We're in a hospital, and I don't think we're chained to it or anything. I assume that would have been in the previous post, kind of a dick move if it wasn't.
I think no one except Aizen knows what happened, most of our memory is probably a blur right now outside of a few things.

Running off half-cocked is a terrible idea. For all we know Kanade is a wanted criminal, for either being a hybrid or beating up/killing Zhang, and Aizen is hiding us. More realistically would be Kanade being kept here for safety while the 5th investigates the commandant and those noble houses, who would all want Kanade dead.
After all there has to be a reason to justify Aizen keeping Kanade at the 5th rather then sending her to the 4th.
