Actually I'm changing my vote.

-[X] Eat one of the baby slimes to assert our dominance. Show these gelatinous sacs of sludge that we are alpha male and not to mess with us. And maybe get some cool status effects

How about we don't eat the poisonous slimes...I mean really.

Hell I will anti vote anything to do with slimes from now on

Seems like a good balance.

Not sure yet. But I would imagine Kirito moving faster and jumping higher in Light A. compared to Heavy A. Then again, we all saw how nimble Heathcliff was in canon...
Given that we are spec'ing for speed, and this answer should have at least medium-longish terms repercussions, I really can't vote without the answer.

Short answer, heavy metal shells of iron, steel, mithril, etc will weigh down a character avatar substantially. Their stamina will drain quicker when running and they will even sink when swimming. However, the penalty is lower if a player chooses just to wear greaves and gauntlets, compared to armor on all parts of the body. The added weight also helps when trying to hold ground (i.e. can't be blown away, harder to be put into some crowd control such as <<Tumble>>, <<Stun>>).

Maybe...

Say a heavy-armor required a minimum of 20 STR to wear.

Someone without 20 STR would receive penalties for being ill-prepared.
Someone with 20 STR is overall standard.
Someone with 40 STR would be treating the heavy-armor as medium-armor.

Yes? No?
