Do you want a list of all the advantages and disadvantages for each setting?
Wouldn't hurt. My not having an idea isn't caused by not being familiar with them (only one I'm not familiar with is Beyonders), but rather I was just completely not expecting them, and am having a hard time figuring out how the details of the separate settings will influence our own adventure through them. So like I said, wouldn't hurt if you feel like listing out various advantages and disadvantages.

[] Assassin's Creed.
-[] AC 2

I'll go with this one, if only because I like the Renaissance.

Edit: Actually, do you allow for write-ins, QM? I only ask because I kinda want to vote for a random selections (basically just have the character dive into one of the portals, and rolling a die to figure out which one she winds up in).

Each of the three choices will actually have a similar kind of influence on the plot of the quest later on. Anywho:

RWBY:
Advantages:
+ Dust: A very useful thing to have in my opinion.
+You can eventually unlock an aura and semblance.
+You can gain plans for robots and mechs to use as body guards.
Disadvantages:
-... Chance of dying to the Grimm, White Fang, and a few other things...
-Very low chance to recruit hero units from cannon, and even lower chance to recruit them without making all the player's meta knowledge unusable.
-You don't have aura at the moment, or a weapon, so... Yeah.
Assassin's Creed:
Advantages:
+Very powerful pieces of technology.
+ Increased chance to gain hero units and advisors.
+Able to ally with either the Templars or Assassins.
Disadvantages:
-You are a twelve year old girl... No one is going to really take you seriously.
-The faction you don't align with will attempt to "neutralize" you until you either destro then or absorb them into the faction you allied with.
-Conspiracies are everywhere.
Beyonders:
Advantages:
+Location with a LOT of hero units, advisors, and high ranking soldiers that you can attack, and then free all of the "captives"... If they want to be freed.
+You have the possibility to become a "Not-Dovakiin" wizard... Possibly.
+Unique species you can recruit as soldier, researchers, heroes, or advisors.
Disadvantages:
-... There's a reason this world has no more heroes.
-A unique species that... Yeah, you'll probably die if you fight them...
-... Zombies... Actually, literal... ZOMBIES!

Not for this vote, after you get the crystal, this will be an option.

...I don't know these books, but I'm intrigued.

[X] Beyonders.
-[X] Book one.

[X] Assassin's Creed.
-[X] AC 2
Sounds fun and simple enough for our first outing. People are less likely to take us seriously, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem, since odds are, they are the ones who are probably going to take us the most seriously. Adult-hood had a lower age level back when. Plus, most of the weapons and things they can use against us are pretty low level minus the Pieces of Eden, so when considered along with the biological improvments we presumably have, they will have a very hard time actually hurting us.
Edit: And some of the Pieces of Eden won't even work on us. The Apple, for example, used a feature the First Race put into Humanity. They designed Humanity such that The Apple could control them. Since we are from another reality, we do not have that particular part of our brain for the Apple to use.

@Habstab Since I keep talking about biological improvements, and it occures to me that most people aren't interested enough to do the research I have to see how easy it should be for a futuristic society, here's something I would totally expect us to have, because either they are working on creating that now, or there are people in the world that have a genetic mutation that allows that.
Bullet-proof skin.
No need for sleep
The ability to run for practically forever
Muscles without needing to exercise.
'Unbreakable' bones
There are more things we CAN have, but considering all these things already exist in reality, and just need research in learning how to apply them to other people, I'm almost sure we'd have these.

Well, unless there's a canon. A canon to the face in never fun for anybody.

Thanks!

Also, I've started working on the character sheet for Miranda.

Well... that really depends on just how much Omelas safety-proofed their citizens. A canon could be completely safe. Send us flying and disorient us, and not hurt us. Omelas is a city of infinite possibility. So up to you just how tough we actually are.

Hmm... Welp, seems as though the vote is closed, with Beyonds the winner.

Now, while I write up the update, are there any questions?

Are you going to fill in the stats for our character on the sheet? Or are they dependent on something about to come up?

Eh, going to fill them up soonish, but, there is a possibility they could be immediately changed because of things going on in the story.

Also, want me to tell you where exactly in Beyonders you ended up?

Actually, why would we attack them? Regardless of what physical enhancements we might have, fighting is not a thing the people of Omelas does. They explicitly do not have soldiers, nor do they glorify martial pursuits. They, and by extension we, are a rather pacifistic people.

I mean people are capable of change, and depending on what happens in our coming adventure, so might we. Plus, if someone there attacks us first, then we won't really have much of a choice (now, how well we fight is another thing entirely).

Well sure, but change takes time. This being our very first adventure, we haven't had any change yet.

Them attacking us and us defending is very different than us attacking them. I could just be putting to much stock into what Habstab is expecting us to do with his pro and con list, but it feels like he's kinda expecting us to gleefully jump into combat for Loot, Murder Hobo style.

... As I stated, you would attack the location all of them are located so you can FREE them. I just worded it horribly.
