The anti-language seems more a weapon for a 'bring on the heat death', ashen members of the Silence than the 'preserve what is, prevent decay' amber members. And I find time/energy fuckery more symbolically powerful for an amber angel.
Meanwhile, I really want to sing heavenly songs before freezing a perfect moment, or lullabies before extinguishing the motion of something not to be preserved.

As a necromancer, if we're fighting directly we're doing it wrong, and our minions have no morale to boost. Magic sounds quite dangerous, so having a hard counter could save us.
And they both share the theme of Command.

I didn't get to have the Word be a contender, so this is the next best thing >:C
Also, in practice: the first power is a debuff with large-scale social utility, the former is a direct magic-counter with immediate combat utility. It forces people with Bullshit Magic and Unending Armies to actually fight us on our terms. All we need is to eventually get the Seraphic Steel back, and we will be in an absolute terror in all context.
Plus, language magic. It's so rad.

Relatedly, anti-speech + heavenly utterance lets you do the blind lie - like telling someone you're a friend and them not suspecting you if you stab them, because friends don't stab friends. Or telling people water is poisonous and having them avoid drinking it and dehyrdating themselves to death or drinking it and falling ill.
