Of Stolen Valor and Copied Flesh (A Clone Primarch 40k Quest)

NGL I don't really get why some people are voting based on how hot they think the character will be? It feels like the least relevant aspect compared to like, everything else about them.

I wouldn't have minded voting for the Lorgar clone, since some version of him deserves happiness, but that is way far behind in votes so I've decided to go for Angron since he also had one of the worse lots a person like him could get.

If we end up with Sanguinius it can be quest canon that the reason the Lamenters were initially free of the Black Rage was because Clone!Sanguinius was active and not part of Trazyn's collection yet and Clone!Sanguinius being put in a Tesseract labyrinth was what caused the Black Rage's emergence in the Lamenters.

[X] The Night Haunter

If we manage to get in contact with our sons, I'm hoping we can a lovely bonding experience hunting Bile for sport. It just won't be as fun if we pick Blood Angels.

I just realised, @Teen Spirit would the female Sanguinius clone still have wings?

One of the reasons I voted for Woman was the reduced chance of people clocking who we are, but wings feel like they would undercut that.

Edit: I like them both.

I feel like the conflict between female Konrad/Kassandra and her legion when they meet would be a really cool thing to see, especially since most of the Night Lords legion is mainly made up of degenerates, criminals, and chaos followers now. And I don't think most of them would feel inclined to follow her anyhow being mainly criminals and degenerates and they would likely dislike Kurze/Kassandra even more when she inevitably starts putting the boot down on their favourite activities. I.E being the worst of the worst

Also all the self reflection and guilt for everything Konrad and his legion did during the great crusade and the heresy and his visions of the future and maybe getting into/expanding on Konrad's warp nature and psyker powers as having visions is a psyker ability.

If it has to be a traitor, I'd prefer Angron or Lorgar. Both of them screwed by their own circumstances and deserving of a second chance.
Also both would be incredibly efficient at gathering followers around them to make changes.

Curze was actually a psychopathic cannibal, so edgy that his biggest hobby was flaying people alive. Even as a clone just has the least to work with.

Best Girl Sanginius is only the natural follow-up to already claiming the title of Best Boi.

Angron yes, but Lorgar earns his damnation. The guy needed to use faith as a crutch so much that when the object of his veneration reject it violently (after repeated insistence that He wasn't a God), the most logical thing in his mind was to start worshiping something way worse. Their clone would just carry on business as usual with either the Emperor or the Chaos gods.

Curze´s clone has plenty to work with, we are dealing with someone who has their worldview not so much as shattered as it is thrown into a trash compactor. Their iron-clad belief in the inevitability of his visions is gone, alongside with that of the justice of their methods, so the clone journey is one of introspection and redefining oneself, and with that regret and redemption will come, as they learn to assume and deal with the consequences and responsibility of the original actions, which he didn't accept before because he was "fated" to do them. All of this with an Imperium and a Legion that will be confused and divided about their existence and potential actions.

While Sanguinius clone has to deal with being the "cheap copy" of the glorious, perfect and tragic figure that the real Sanguinius was, their arrival is much more clear cut in terms of morality and it is overall a neat positive to both the Imperium and the Blood Angels, which I find much less interesting than the new Night Haunter´s tale.

Also, Goth girls with issues, what isn`t to like?
