I think Ywach fucking destroyed the soul society. Because it's been years. It's probably fucked. Bleach is gone. Soul Eater? Not much probably happened, we didn't do much but with the alterations there wasn't really... Chrona's either dead or apart of DWMA or... Some shit happened to Chrona. The world is probably fine. It either worked out or it didn't. No biggie. FMA is probably fucked. Amestris is, I mean. Neighboring countries most likely took advantage of the mayhem and shit to take over. Or Father fucked everything. Don't know. Don't care. Danny Phantom - No clue. SCP's fuck everything up. So... yeah.

Something to point out: It's been years for Poe. He transitions through space-time. That's space and time. So it's entirely likely that he could be gone from a world for anywhere between a day to a century before returning. Think about that.

For Poe, it was years of time and effort. For everyone else, it was a Tuesday.

He's in a special kind of hell, you see.
 
We have no clue about Marvel. Reed might be penance stared but the settings got a gazaillion geneuises to fill his shoes.

Bleach, I have no clue. The thing about Aizen is that he's an utterly colossal moron, the only reason why the heroes won in canon without the Royal Guard was because he's that dumb. But the 'I have no clue' part comes from the fact that Aizen was actually smart in this story. He could honestly win if he continues to play dead, stays to the shadows, make Yamamoto suffer an 'accident', then when Soul Society is weakened have his arrancar swarm in and kill everyone.

Basically, Aizen, buddy, don't be a Shonen villain. Prove you're smarter than Poe.

Soul Eater, Arachnophobia is definitely a bigger problem, the heroes are lacking the power ups that helped them survive (Black Blood and the Uncanny Sword) which even with they couldn't defeat Mosquito while he was holding back. Since Medusa isn't there that means Arachne gets BREW which is...really bad because Kid needed it to get his power-ups. Arachne could seriously win this. Noah would need to screw her over in order for the heroes to have a fighting chance.

Fullmetal Alchemist, so many ways this could go. The main contenders to lead the country would be Grumman, Olivier, Roy, and maybe Greed. But all four of them would be unpopular leaders for differing reasons. Roy for associating with Poe, Grumman for his long stint with the previous regime, Olivier because of her tendency towards violent solutions, and Greed for being a homunculus if he doesn't cover it up. At this point all four would have loyal powerbases still. Roy's spy circle and followers, Grumman's connections, Briggs for Olivier, and Greed's underground connections and chimera's. I could see the Elrics and Scar at least throwing their lot in with Greed temporarily in order to survive the initial anarchy which would be a major force multiplier for his faction. Three powerful alchemists and a 2003 homunculus would be aces he'd want to keep and Ed and Al liked Greed more than Poe. All four got a shot, but the other countries would never turn down a chance to pants Amestris and we still don't know what happened to Father...

Avatar is actually in good shape, after seeing Zhao's madness in Foggy Swamp Aang should be properly motivated to stop the Fire Nation, it should be tough but Aang should be able to pull off a win, just totally different than in canon and Legend of Korra will never be a recognizable thing because Katara won't fix the Northern Water Tribe and Yue won't become the Moon Spirit.

Danny Phantom. Canon's ashes in the wind. The world's salvation or damnation hangs in the hands of whoever holds the Reality Gauntlet since so many A-list movers and shakers are currently after it.

Teen Titans is fine thanks to the amazing competency of the Spectre.

    So, Dark Souls crossed with Quantum Thief no wait I'm the only one that read that book. Dark Souls/SAO?

    At the very least it has one insane iteration of an entity hastening the end of Everything.
