Cool concept.

One of the interesting things we could do as Boggarts is provide access to rare swamp plants and animals. There are many such rare reagents in the wilds of Golarion.

Ok, Boggarts, what should I know about them? I've never read any pathfinder bestiaries.
  • Life cycle is more frog than humanoid, which one the one hand means that they find it a lot easier to fill an environment (usually a swamp) to capacity, but on the other hand means that the priest-kings occasionally eat tadpoles for fun
  • Speaking of that, the Priest Kings, they tend to be but are not always some kind of divine envoy like a cleric or anti-paladin. Boggards have an affinity for demons, but they are not picky. Anything powerful enough to scare they is potentially worth worship, including this thing. No, no one knows where it came from but it is Big Frog so Boggards tend to feed themselves to it worship it
  • Generally speaking boggards are not good at making weapons or tools making due with what they can scavenge, but they are very good at adapting to their environment and count druids among their members... if the local demon-botherers don't sacrifice them

Boggards

Take this with a grain of salt however, it's unclear how much is just going to be used.

Thank you both, that's very interesting.

[ ] Boggards, also known as toadfolk, a frog-like people from the swamps of Golarion. They are reverent and communal, but a fearsome foe to those that intrude on their homes.
