with her for two weeks?" Yuki wonders.

"Milim doesn't usually restrain her magicules, nya," Nekra confirms.

(Sage: correct)

Nekra selects the Ancient Forest, then goes to the dungeon layout, adds a second floor, adds a room, and applies the Ancient Forest preset.

"Is there supposed to be a sun and sky in the dungeon, Nya?" Nekra inquires.

"Don't ask questions," Yuki advises.

Nekra nods.

"What monsters can we spawn there?" Nekra wonders as she scouts on the computer to find a place to put the core.

"The abandoned campsite at the top of the tree seems safe, Nya," Nekra says as she pulls up the spawn list.

(Spawn list: Anjanath, Fulgur Anjanath, Banbaro, Bazelgeuse, Deviljho, Savage Deviljho, Ebony Odogaron, Glavenus, Great Jagras, Kulu-Ya-Ku, Kushala Daora, Leshen, Ancient Leshen, Nargacuga, Nightshade Paolumu, Pukei-Pukei, Rathian, Rathalos, Azure Rathalos, Tigrex, Tobi-Kadachi, Blackveil Vaal Hazak, Velkhana, Yian Garuga, Scarred Yian Garuga, Zinogre)

"Nyats a very extensive list, nya," Nekra says, surprised.

"Let's start with a Rathian and an Azure Rathalos for now," Yuki suggests, considering their appearances and stats.

"We could also get a few Tobis, an Anjanath, maybe a Velkhana, and, lastly, nya nya, I mean a Nyargacugnya," Nekra says, struggling to keep her verbal tick from slipping but eventually giving in to it at the end.

Yuki, on the other hand, is just admiring the cuteness of Nekra and feeling frustrated with herself.

"I won't say those names anymore, Yuki, nya," Nekra says, pouting.

"You won't have to," Yuki reassures her, patting Nekra's head, recognizing her need for comfort after the embarrassing incident.

Chapter 12:
"Who's ready to descend into the labyrinth tomorrow now that the guild has cleared it?" A tall, bearded man named Eric shouted amidst the boisterous atmosphere of the bustling tavern.

A chorus of enthusiastic voices responded:

"Whoo!"

"I am!"

"Let's make some money!"

Amidst the excitement, Keith, an experienced adventurer with a hint of curiosity, couldn't help but ask, "What happened anyway?"

"I heard Demon Lord Milim stormed into the dungeon and was in there for two weeks," an adventurer nearby explained.

"That's actually really scary. We were near that walking natural disaster," Keith remarked.

"I wonder if the knight is still there?" Keith asked.

"Wait, you made it past the thousands of stone soldiers?" another adventurer questioned.

"Yeah, I'm an S ranker, and I specialize in stealth. It's just the knight always stops me, and I end up fleeing. I wonder what's beyond the door," Keith explained.

"Maybe it's a bunch of metal. I mean if you kill an iron golem, it's enough money for a week," an adventurer suggested.

"Yeah, but if that's the case, you're more like a miner than an actual adventurer," Keith observed.

Another adventurer chimed in with excitement, "How about we embark on a grand exploration to confront this knight?"

"Yeah," an adventurer exclaimed, "this labyrinth has stood for 50 years, and we haven't even passed the first level."

Keith stepped forward, volunteering his expertise. "I can lead you to the door." His motivation was partly driven by the prospect of benefiting from the aftermath of Milim's destruction.

With determination, they declared, "Let's do it then!"

"Aye!" echoed through the tavern as multiple people, now animated and half-drunk, left the establishment and made their way to the labyrinth's entrance.

As they stepped through the entrance, they encountered a surreal sight: thousands of stone soldiers lay scattered on the ground in a meticulous military formation.

"Was this an army?" an adventurer asked, wiping beads of sweat from his forehead.

"Yeah, usually, you have to sneak past them. They're rare to see. You only find them digging and expanding the labyrinth, probably banding together to confront Milim," an A ranker explained as they cautiously walked by the three-meter-tall iron golems, which surprisingly didn't react to their presence.

Another adventurer couldn't help but wonder, "How are we able to just walk by these iron golems?"

Keith, confident and experienced, shared his insight. "I've discovered that if you don't attack them, they usually won't attack you unless they're already injured."

The group continued on their path, following Keith's mental map. "The steel golem knight should be up ahead," Keith said, and they turned a corner, only to find a completely destroyed knight. Though somewhat battered, the shape of its helmet remained recognizable amidst the jumbled steel remains.

"Milim did all of this?" an adventurer marveled.

Keith, undaunted, approached the mysterious door. "So, let's see what's through the door," he said as he began to pry it open.

"Milim did all of this?" an adventurer marveled.

"So, let's see what's through the door," Keith said as he began to pry it open.

Taking a cautious peek, Keith saw a massive metal dragon, resting on the ground, with a set of stairs leading upward behind it.

"There's another level. Over there is a set of stairs," Keith said, his shock palpable. Suddenly, the dragon stirred, its eye sockets glowing electric blue as it scanned the room, immediately locking onto the open door.

In a moment of panic, Keith closed the door.

"I can't wait to tell the guild master about this. We need to go now," Keith said, excitement and urgency in his voice, as he started running, with several adventurers following him, while a few brave souls remained behind to explore further.

====================================================
"Finally, after 50 years, we've made some progress in the labyrinth," a younger guild master says to himself leaning back.

"That's good to hear. Maybe your grandfather would like to hear about it as well?" the elf receptionist asks.

"He was the one who commissioned the disaster that turned into a great opportunity for this country. I mean, we lost 100 C ranks and up, but the golem mine has more than made up for it with resources, maybe I'll send him a letter" the current guild master replies.

"There was also a dragon, apparently," the receptionist added.

The papers the guild master was holding fell to the ground.

"Are you positive?" the guild master asked.

"Keith is the one who reported it," the receptionist confirmed.

"Send a bird to the king. He can decide what to do with it, I am not going to repeat the mistakes of my Grandfather." the guild master admits.

Chapter 13:
"Is this right, Yuki-nya?" Nekra asked spinning around, her fingers adjusting a black bow that concealed her distinctive, cat like ears. She peered into a mirror to her left, ensuring her appearance was as inconspicuous as possible.

Yuki, her partner was staring at her… Nekra shook her head at that description and blushed.

Yuki, glanced at Nekra's transformation and grinned. With a newsboy cap perched low on her head, she obscured her own telltale ears. "It looks cute," Yuki complimented smiling widely.

Nekra's momentary distraction was over as her eyes sparkled with excitement. "It's going to be fun."

Yuki chuckled, knowing exactly what had brought this newfound enthusiasm. "You're just happy because we've gone through 25 years' worth of anime, and apparently the goddess won't send you more because you've become a NEET."

Nekra pouted in response, her previous exuberance momentarily deflated. "I'm still annoyed I haven't grown any taller! Why am I so short?" she cried out, her frustration evident in her voice.

