The Primarch Turpis would land on the hive ocean world of Maculae Matellorum. His pod would end up crash landing into the underhive of one of the planets many Island hives. The Primarch would end up being raised by a village that he short found after get out of his pod. He would be grow up their for a few year being taken by the villiger as a form of beastmen. This would continue until the hives military would attempt to cleanse the under hive. The Primarch now named Turpis would gather and train soldiers from several under hive villages, which he then used in a lightstrike to beat the invading army. This would happen again before he just conquered the hive reparing it and making his throne room in the under hive. A pattern would then begin to form as other hive or hives would attack him causing him to in retaliation conquer them. It was no surprise then that the first time he attacked first was because he final met unknown he didn't think he could beat. This unknown was the Emperor who after being knock backed 5 times by the him and getting a face scar Turpis would surrender to the emperor. Who to Turpis suprise didn't kill but told him who he was, what he was, and he was going to do for him.
Crusade;
The Lighting Shark were stubborn paranoid and short temper failures of a legion. They were ostracized for their mutation in their gene seed that made them have black eyes, grey skin and shark like teeth. This all Changed when Turpis met them he turned their stubborn nature in to a strength, there paranoia into back up plans and contingencies. He help channel their temper into art with spray paint and after their first campaign he fully made them into soldiers.
They along with their primarch became friends with the blood angles and thier Primarch Sanguinius. The two would develop a friendly rival both in war and in art. Sanguinuis could always calm Turpis down and Turpis would always have his back. Their relationship was so close that Turpis learned of the red thirst.
Heresy:
Turpis didn't attend the council of Nikea because he didn't trust Magus to fuck it up. He instead went to do what he thought was going to be some last minute conquering before the Emperor Declared the end of the great crusade. When he was doing that he ended up fight 3 chaos kingdoms of Khorne, Nurgle, and Tzeentch. This taught him about chaos he rushed back to the imperium after a Khornate he was going to kill taunted him that the Angle would Fall. He unfortunately wasn't able go back to the Imperium because as a last fuck you from the chaos kingdoms he was given warp storm. This meant that he could leave the area and instead spent his rebuilding and fortifying the area he just conquered.
Post-Heresy:
When the warp storm blocking bath finally ended he would send a scouting fleet trying to figure out what is the situation of the Imperium and the Galaxy. The marines he sent came back reduced in number with rouge traders, tech priests and people along with resources. They then told the general information of what happened a long time ago with the destruction of his home world and his he death of Sanguinuis. He then uncharacteristically told them to leave and cried for the first time over the death of his brother.
After that checked what they brought with them them and found the codex. He then got the ideas to make the Void parliament and decentralize his legion to into groups of 10,000 Space Marines that are still a full Legion under his command. From they have mostly not interfered with the imperium besides being a bastion for renegade imperial forces. He did ally with the Imperium during the war of the beasts and more recently has sent 20,000 Space Marines along with some renegade blood angels successor to save Baal.

He is an average height for a Primarch with shark appearance Black eyes grey rough skin pointy teeth and a bald head. The most distinguishing future a gold scar he got from the Emperor and this look he constantly gives off of, a paranoid predator who that will fully will to kill you anytime. The only person who got pass This look was the Emperor and Sanguinius.
His hobby are the purpose the Emperor made him for which is raising and training armies. The use of spray paint to make Beautiful murals that bond with Sanguinius. In combat he wields a power spear and a plasma revolver.
His gene seed has a 2 flaws one make all his gene sons develop shark like features. The other Flaw is called the shark tear is has 3 levels and is triggered sometimes when someone close to to the marine dies.

- Tears fall- The marines has tears constantly falling from their eyes. The marine afflicted doesn't acknowledge the tears and any wounds they receive. They have to be dragged to the apothecary to treat their injuries
- Tears blur- The marine afflicted doesn't starts seeing hallucinations of how they think the person who triggered the flaw. They become increasingly paranoid refusing to take with anyone even their brother.
- Tears Stop. The tears that falling from their eyes Marine face. The tears replace an unending rage and hallucinations of the one of thing that killed their important person. Once a marine reaches this stage they will keep fighting until they're killed or succumb to their injuries. As of current date no marine has recovered from this stage of the curse
