Wow, a new Ranma story. Those have been very few and far inn the past years. I have a couple of news ones in the last few, but thank you for sharing this story. Kinda weird that an anime that is 30 years old is very on topic today with the subject of the sex change. Seen the idea done before, but nice in the way you handled it and adding the crew into be friends instead of a bunch of raving loons like the anime even.

There's a still somewhat active fandom on AO3 if you're interested, I've found quite a few relatively new and currently updating fics as well as contributing this one to the stable
Ranma is quite interesting in terms of its existence in a wider social context in certain countries will have changed so much.
I'm glad the Nerima Wrecking Crew being buds worked out, I don't mind them fighting or drama, but I also really like them just being buds, ya know?
So he basically got sealed inside a magical contained meant for an entirely different creature and then handed over to the Amazon's as part of Xian Pu's "I didn't kill Ranma, but she's really cool and look at all this awesome stuff I brought you, can I come home now" quest. So he got put on trial for all the stealing and other crimes he did.

I was wondering what shampoo brought back in that setup to her people. I guess I will have to look at ao3 for some Ranma stuff. Not done digging for a lot of stuff over there yet. Been looming at some stories.
Yeah she basically brought back the kettle Genma used (Musk artifact), some general wealth and techniques scroll & Happosai, which when combined with summing up the gist of how Ranma saved her life but she later saved here's and things worked out.

I'm interested. The name is a worry, noone wants to be known as a porn tag. But the concept is strong. I've always felt a lot of ranma's choices (especially clothing) looked like a young trans girl trying to express under a load of enforced masc anyway, so the story has legs at least. More thoughts as I read it, but I couldn't let that title pass without comment.

Glad to hear that! Mhm, a four part essay posted recently goes into great detail on that topic, but even just as a casual observer there's a lot one can read into Ranma's behaviour.

I get the One Half/New Half pun. But, in Japanese, "New Half" carries connotations that trans women cannot ever be real women, and of performing for someone else's enjoyment.

Nw. I figured from the tone of the fic you probably didn't know. But it's probably good to hear it here before you have to hear it from someone who will just go ballistic and assume malice.
EDUT: chapter 1. I think you caught bubbling with gender euphoria too hard to think, crossed with absolutely no fem role models pretty well. Ranma in a bandeau is hilarious to me. They're not really a support option in my experience. Gemma was maybe a bit ooc, he is intermittently craven, and losing ranma means death just as much as having ranma be fem does.
EDUT: Chapter 3. Tofu noticing and being cool about it I get. Nabiki, I guess she is your own version of herself, because she is the only character the creator described as not redeemable. I love Ukyo, Ryoga and Xian Pu turning up, that is gorgeous, and they whole scene playing them off each other is perfect as far as getting through those fights without dying goes. Good work Ranma.

Chapter 1: Thanks, I am really happy I sold that well, its a tricky series of emotions to convey especially given Ranma's circumstances, IE lacking the language someone else might have to explore those feelings in a more clear cut manner. Glad it proved fun, though I am surprised they don't work as support, they seemed ideal for that from what I read XD In Genma's case it was basically being briefly overcome with rage, compounded by bigotry and his fear of Nodoka so he wasn't exactly thinking all that hard.
Chapter 2? Thanks, he became much more central to the story than expected. Nabiki is heavily based on her earlier portrayals where she was definitely a jerk but would sporadically be a little helpful or otherwise show disgust with stuff Genma did; enhanced by her actually feeling threatened for the first time in ever by Genma making her behave better. I am so glad the revenge trio's arrival worked well, I was very worried about it but had so much fun writing it and Ranma pulling the "Turn them on each other" rick just seemed so fitting and fun for her character and just how prone to bickering the Nerima Wrecking Crew can be XD