Yuki chuckled and offered a rather obvious explanation. "Vampires don't usually age."

Nekra let out an exaggerated sigh. "Oh no! I'm going to be this short forever!" She began to fake cry, as she often did when she had this conversation with Yuki.

Yuki, ever the supportive girlfriend, decided to steer the conversation away from Nekra's woes. "Anyway, what's the plan again?"

Nekra perked up, ready to share her latest idea. "I've got one, It's just a trip outside, nya. We are going to go and see the guild, explore the town. Stuff like that nya."

"Okay? And the core will be safe?" Yuki inquired, already assured that it was because Nekra was cute when excited.

Nekra nodded confidently. "Yes, there's an automatic gun turret on top of the ancient tree, guarded by several master-ranked monsters. Not to mention, they'd have to get through the metal dragon as well," she explained, outlining the impressive defenses she had designed and built with a proud smile.

Yuki looked at the cat girls smile and nodded in agreement. "Ah, yeah, I guess."

With their plan in place, Nekra wasted no time. "Let's go then, nya."

Suddenly, as if by magic, they found themselves standing at the entrance of the formidable dungeon. The transition was so seamless that it left the duo momentarily dazed.

Nekra, always one to take the initiative, decided to approach an adventurer who happened to be nearby. "Hello?" she greeted, her tone polite yet filled with determination.

The adventurer turned towards Nekra and cast a puzzled look upon her. "Hi? Why are you here, little girl?" he asked, his curiosity getting the better of him.

Nekra wasted no time in stating her purpose. "I'm trying to find the guild; I want to register!"

The adventurer, initially skeptical, couldn't resist Nekra's resolve. "I'm sorry, but you seem too young," he replied, attempting to maintain his skepticism.

Nekra employed her secret weapon, her puppy-dog eyes, to win him over. "I can't, nyo! It's my dream to become an adventurer."

The adventurer, under the influence of Nekra's charming gaze, hesitated and eventually relented. "Ah, uh, fine, I can take you there."

Nekra's enthusiasm was palpable. "Great!" She grabbed Yuki's hand, excitedly leading the way as they followed the adventurer towards the guild office in the small town that had grown around the dungeon's entrance.

Upon reaching the guild office, Nekra marched confidently to the reception desk, where an elf was stationed.

"Hi! I would like to register, nya," Nekra declared, her determination shining through.

The elf raised an eyebrow, seeming taken aback by the unusual addition of "nya" to Nekra's speech. "Nya?" the elf questioned, her gaze fixed on Nekra's eyes.

Nekra, ever adaptable, accepted the minor confusion with a smile. "Sure," the receptionist said, patting Nekra's head affectionately.

Yuki, curious about the guild and its operations, didn't waste time. "How do the ranks work?" she inquired, hoping to gain a better understanding of the guild's structure.

The receptionist explained patiently, "Ah, well, it's determined by the number of quests completed."

Nekra considered this for a moment but then realized, "Huh? I thought they had a summoner examiner for standardization." She suspected this feature might not have been introduced yet.

The receptionist smiled and responded warmly, "Great, thanks." Nekra took her guild card, feeling a surge of excitement as she finally held the tangible symbol of her dream.

As Yuki received her own guild card, she noticed the rank printed on it. "B rank?" she questioned, a hint of surprise in her voice.

The elf at the desk, unimpressed, raised an eyebrow and remarked, "Really? You didn't come to me and expect me not to know what you are?"

Nekra deftly employed her charm to diffuse any potential tension. "Nya? You must be old then?" she teased, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

The elf, briefly offended, couldn't help but smile at Nekra's antics. "Where to next?" Yuki inquired, ready to continue their adventure.

"Follow me," Nekra instructed, her confident stride leading Yuki towards the thick forest that enveloped the dungeon.

Yuki, surprised by Nekra's newfound sense of direction, asked, "Into the forest?"

"Nya! I've got this," Nekra assured her friend, exuding a newfound confidence.

Yuki looked both impressed and intrigued. "You know where you're going?"

Nekra smiled enigmatically. "Knowledge is subtly giving me directions, nya." She was excited to uncover what lay ahead in their journey.

Chapter 14
Nekra and Yuki found themselves traversing through a cave, its darkness contrasting with the brightness of their conversation.

"Is this the other labyrinth Milim mentioned?" Yuki asked, her curiosity piqued by their surroundings.

"Nyo, this is her uncle's cave," Nekra clarified, a faint smile playing on her lips.

"Why are we here?" Yuki inquired, her gaze shifting around the cave's confines.

"WHY ARE YOU HERE!" a thunderous voice echoed through the cave, causing the walls to reverberate.

"Uncle, we are here to visit!" Nekra shouted back into the cave, her voice assertive yet tinged with familial warmth.

"Who are you calling uncle!" the voice bellowed in response.

"Veldora is the uncle, of course, nya!" Nekra shouted back, confidently leading the way through the cavernous space.

"Wow, he's three times the size of our metal dragon," Yuki remarked, her eyes wide with awe at the sheer magnitude of the dragon before them.

"You know another dragon? It doesn't matter because no one is better than this great me!" Veldora proclaimed proudly, his voice resonating through the cave.

"This great me was sealed, nya," Nekra deadpanned, her gaze directed at Veldora, who was trapped behind a seal.

"So, why are we here again, Nekra?" Yuki questioned, seeking clarification amidst the banter.

"To say hi and maybe be friends, nya," Nekra replied with a hopeful smile, attempting to bridge the gap with Veldora.

"Friends? I don't need friends, for I am the great Veldora!" the dragon thundered, his voice echoing across the cave walls.

Nekra detected a hint of dejection in Veldora's tone. "Well, it's great to finally meet you, Uncle Veldora, nya!" she exclaimed, maintaining her upbeat demeanor.

"Why do you keep calling me uncle?" Veldora's voice was softened, now devoid of its previous booming authority. He was looking away sheepishly which was weird for the massive dragon.

"Nya? That's because older sister Milim adopted us, nya! Milim is your older brother's daughter, nya!" Nekra explained, hoping to shed light on their connection.

"Wait, I have a niece?" Veldora's astonishment was evident in his tone.

Nekra nodded in affirmation.

"How do you know this?" Veldora probed further.

"Nya? The same way I know Uncle will get out in 250 years, nya!" Nekra revealed, her eyes twinkling with knowledge.

"You should be careful who you tell stuff to, prophet," Veldora warned, his eyes narrowing slightly.

"Nya? But Uncle is a good dragon," Nekra retorted with unwavering faith in Veldora's character.

"Can you take off your bow?" Veldora requested, his curiosity piqued.

Nekra obliged, removing her bow to reveal her distinct cat ears.

"A werecat? I thought they went extinct..." Veldora's voice trailed off, lost in thought.

"Extinct?" Nekra's echos curiosity evident in her voice.

"Ah, that's a story for another time.... so, I'm getting out of here in the future?" Veldora redirected the conversation.

Nekra nodded confidently.

