Alright now that I've updated the character sheet.
Traits are usually lower than skills, because 1 point in a trait is roughly equivalent to ~2.5 points of (unmodified) base stat in terms of how the math works out. Which again, makes Evelyn's relatively high Trait scores why she is the way she is.
Generally, for skills they're rated on a 1-10 point scale with 1 being "hey I know a neat trick here" to 10 being "Literally best in the world", however it's not a linear scale since a 3-4 in a skill means that is something you notably are great at. Skills (especially broad skills like Evelyn's Veteran Agent) above 5 are rare, which is why Evelyn's Veteran Agent 6 is very noteworthy.Could we get some kind of flavor scale for the skills and traits?
