Well here's the thing616 Pym is a troubled and imperfect man, but keep in mind he's not a "wife beater"; the incident in question was ultimately the result of a miscommunication between artist and writer, and has plagued the character ever since.
With that said...I'm consolidating my vote to
[X] Plan Dr. Parker
Well here's the thing
I think Dr Strange is the least interesting character of all the potential mentors. Like he has magic, so what? Magic can go fuck itself. It's not something I'm interested in.
At this point, he's just come back to New York after learning magic, but nobody knows that yet. All the public knows is that he disappeared after his car crash for a bit, then came back.I don't know if Strange at this time is already a magic practitioner, or if he's still a surgeon.

Agree. I think I honestly prefer Hank Pym.I think Dr Strange is the least interesting character of all the potential mentors. Like he has magic, so what? Magic can go fuck itself. It's not something I'm interested in.
That's fine. I don't actually really want to science too much either. But Peter Parker Mutant Rights Activist sounds interesting to me.That's fair enough. I'd say though that SV heavily leans science in quests. It would be nice to see it mixed up a bit.
So long as he sticks with one superhero name.Agree. I think I honestly prefer Hank Pym.
Pym is a genius with wide area of knowledge. He doesn't actually do much of anything with what he knows - but he knows quite a bit. From biology, through genetics, to AI and quantum physics. That knowledge, linked with someone with actually initiative to use it in practical way... well. It promises fireworks.
Magic is well and good, but in here, I prefer science.
I also preffer Penny to Peter in this quest.
Well then clearly Peter's already got a little bit of practice doing magic and he'll be a natural. =PThat said, I'd still have voted for a magic Spider-Man, if not for how it's for a high-school guy whose two best friends are girls. That really would be magic, because it certainly never happens IRL.
Ant-Giant-Yellow-Man-Goliath-Jacket!
Given the tendency of Marvel Tech-Heroes to pull off feats typically associated with magics and miracles, I'm halfway surprised no aspiring tech-hero has called themselves "Asimov".
Shouldn't be, I changed my vote to Dr. ParkerDr. Parker and Highschool Girls are trouble is currently tied.
