Changing the Subject should be the winner, because even if there's splitting amongst the sub vote, that's ultimately just a cosmetic choice compared to the more meaningful intent of the main vote. Which is to not start immediately blabbing about Lynx's personal history that she's not proud of, to the girl she's having some problem with that we don't understand yet, without knowing if she's already aware of it, or if Lynx is actually okay with telling her about it if not.

But yeah, the sub votes are usually counted after the main votes in choices like this.

Well. In that case theres No point in trying to get consensus on subvotes then, since the parent decides the winner rather than the largest consensus.