"In about 250 years, start sending telepathic presages to slimes, nya," Nekra instructed.

"A slime gets me out?" Veldora's eyebrow raised in surprise.

Nekra, seemingly nonchalant, continued nibbling on some food.

"Where did you get the food?" Veldora's curiosity got the better of him.

"Yuki made it," Nekra replied with a grin.

"That doesn't answer my question," Veldora pressed on.

"Yuki makes amazing food, nya," Nekra diverted the conversation, praising her friend's culinary skills.

"When she gets like this, she doesn't answer questions," Yuki chimed in, offering a simple explanation.

"Hmm? What are you?" Veldora directed his attention toward Yuki.

"I'm a fox spirit," Yuki revealed.

"You two are certainly an intriguing pair. You also have names already. Was it Milim?" Veldora inquired.

Nekra hesitated, unsure if she should reveal the truth about who named her.

"Nekra named me," Yuki confirmed, offering clarity.

"I wish I wasn't sealed so I could feel your power. You are probably stronger than a demon lord if you could name a high-ranked spirit like Yuki," Veldora remarked, impressed by Yuki's significance.

Nekra pulled a TV out of a storage space, catching Veldora's attention.

"What is that black device?" Veldora queried, curious about the unfamiliar object.

"It's a TV. Since you are going to be trapped here for a while, I figured we could come by every now and then, maybe to watch anime," Nekra suggested as a flash drive fell on her head.

A note accompanied the flash drive.

——————

Good job bringing him to the dark side, remind him we have cookies.

——————

"Yes, I got more anime, nya!" Nekra exclaimed excitedly.

"Wasn't the whole reason for this trip to go out and see the world?" Yuki gently reminded Nekra.

"Nyo, it was to get them to give me more anime, Veldornya was just a bonus" Nekra confessed, her red eyes sparkling with excitement.

"My name is Veldora, not Veldornya," Veldora correctes rather quickly.

Yuki and Nekra just look at the dragon as the TV turns on and a play menu loads.

"Who is them?" Veldora asked, seeking clarification

Chapter 15
"That was a blast, Nya!" Nekra's cheers, her excitement bubbling over.

"You just spent a whole month watching anime with Veldora" Yuki teased.

"Yup," Nekra confirmed, her eyes still glimmering with joy.

'At least she sat in my lap; I got to recharge my Nekra energy,' Yuki thought to herself. Still feeling the Warmth of the hug they shared.
==================================================

"So, what if I made Rimuru a girl and paired her with Veldora?" Sandstorm proposed.

"You're thinking of changing both of them?" Lisa inquired.

"Hmm, maybe I should," Sandstorm pondered.

"How about we delay Rimuru's gender switch and keep it neutral until Veldora is freed from the seal?" Lisa suggested.

"That sounds like a plan. Should we let Kyra in on this?" Sandstorm asked.

"Kyra's watching too?" Lisa raised an eyebrow.

"Of course, who do you think gave Nekra Roller Coaster Tycoon 2?" Sandstorm chuckled.

==========================================
Meanwhile in the field outside the mountain entrance to Dwargon, there had been a build up of traders.

"Quite the long line to get in," Yuki observed.

"Nya, it's a real wait, maybe they should put up a wait time sign, and theme the Que abit." Nekra says, flashing her smile as curious onlookers eyed the duo.

"You played too much of that roller coaster game dear." Yuki responds

"Next," the guard called out.

"Hi, nya," Nekra greeted the dwarf guard.

"Purpose for your visit?" the dwarf inquired.

"To get a sword made, nya," Nekra replied.

"You, wielding a sword? Aren't you a bit small?" the dwarf remarked unintentionally.

"I got called small by a dwarf..." Nekra murmured, a tinge of frustration evident as a black aura seeped out.

"It's okay, Nekra," Yuki comforted, gently patting her head.

"S-Sorry," the dwarf stammered, flustered by the unintended effect. That dark aura was scary, he mighve peed himself a little.

"Can we go in now?" Yuki asked, trying to ease the situation.

The guard simply nodded, allowing the two girls entry.

"So, are you really getting a sword made?" Yuki asked, striking up conversation.

Nekra nodded with certainty. A slight glint in her eye.

"Yes, nya. I'm not handy with smithing," Nekra admits.

"Hey, sir, know a good blacksmith around?" Yuki questioned a passing adventurer.

"Yeah, head that way, it's the third building on the right," the adventurer pointed before continuing on.

"Got our bearings now," Yuki remarked as they strolled down the dimly lit path.

"This whole underground city thing is bizarre," Nekra commented, taking in the peculiar sights.

Yuki shot a puzzled look at the Dungeon Master.

"Hello, nya???" Nekra announced as she opened the blacksmith's door.

"Huh? How can I help you ladies?" the dwarf smith greeted.

"Could you forge a sword with this metal?" Nekra asks setting a large depost of magisteel on the counter top, next to steel, titanium, and various other metals

"Oh? Some of these are unfamiliar," the smith says with wonder picking up the thing of titanium

"This is rather light not really good for a blade maybe an armor?" The smith asks looking at the cat girl infront of him.

"Then can you fashion greaves and wrist bracers, too, Nya?" Nekra asks unsure if he is taking the job.

"What kind of sword are you looking for?" the smith inquired, never mind it was clear he was interested.

"Nya! Anykind? Then how about this?," Nekra said before revealing an iron gladius from her storage space.

"Is there any cause for concern about growing when it comes to the bracers and greaves?" the smith asked he might need to leave room so she can age into her armor abit before it needs to be fully redone.

Nekra shook her head, then removed her paperboy cap. "I'm a werecat, nya. Also a vampire, so aging isn't a concern."

"I knew about the cat part missy, you tail is visible clear as day. Although the vampire part, you won't age? How about I make you a full set then?" the dwarf suggested.

"Sure nya, just make it so that it can easily sit atop a dress. I want light armor nya." Nekra says

"Light armor? Will do, was gonna make it like that anyways." the smith clarifies.

"Could I have set too?" Yuki chimed in.

"Of course, come back in like a weeks time and it'll be done." The smith says

They areed, and as they departed, Yuki asked, "What's next?"

"Exploration, nya," Nekra declared, donning her hat with a gleeful smile.

I am definitely putting a watch on this. It is exactly the sort of silly that I love and require to raise my spirits! Good work Author pine tree!

Chapter 16 New
"Are you certain it's a dragon?" The king's concern echoed through the room.

"Yes," Fuze's great-great-grandfather affirmed.

"Minister! Rally the nobles, draft the army, and prepare the knights for battle!" The King's urgent command filled the chamber.

"I expect the guild's support for this subjugation," the king declared firmly, eyeing the guild master before he briskly exited the meeting room.

==================

"Say, Yuki? If I were to use my knowledge skill one last time, would you be upset? We've spent 25 years together, but I need more information, nya," Nekra asked, her curiosity evident.

"I can ask the Loli goddess to give you a bunch of anime to watch," Nekra suggested.

