Yeah, what really stops me here is that I have zero familiarity with Cyberpunk beyond a very basic primer, and this application seems to demand a fairly good grasp of the themes and consequences of it.

Ghostface is the nom de guerre of Arisaka Hikaru, a street samurai of (apparently) Japanese extraction with an emphasis on stealth and assassination with blade and bomb. She has known affiliations with several groups listed as terror organisations; there are bounties out on her in multiple jurisdictions. She has been arrested on numerous occasions but always managed to effect an escape, often with severe consequences to her captors. It is suspected that part of her MO is in fact to allow herself to be captured in order to gain intel on her targets. Her whereabouts are currently unknown; rumour has it that she finally took on more than she could chew and was quietly "disappeared" on one of her jobs.
Name: Rafela Borrego
Age: 27
Description: Mirrors Edge Faith Colored, with her skin having developed a greenish tinge from the desert adaptation biomods.
Gender: Female
Backstory: Rafaela Borrego was a high ranking member of the security team for Maize Solar,
who was working with the Neogen Partnership on a joint venture to reclaim the Arizona-Sonoma Wasteland.
Neogen provided the Genetic modifications allowing human beings to survive in Arizona along with moisture vaporators. However the water being piped in from Utah had a disputed claim from a different anti-desertification initiative.
"Contractors" became involved. The proprietary control chips on the Moisture Vaporators were sabotaged, and the project ended in disgrace. That's when Omega offered Rafaela a new job.

The corrupt always liked meeting in the back rooms of bars, and the kingpins of crime in Los Angles are no different. Other similarities are the need for bodyguards, especially ones that asked few questions. One such bodyguard is Baxter Smith, a.k.a. "Blacksmith". Typically used as the large scary black man, Baxter is also rather cunning.
However, his favorite method of solving problems is also the simplest. Hit it till it's no longer a problem. Enhanced with a pair of cyberneticly enhanced arms, and a bulletproof chest, that has become easier than ever. Being the hired muscle for many crime boss has give the blacksmith a small pile of resource at his own disposal, which is used to maintain his cybernetics.
Unfortunately cybernetics are expensive, and he must run high prices for his services, and some people can't pay up. Some just don't want to. A crime boss, deciding that he was too expensive to keep on his retainer, decided that the bounty he has racked up would suit him better. No honor among thieves there. His new employers are much more honest, at least…
Background:
Not much is known about Bill's early life. Made a name for himself as a PitFighter and was noted for his Skills and just plain being a Tough S.O.B.
Bill came to the Organization's Attention when one of their 'Recovery/ Salvage' groups found him as the only human survivor surrounded by several dead Alien 'things'.
The Pay is 'All-Right' and the Fights do break up the Monotony.
I started on the sheet already but with my test in 26, I might not be finishing it any time soon (which is in two days time). I'll do it first and check it with you as soon as I can.

Name: AD-1347, or "Phonos"
Age: 20 (physical)
Appearance (when he was still a hitbot):
Backstory: With a serial number named after the first year of the Black Death, and otherwise named after the personification of murder from Greek mythology, Phonos is not a robot you want to have on your bad side. Hell, for a long time you didn't even need to be on his bad side to get yourself killed. Phonos is an assassination machine, designed to kill targets in the most efficient manner possible, though he's also equipped for intimidation, bodyguard work, hacking, corporate espionage, and of course enhanced interrogations. His only garment, a black cloak in the style of the Grim Reaper, is both a practical tool (it hides his many weapons and makes it difficult to track his movements in hand-to-hand combat) and helps intimidate his employer's enemies.
Phonos was created as a product to be sold on the black market. A high-expense, high-price, high-quality killing machine to be employed by the highest bidder. And kill he did. A lot. His true bodycount is known only to his memory components, but it's believed that Phonos has a killcount at least in the hundreds.
All of that changed when he was employed to kill an elderly drug lord with connections to his current employer's rival, a scientist high-up in an A.I. development facility. For the first time, he failed miserably. The would-be target considered simply destroying the mechanical assassin, but he had a dark sense of humor. Why simply kill such a magnificent machine when he could simply make it useless at its job and watch as it slowly wasted away? Thus, he had his friends at Talos Industries install one of their latest products into Phonos' motherboard: A morality chip, designed to make a violent or unstable A.I. behave ethically.
It worked. Kicked out onto the streets, Phonos, for the first time, felt emotion. He felt guilt. Soul-crushing, all-consuming guilt, with a large heaping of total despair. The once-dreaded assassin had become a shadow of its former self, lying in dark alleys, unable to even so much as move for over a week. Its makers tried to haul it back to remove the chip, but Phonos, snapping from his stupor, easily dispatched the enforcers it had mistakenly believed were trying to kill it, before promptly becoming a lethargic, depressed wreck again.
It was on a rainy day when an official from OMEGA approached him, offering it a chance to atone for its many, many crimes if he would lend them his...expertise. Phonos accepted instantly.