A letter suddenly fell from the sky.

"It's not cute when you use that kind of language, nya," Nekra commented as she read the letter. Then, a flash drive landed on Nekra's head.

"Thanks, nya!" Nekra exclaimed with a cute smile.

================

"Nya, Yuki, do you want to teleport back?" Nekra inquired, adjusting her metal bracers and sheathing her sword.

"You can do that?" Yuki asked, surprised.

Weird runes began forming a circle around them.

"Nya, rune magic apparently counts as a type of programming according to my knowledge skill, nya," Nekra explained as the rune circle glowed, and suddenly they found themselves back atop the ancient tree.

"Nekra... something's not right," Yuki said with concern.

"Nya? What's wrong?" Nekra asked, puzzled.

Yuki grabbed Nekra, and in an instant, they both appeared in an apartment.

===================

"Do you have any idea why the kingdom's knights were summoned?" one knight asked another.

The knights weren't just a title; they also possessed the skill to slay a lesser demon single-handedly. The kingdom had over 500 knights capable of that feat, along with about 700 apprentice knights.

"It wasn't just us; they've drafted an army," another knight reported.

"A dragon was spotted," an older man approached.

The king's younger brother.

"A dragon, your grace?" a knight was astonished.

"That's what necessitated this response. Although the dungeon has served us well for the past 50 years, we've received reports that it has its own army ready for emergencies. Sending a few hundred knights to deal with the dragon isn't feasible, so we've assembled our own army," the duke explained.

===========

"Nya, the drone golem was a brilliant idea," Nekra commended.

"What should we do?" Yuki asked.

"I could double the soldiers and make it two legions. Any more and it feels like cheating, nya," Nekra contemplated, displaying the map of the ancient forest to show Yuki the challenge of finding the core.

===================

"How many men are coming?" one knight inquired.

"My older brother, the king, is leading all the royal knights. Every noble house was required to bring their own knights and an army. This may turn into a full-scale war," the duke informed, taking a sip of ale.

"Do these soldiers from the dungeon use magic?" a knight queried.

"We're not certain according to the reports... their quick building seems akin to earth magic," the duke speculated.

"This seems increasingly challenging," a knight commented.

"When did we learn all this?" a knight wearing a black helmet sought information.

"After demon lord Milim entered and emerged after two weeks. The initial search party found 4,000 destroyed stone golems in armor with iron swords. Then, an A-ranker led them to the supposed stair room, where they encountered a dragon guarding the stairs," the duke revealed.

"How large will our army be?" a knight inquired.

"We can muster roughly 12,000 soldiers with our current resources. Fortunately, this is an internal strife, and the resources from the dungeon have compensated for it," the duke disclosed.

===============

"Nya? Those 12,000 peasants will face a massacre," Nekra lamented.

"Why's that?" Yuki asked, puzzled.

"Because mere farmers can't withstand the might of the Roman Empire," Nekra said gravely before snapping back.

"Nya, my old memories are resurfacing, nya," Nekra winced, experiencing fragmented recollections.

"Nya? Who's Brutus?" Nekra mused aloud before refocusing on the strategy.

"Yuki, I'm going to create more golems, nya," Nekra announced before disappearing.

"How long has it been since Nekra drank?" Yuki mused, realizing it had been several months.

Chapter 17 New
Yuki was relaxing in her den, combing her tails while waiting for her beloved to come home.

Her fox ears twitched as she heard footsteps coming down the dark hall.

"Nekra dear?" Yuki asks looking up to see a pair of dark red bloodshot eyes glowing in the darkness.

"Yukiii Nyan~" Nekra's voice replies disembodied as the eyes got closer to what had to be the ground and they slowly began moving towards her.

"Thirsty Huh?" Yuki says

Nekra nods as her fangs show.

Yuki tilts her head to the side once again.

"Please be gentle." Yuki mutters as the Nekra's fangs are sunk into her.
==================================================

After drinking enough to sustain herself for awhile.

Nekra's eyes begin to droop.

"Yuki nya, cuddle." Nekra says as she curls her self up in Yuki's embrace while purring.

"Oh my cute little dungeon master, you must really be confident to be able to sleep when an army is about to invade us." Yuki says picking Nekra up and taking her to the bed.

"Wait when did she add a third level? Ah misdirection." Yuki says feeling a very empty third level connected to where the gate to Astera is supposed to go.

==============

"So the plan of attack?" A knight asks

"Just charging right in." A commander says as he holds up his sword.

"Charge!" He shouts and 12,000 peasant fighters rush in with what is basically farming equipment.

==============

Meanwhile in the dungeon the stone golems are in a phalanx formation with tower shields.

The farmers are literally running to a slaughter.

The knights are watching from behind in a stupor as the tower shields march forward and the massive pikes spear through the non armored army.

"Magicians!" A knight shouts

Several magicians standing in a circle send a massive fire ball at the first of the 60 phalanx formations.

The knights know they need to break up the formation for the army to even stand a chance so several take the opening the fire ball created and charge into several of the formations.

The legion golems drop their pikes and tower shields drawing their iron gladius and breaking formation to charge into battle with a silent war cry since they can make any noise.

"I don't remember an open area like this in the report." The king says watching the bloody battle as golems dyed red with their enemies blood continue to mow people down as the knights kill as many as they can.

"There wasn't..." Keith says

"Maybe they knew we were coming and prepared the battle field." The duke suggests.

=================

After battling for several hours around 200 knights are remaining of the 500 and of the army 700 are left.

"That was a nightmare, we need to slay the dragon or it will all be for naught." The king says

==========================

Meanwhile in the core rather than watching.

Yuki and Nekra are in a sort of forced hibernation because through Nekra's magic 10,000 humans have been killed.

Meaning they are undergoing an evolution and Nekra is evolving into a demon lord.

===================

The remaining 200 knights arrive just outside of the room with the dragon.

"So we just need to kill this thing then we can go home right?" An older knight asks

"When I get home I'm proposing."

"Same."

"I think those of us that are not settled down are ready to now."

A majority of the knights nod at this thinking of people.

Other older one suddenly the opens the door.

Suddenly there is the sound of electricity humming.

Everyone watches as blue led eyes stare at them from the darkness.

*roar*

Suddenly the room lights up as the lights on the walls turn on.

Everyone is currently looking at what appears to be a metal safi jiiva.

(Monster Hunter world monster)

It opens its mouth and a massive amount of Fire is shot out at the knights. The ground catches fire as the fire sticks to the armor melting some of it.

Instead of having a normal Dragon's breath, the dragon being a robot means that some conventional weapons had to be involved such as breathing napalm.

Of the knights those wearing cheaper armor scream as it melted from the intense temperatures of the burning war crime. The molten metal coming into direct contact with them while others are clamoring to take their armor off.

The few knights that don't have napalm stuck to them rush the dragon as their comrades burn to death.

Their swords just seem to be deflected off of the metal dragon. One Knight shield attempts to shield bash the dragons head only to have the dragon bite his shield smashing it into scrap metal.

The dragon winds up for another fiery breath a knight with heavy armor steps in front of the dragon with a tower shield.

The fire breath released flows around the shield until said shield starts to melt and the knight behind it gets engulfed in flames.

The remaining 10 knights are royal knights that rush the dragon with magisteel blades and manage to cut the titanium shell of the dragon.

The dragon steps on one of the ten crushing it to death.

Before charging up another breath.

Another knight runs up with a magisteel shield before a massive laser beam is shot out instantly disintegrating the knight much to the horror of everyone else.

Which was shortly followed by even more napalm as the room was engulfed in flames.

Chapter 18 New
"Nekra, nya! Wake up, we slept through the invasion," Nekra said, shaking Yuki, who woke up hugging her.

"Nekra? You have two cat tails," Yuki noticed.

"Nya?" Nekra turned to see the same.

Her crimson red eyes now had a tinge of gold.

(Sage: Title added - True Demon Lord)

"Nya? I have become a demon lord? When did that happen Nya?" Nekra asked, then noticed nine tails behind Yuki.

(Sage: Race has evolved. Nekra is now a Nekoshou Vampire princess, and Yuki is now a 9-tailed fox spirit.)

Nekra was at a loss, having no clue about these changes. What they were or what they meant. Well that was kinda a lie, she's seen enough anime ot have a general understanding.

"Nekra, maybe you should use your knowledge skill," Yuki suggested.

"Let's find out what happened to the army first, nya," Nekra says with a nod, her two tails swaying.

Yuki agreed, pulling up the dungeon view on the computer.

"So many dead, nya," Nekra lamented.

"All I see are molten metal and charred remains," Yuki observed.

Nekra gazed at the massive open room.

"Oh, that's a lot of bodies," Yuki notes as the dungeon starts to devower the remains for DP.

"I'm going to create more legions," Nekra said, vanishing into the dungeon.

"So, 200 of you, each capable of defeating a lesser demon, stood no chance?" the king inquired of one of the few survivors.

The knight nodded.

"It was terrifying and massive. Its fire would stick to anything and melt through iron and some steel. The stone walls glowed like magma. Then, an energy attack struck which had turned a knight in full magisteel armor into dust, along with his shield," the knight explained, horrifying the king.

"Let's pray it doesn't leave the dungeon, allowing the viscount who owns the town around the dungeon to maintain an army and increase adventurer presence," the king suggested, and his younger brother agreed.

"Yuki, should I use the Knowledge skill?" Nekra asked.

"How long will you be out?" Yuki inquired.

"I don't know. I'm going to delve into crafting knowledge as well, nya. It might take a while, although… I could try and explore Occulmency first." Nekra replied remembering a thing she had asked awhile ago.

Yuki nodded.

"Luckily, they gave us a new flash drive. You could watch anime and play games while I'm asleep," Nekra said, plugging in the USB.

"What's the Oregon trail?" Yuki asked.

"I have no clue, nya," Nekra replied.

"There's also Dragon Quest," Yuki mentioned.

Several weeks later, Nekra shouted, "How!"

"That's why you don't ford the river," Yuki replied.

"At least my gun didn't suddenly go off and kill my daughter," Nekra mocked.

"Anyway, I'm going to use my knowledge skill now," Nekra decided.
"You think you practiced Occulmency enough?" Yuki asks worried

"Of course, this should only be a year or two now instead of decades." Nekra says with a smile.

"Make sure to research about our races too," Yuki reminded her, petting her to comfort her knowing it would be a massive headache before her body shut down again.

Nekra agreed, laying back down and closing her eyes.

"This is going to be a long while, isn't it?" Yuki muttered to herself.

(Sage: You could hibernate as well.)

"Why didn't you tell me that earlier?" Yuki exclaimed, knowing nothing would wake Nekra up.

(Sage: A dungeon guardian was needed.)

"And the dragon counts now?" Yuki asked, but Sage didn't respond, although she sensed it nod.

"Do you know how long she will be out for?" Yuki queried.

(Sage: Till 50 years before.)

"Before what?" Yuki inquired.

(Sage:... I'm not permitted to say.)

"If it's more than 20 years, I'll probably go to sleep as well, but first, I'll practice cooking," Yuki decided, wanting to do everything she could for Nekra.

(Sage: Dragon Quest is apparently good too.)

"Since you recommend it, Sage, I'll give it a try," Yuki agreed, still instinctively petting Nekra's head.

Chapter 19 New
"Nya... Yuki?" Nekra asked, noticing the sleeping girl next to her.

"It's warm, nya," Nekra observed, seeing Yuki wrapped up in her tails.

"Yuki?" Nekra nudged the fox girl.

"Hmmm?" Yuki mumbled.

"Morning, nya," Nekra greeted, trying out her newfound powers.

"Nekra!" Yuki exclaimed, hugging her tightly and planting a quick kiss.

"Yuki, you're crushing me, nya," Nekra protested.

"It's been 240 years for me; I went to sleep after 20, What did you do?" Yuki asks.

"Ah, well, I understand what we are, nya," Nekra smiles in truth. She went way to far with her powers… Although the life of goddes Kyra was an interesting one. She probably suffered backlash for watching it which caused her to sleep for such a long time.

"Really? What?" Yuki asked, patting her lap for Nekra to sit on.

Nekra joined her. "As a Nekoshou, I am part devil/demon and part Youkai," Nekra explained. "I have demonic power and can manipulate chakra."

"Interesting! Like DXD? What else did you learn?" Yuki inquired.

"I can do this," Nekra said, conjuring a necklace out of thin air.

"That's amazing!" Yuki shouted in surprise, and admired the creation.

"Please, quieter, nya. My ears are sensitive," Nekra requested.

"Mine are too," Yuki empathized, flattening her ears.

Nekra placed the necklace around Yuki's neck.

"How did you do it?" Yuki asked, curious.

"I didn't specify with crafting and ended up learning to manipulate atoms to a degree. When paired with conjuring, I can create stuff like this," Nekra explained.

"Shall we check on the dungeon?" Yuki suggested.

Nekra agreed, and they accessed the view.

"A lot of people made it to the dragon," Nekra noticed, observing the battle-scarred metal dragon.

"About 100 of the stone legion are left," Yuki added.

"That's crazy, nya," Nekra remarked.

"Say, how does your demonic power work?" Yuki asked.

"Unlike magical calculations, it works through imagination," Nekra clarified.

As they observed a group of skilled adventurers navigating the upper level, Nekra recognized a familiar girl using fire.

"You look so cute smiling like that." Yuki mutters hugging nekra more.

"Thank you, Yuki," Nekra said, feeling cheered up.

"What should we do about them?" Yuki asked, noticing the trio.

"We can't interfere; it'll disrupt the story," Nekra explained.

"Who are they?" Yuki inquired.

" Shizue, and friends. She's major figure in the plot, nya," Nekra informed her.

"So, let them fight the Safi?" Yuki wondered.

Nekra nodded, realizing they couldn't intervene without affecting the story.

"We have to... Wait, do I sense older sister Milim?" Nekra asks, slightly worried about the demon lord.

"I see her entering the dungeon," Yuki confirmed, noticing a pink blur flying in.

"That's not good," Nekra muttered.

"No, it's not," Yuki agreed.

"Pull her into the core world," Nekra suggested, not wanting Shizue to encounter Milim.

Chapter 20 New
Although Milim was pulled into the apartment her momentum came with her. The flying pink blur came to a stop with a sudden crash, she collided into the wall, and the impact causing a dull thud to reverberate throughout the apartment.

Milim was fast back on her feet whipping off proverbial dust as she turned to look at her surroundings.
"You finally answered!" Milim exclaimed upon seeing the two girls.

"Sorry, I fell asleep, nya," Nekra apologized.

Milim examined Nekra closely. "So, you became a demon lord, huh? I guess it was only a matter of time," she said, hugging both the cat girl and the fox girl.

"I've been coming by every 5 years for the past 100 years," Milim mentioned.

"I was asleep then," Yuki said.

"Milim, not right now. We have people in the dungeon, nya," Nekra reminded her.

"Huh?" Milim glanced at the monitor. "Oh, it's just the fire girl. I can go take care of her," Milim offered.

"Nyo, she's important for the future, nya," Nekra explained.

"You have some really dangerous skills, you know. People would probably kill for your knowledge," Milim remarked, setting down both of the girls.

"You need to give me more of that soda; I've missed it for the past 200 years. It's so sweet!" Milim requested eagerly.

"Of course, nya. Also, about 10 years from now, someone who won't mind you being a demon lord will show up," Nekra informed her.

"Hmm, I can't wait," Milim said, taking the glass Nekra handed her.

"Yuki, why do you always add blood to Nekra's food?" Milim asked.

"Oh, I'm also part vampire," Nekra admitted, her eyes glowing red as she revealed her fangs.

"It's been a while since I've seen a vampire," Milim observed, studying Nekra.

"Hmm, do you want pizza as well, Milim?" Yuki offered.

Milim nodded excitedly as Nekra pulled up the anime folder.

"Are you sure we have to fight this thing, Teacher?" Yuuki asked.

"I mean, it was responsible for wiping out an entire army raised against it 200 years ago," Shizue reasoned.

Hinata opened the door, and the dragon powered up, humming with electricity.

"That's a robot..." Yuki remarked.

"You mean those mecha things I keep hearing about?" Shizue asked.

"No, it's not even a real dragon; it's... are the golems here also magic robots?" Hinata observed, realizing the dungeon seemed to be man-made.

"Someone made all of this," Yuuki concluded aloud, confirming Hinata's suspicions.

Suddenly, the dragon began to sing a familiar tune while doing a strange dance, causing Hinata to appear exhausted.

"It Rickrolled us," Yuuki stated.

"It was a good song? Is it new?" Shizue tried to comprehend but struggled.

"Identities confirmed. Humans from planet Earth. Please turn around and leave," the dragon said.

"This is unexpected. An engineer from Earth probably made this place before passing away," Yuuki speculated, while Shizue remained skeptical.

"What do we do, Teacher?" Yuuki inquired.

"What is your goal?" Shizue questioned the dragon.

"To defend my master," the dragon replied.

"Who is your master?" Hinata asked.

"Insufficient permission," the dragon responded.

"I guess we just fight it," Shizue concluded.

The dragon's mouth ignited as it prepared to release its napalm breath.

"It's the same thing that burned my home!" Shizue shouted, suddenly enraged.

"Wait! It breathes napalm!" Yuuki exclaimed in shock.

"Oh right... I forgot napalm burned her home during WW2," Nekra realized.

"She's going to destroy Safi," Yuki predicted.

Nekra nodded, asking Safi to go easy on them; she didn't want Shizue to confront Ifrit just yet.

They resumed watching the anime.

"Earth is an interesting place," Milim commented.

"I can't travel yet, but maybe in the future, nya," Nekra said, pondering the idea.

"I probably could buy the skill through the dungeon or make a kaleidoscope dagger," Nekra thought.

"That felt too easy... for a monster that could take on roughly 200 B-rank adventurers and killed most of them," Yuuki remarked.

"Yeah... but it's dead," Hinata confirmed.

"Shall we see what's ahead?" Shizue proposed as they opened the door leading to a set of stairs.

"No one has been beyond the first floor since the dungeon was first found 300 years ago," Yuuki disclosed.

Chapter 21 New
The trio made their way into the next floor, walking through what looked to be a campsite. Which was bizarre considering that according to all known records that no one had ever been on the floor before.

"The sun?" Shizue asks, looking up. A sun in the previous caverns was bizarre, maybe they ahd accidentally exited the place and not known it.

"Why does this place seem familiar? The sky is weird, I mean look at that tree." Yuuki says.

Well never mind, that killed all possibilites of this being outside of the dungeon. Unless the ended up in elf territory which was highly unlikely. Although that tree was massive.

Suddenly, there is a roar as a giant green walking pickle comes towards them. Its thundering steps shaking the ground as it walked. If one was listening to the spirits its almost like some sort of orchestra song had started playing.

"Is that a Deviljho?" Yuuki shouts in fear.

"What?" Hinata and Shizue ask simultaneously.

Yuuki recognized the monster… That was weird consdidering She had seen and done it all.

"Run! We need to RUN THAT IS THE WORLD DEVOURER. " Yuuki says as he takes off in the other direction, the giant Deviljho roaring.

Shizue and Hinata aren't far behind him as they head up the tree.

"Okay, so why are we in the Ancient Forest from Monster Hunter?" Yuuki shouts, finally recognizing the place.

"The Ancient Forest? Yuuki I believe it would be best to head back out, and you should write down as much as possible about the place and what you k now about it." Shizue says

"Wait, we are in the Tobi nest," Yuuki says as two Tobi Kadachis show up, the sound of ark flashes flying through the air sound behind the before lightning hits just where they were standing.

"Holy shit. Its a Tobi Kadachi!" Yuuki shouts

"Let's leave," Shizue says.

"I remember the way out." Hinata says

The other two nod.

"This place would require several S-rankers to clear," Yuuki says.

================

"Nekra dear? I don't think they liked our picnic spot," Yuki says.

Nekra nods and buys a Velkana with a smile.

"Uh, what are you two doing?" Milim asks as she watches a white ice dragon materialize by the exit.

=================

"It's just up ahead!" Hinata shouts, and suddenly the white ice dragon drops down in front of the exit, releasing a roar.

"Oh my god, that's an Elder Dragon!" Yuki shouts, terrified. I mean, he may have plans, but he isn't sure if he can fight an Elder Dragon as he is right now.

The Velkana suddenly shoots ice all over the ground, freezing Hinata.

"Teacher, it's an ice element; you're fire!" Hinata shouts, breaking out of the ice encasement.

Shizue nods, summoning flames and engulfing the dragon as they run by.

==============

Closing the door, all three of them slump on the ground, exhausted.

"I am never coming here again," Yuki says.

"Fighting some of those things could make a good S-rank test," Shizue says.

"Uhh, where did the body go?" Hinata asks, looking around for Safi's body.

"It played dead and let us pass?" Shizue asks.

"I guess, or it was collected," Yuuki says, unsure of who is running this dungeon, but it's too strong! I mean, this is meant to be an easy world!

==============

"I wanna fight those things!" Milim says.

"Uh, the dragon would probably bow down to you," Yuki says.

"Nya, it probably would," Nekra says with a nod.

"Awe..." Milim says, upset.

"You could probably fight the Deviljho," Nekra says.

"I'm not going to fight a walking pickle!" Milim shouts.

"Ow, my ears nya," Nekra says, holding her hand over them.

"Same," Yuki says, her ears pressed against the top of her head.

"I got an idea nya," Nekra says as a pair of earplugs meant to go in her ears appear in her hands with electronic lights on them.

Nekra puts them in.

"Okay nya," Yuki shouts, pleased.

"Why? What did you even do?" Yuki asks.

"I made earplugs meant to block out noise beyond a certain decibel," Nekra says.

"Test!" Yuki shouts, covering her ears.

"They work nya," Nekra says excited, knowing she's never going to take them out.

"Did you just create something from nothing?" Milim shouts.

"Owe," Yuki says.

"No, not from nothing; I used the air and advanced conjuring, creating it from magicules," Nekra explains.

"Nekra, please make me a pair," Yuki says.

Nekra nods and does so as Milim watches with rapt attention.

"That's magicule manipulation on such an insane level," Milim says.

"You should see her sword skill," Yuki boasts, although having never seen it herself.

"Oh, maybe when you grow up, we can spar one day," Milim says, petting the girl who begins to cry.

"Older sister Milim, please don't make fun of her size... I think it's perfect; I can hold her like this," Yuki says, trying and failing to cheer Nekra up while defending her honor.

"Ah right, you probably age extremely slowly if at all..." Milim says, rubbing the back of her head awkwardly.

"... she doesn't age..." Yuki mutters.

================

"Well, Teacher, I'm going to go start writing my report... the guild will definitely want to know about this," Yuuki says.

Shizue nods as she feels Ifrit's power pulse.

"I'm close to retirement..." Shizue mutters, having been doing this kind of stuff for nearly 80 years.

Chapter 22 New
Sitting on the cozy blue futon, Milim is next to Yuki, both of them engrossed in watching Anime. Meanwhile, Nekra is comfortably nestled in Yuki's lap taking a cat nap.

"What's that alarm?" Milim asks.

"Hmm? It shouldn't be going off," Yuki says, about to wake up Nekra. It's just she spent the last 5 days awake working on Safi.

"There appear to be some dwarfs here," Milim says, briefly looking over at teh computer monitor.

Nekra stirrs awake at the alarm going off. "Dwarves nya? Really?"

"Go back to sleep honey i can handle this." Yuki says

"Nyo this is gonna be funnnya." Nekra says with a simple mental command entering the dungeon.
=============

The two head engineers of the magic soldier project had made to the dungeon which according to their king had given him the idea for the project, he said they also might meet a sleepy mad genius whatever that meant.

"I still think this is a stupid idea, Kaijin," Vesta says.

"These golems are responsible for the magical armored soldier project," Kaijin responds.

"I mean, rather than losing soldiers, we would just lose rocks," Kaijin says.

"It's still dumb," Vesta remarks as the dungeon was surprisingly empty.

"You read the report as well about the dragon," Kaijin says.

The two continued down the dark cavernous hallways and… it was empty, where were all the golems that were supposed to be here.

"Okay, it being part mechanical as well as a golem was weird," Vesta replies after taking in the empty surrouding.

"I'm just happy we haven't had to fight ," Kaijin says.

"Don't go saying that. Although its weird, maybe the dungeon is trying to guide us." Vesta says.

"I am not too worried about the dragon, the explosion monarch should've weakened it severely anyway," Kaijin says, holding his massive hammer.

"Well she is an S rank adventurer afterall." Vesta agress

Vesta opens the door, and they hear music playing. It was coming from the dragon however it said dragon appeared to be dead.

'25 or 6 to 4'

"Waiting for the Break of day. Searching for something to say."

"Music?" Kaijin asks, looking at the dragon, seeing a pair of legs under and a rather bright flickering light as well.

"Is there someone under it?" Vesta asks.

"Nya!" Nekra shouts, sliding out from under it on a board. Holding a welder in one hand while wearing a welding mask.

Nekra just stares at the duo.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"Nya, I wasn't here!" Nekra shouts, disappearing from her spot.

Suddenly, the dragon starts to power up, its blue eyes lighting up as it stands on all fours.

Vesta and Kaijin get ready for a battle before the dragon's blue eyes suddenly turn off, and it begins releasing a ton of smoke from its back.

"Huh?" Kaijin says.

"Nyo not again!" Nekra shouts, appearing on its back, opening a panel before quickly reconnecting wires in a panic.

"Why are you Nyat turning on!" Nekra shouts, closing the panel and kicking it.

Suddenly, the eyes light back up.

"Uhhh, can we just talk!" Kaijin shouts.

"Nya?" Nekra says before looking at Safi suffering. Her child was in pain… She was a bad mother.

"Fine nya." Nekra says her ears flattening against her head as Safi powered off.

"I will fix you soon Safi." Nekra says, patting the dragon's head.

"So, did you make this?" Vesta asks excitedly.

Nekra nods in the affirm worried Vesta wasn't exactly a good guy according to her knowledge. Why did she know his name again… Weird, knowledge does weird things.

Vesta cheers wondering if this catkin? is what his majesty was talking about.

"Hmm? Well, it's a mixture of golem magic and robotics," Nekra says.

"How does golem magic work?" Kaijin asks pulling a small handheld note book out of nowhere.

"Like this nya." Nekra says, putting her hand on the ground as a stone Roman soldier sprouts from the ground.

"That's amazing," Vesta says, who is watching wholeheartedly.

"Really nya?" Nekra says, her ears twitching a bit.

"Yes, can you show us more?" Kaijin asks.

"Sure nya," Nekra says with a charming smile that seems to melt the dwarfs' hearts.

"This here is Safi, my dragon nya," Nekra says as she walks over to the massive metallic dragon opening up a panel to reveal a mess of wires along with a damaged circuit board. A capacitor had gone and the debris produced a short which had likely superheated and melted the plastic of the PCB.

"Ah, this would explain so much nya," Nekra says, looking at the burnt board responsible for strengthened movement.

It can still move itself since it's a golem, but this controls the hydraulics." Nekra says as she pulls out the massive board. Luckily she managed to reproduce transistors recently so the entire electrical system could be lightened by getting rid of the crudely made electron tubes.

"What is that?" Kaijin asks.

"It's a control board or, well, I don't exactly know because it's technically used in droids which aer a weird type of robot. Anyway, this printed circut board here controls these for sudden bursts of power," Nekra says, taking off a panel on the legs showing some hydraulic pistons with red material weaved around them.

"What do those do?" Vesta asks, as they are still in the concept part of the program.

"The cylinders are hydraulics and the pinkish-red parts are magic muscle," Nekra says.

"I thought this thing was a golem," Kaijin says.

"Yep, it is, but it's big and heavy, so we have these to increase the movement speed. Square Cube law is a bitch nya," Nekra says.

"The pink things, they look like muscle fibers? What are they?" Vesta asks.

"Oh, they are magic muscle, but unless you have the dead body of a dragon, they are hard to make," Nekra says.

"Dead body of a dragon..." Kaijin mutters.

"So um, I'm Kaijin, and this is Vesta," Kaijin says.

"Hi, I'm Nekra," Nekra says as she is screwing in a new control board.

"So, are you the owner of this dungeon?" Vesta asks.

"I am the dungeon Meowster if that's what you're asking nya," Nekra says, pulling a soldering set to put in the new wires.

"So, um, does that mean you made all of this?" Vesta asks, looking at the cute cat girl with fear.

"Hmm? Yeah, I made it, but I'm often too busy napping to control it nya," Nekra says.

Kaijin facepalms.

"So the war here 250 years ago?" Kaijin asks.

"War? What war?" Nekra asks with a head tilt.

"The one where your dragon killed an entire army." Vesta states blandly

"I don't know why people bully Safi here; Safi is a nice dragon," Nekra says, patting its head as she closes the panel, causing the metallic behemoth turning it on.

The blue eyes light up as Safi unleashes a massive roar.

Kaijin and Vesta flinch a little.

"Safi is an amazing dragon, is she nyot?" Nekra aks with a smile.

"Yes, thank you for the advice," Kaijin says as he begins backing away slowly with Vesta.

"Nya? Any time," Nekra says waving the two goodbye as they quickly leave.

===============

"You felt her pressure right?" Kaijin asks Vesta; the other dwarf nods.

"Yes, but she probably just pushed our research forward by a few years," Vesta says.

"She's a genius but also a monster. She did have two tails right?" Kaijin asks.

Vesta nods.

==============

"That was interesting, wasn't it Safi? We will probably see those two in the future nya," Nekra says as the dragon besides her nods.

"Anyway, I found this thing called an empty living core Nya. It should give you the ability to make a body and heal yourself and not use text to speech to talk," Nekra says.

The dragon looks at her.

"I mean a body that isn't the dragon but a human body nya," Nekra says.

Safi nods.

"Great nya, I just need to find a place to install it nya," Nekra says.

Chapter 23 New
Nekra was awake… staring into a mirror kind of confused. Afterall when had she grown taller? Was it during the demon lord harvest festival… No she hadn't grown taller then? Maybe this was a delayed reaction, she was a head taller than Milim and Yuki seems to have grown too this was weird.

"Who's that girl lying naked on top of Safi?" Yuki asks usddinly causing Nekra to raise an eyebrow.

"Nya?" Nekra responds, sure she was awake not dreaming looking over to Milim who was dozing off on the couch nearby.

"That's Safi, nya," Nekra replies, emerging from the core to fetch her.

"Mom!" Safi exclaims, wrapping her arms around Nekra, the cat girl happy to have grown in height it would've been embarrassing to be the same height as her daughter, although the two ornate horns atop Safi's head allowed the girl to appear taller than she was. The odd gleam from the metallic scales on her skin also showing just how different she was.

"Mom? Nya? Well, I suppose so," Nekra says, returning the embrace.

"Wanna go see Momma Yuki?" Nekra suggests.

Safi nods eagerly.

"So, we have a daughter?" Yuki inquires.

Nekra nods as she helps Safi put on some clothes.

"Hi, Momma Yuki," Safi greets.

"Okay... she's adorable... we need to upgrade the apartment now," Yuki remarks.

Nekra nods in agreement.

"So, Safi, care to explain how this happened?" Yuki asks.

"Hmm? The instructions for this body were in the living core," Safi explains.

"But you created a body this quickly, nya?" Nekra asks, poking Safi's skin.

"Nano machines are remarkable, nya," Nekra remarks.

"Mom, you do realize I made myself like this because of the core you gave me, right? You didn't just give me something without knowing what it would do, right?" Safi questions.

Nekra looks away, whistling innocently.

"So, a living core, huh? Doesn't that make the dragon your main body?" Yuki queries.

Safi nods.

"I can also self-repair and do a ton of other things now. Also, Momma, could you please upgrade me now that you have crafting knowledge?" Safi requests.

"Maybe I could include the Pym particle so you could take your main body places, nya," Nekra suggests with a nod.

"What is that?" Yuki and Safi ask simultaneously.

"It's a particle that can make the space between atoms grow and shrink so you can increase or decrease in size."

"That would be nice, but how about better metals and maybe runes as well?" Safi suggests.

"How do you know what those are?" Yuki asks.

"I'm connected to the main dungeon computer. I know all about anime," Safi says with a smile.

Meanwhile, Milim suddenly wakes up.

"Who are you?" Milim asks.

"I am Safi, a robotic dragon," Safi introduces herself.

Milim looks at Nekra and Yuki for confirmation.

"This is an avatar; her real body is on the screen, nya," Nekra explains, pointing at the metal Safi's Jiiva on the monitor.

"She looks quite fearsome. She could definitely utterly destroy a medium dragon." Milim states

"Older sister Milim? Are you moving in with us? You've been here for two years now," Yuki says.

"Can I?" Milim asks excitement in her voice.

"No," Nekra says in an immediate shut down.

"But sweet things and anime," Milim responds.

"I wanna see Uncle Veldora. Imagine how bored he is," Nekra remarks, and Yuki nods in agreement. Hoping that said subject would derail the current direction of the discussion.

"I haven't seen him in a while either," Milim adds, thinking of her last visit to him after arriving at the dungeon two centuries ago.

"You going to upgrade me first, right?" Safi asks.

Nekra nods before returning her attention to the anime playing on the screen.

"Anime first," Yuki agrees, having also been captivated by it.

"But I know it all," Safi protests.

"Shush, just watch," Milim says, lifting the dragon girl and settling her in her lap, mirroring how Yuki holds Nekra.

purr

Safi looks over and sees Yuki petting Nekra.

'Mom is acting just like a cat,' Safi thinks, before realizing Nekra is in fact a cat just like how she is a dragon.

Safi becomes absorbed in watching the anime as well.

While watching the anime, Yuki decides to upgrade the apartment, adding another bedroom for Safi to sleep in. She's not keen on sharing Nekra with anyone, not even their own daughter.
