I have ideas. Sometimes they're even good.
I have that game, and found it really fun. Offer rooms to monsters, watch them grow from cannon fodder into hero-slaying badasses, make rooms that would appeal to higher-level monsters and then making those guy even stronger...
watch them lose all there health from sex, have that one asshole who dosint pay rent and instead of kicking him out you intentional get him killed.

When Science Goes Too Far...
The brother is a harem protagonist. He's going to be dense as fuck and the likelihood he'll fall for First Girl is about nil. He can, and likely will be, surrounded by women who will be gushing about him and declaring their wedding plans openly and loudly right in front of his face and his most enlightened response to this will be a completely unironic and oblivious "Eh? Nandatte?"
Pretty much.
This is pretty much the first episode, he isn't going to fall for anyone this early.
So far the only action's you taken 'on screen' so to speak would be the short conversation with your brother in the begining, you chasing off that first magical girl, and your short appearance in the news story about the resulting race.
Lexy's Room

You knock on the door to Lexy's room.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Hello?" Lexy is quick to get to the door. "Miss Hirayama?"
"Hey Lexy" you say "Just came to check up on you to make sure you were getting settled in alright."
"Oh" she steps aside to give you a view of her room "Thanks mortal this dark follower I mean normal mortal is doing fine, could I invite you into my dark lair, I mean room?"
You smile "Sure I'd be happy too."
She quickly users you in and lets you take a look around.
Her room………..well if her appearance didn't blow her cover her room would almost certainly do it. All around you are texts on various kinds of dark magic, one of which even appears to be alive. A tank full of poisonous serpents rests in one side of the room, while another one fully of the most adorable spiders rests on the other. Pretty much of all of the tables and shelves have some sort of dark artifact or another.
"Nice little setup you have hear." You comment "It's almost exactly the opposite of what an evil sorcerous would come up with…………..it really is."
"Thank you" Lexy replies completely missing the sarcasm "That was exactly look I as a fellow mortal I was looking because an evil sorcerous is exactly the opposite of what I am………..yes."
THUNK!
One of the magical artifacts, a skull mounted on a pile of bones, falls on the floor.
"IT BURNS!" the evil idol screams "IT BURNS!"
Eh………………you let out a yawn before speaking again "So what was that thing supposed to do?"
"BUIUUUUUUUUUUUUURNS!"
"Well" Lexy stares at it "It was an evil……I mean mundane rage detector. It alerts me to those who are weak to having their inner rage awakened, I mean who have temper problems." She takes another glance at you before panicking and trying to fix her wording again. "I mean who have no such problems but are not people you want to make angry anyway."
"MY INCORPORIAL BRAIN IS MELTING! MELTING! MEEEEEEEEEELTING!" The skull screams as it tips over "SOMEONE END MY WRETCHED EXISTENCE!"
BOOOOOOOM!
Across the room another Skull just like the one that fell on the floor but smaller explodes, much to Lexy's shock.
"What horrible being now controls my fate." You hear the mistress of dark magic whisper in horror.
"THAT MORTAL IS BEYOND THE POWER OF THE ABYSSE!" The Skull rolls so its eyes are looking at "NO WORDS NATURAL OR UNATURAL CAN EXPLAIN THE SHEER AGONY I FEEL AT THIS VERY MOMENT!"
Drama queen.
"So" you continue turning to the shocked Lexy "Are they supposed to do that?"
"No" Lexy's eyes are wide with horror "No they are not."
You shrug "So anyway other than those skulls things have been good on your end right? I haven't been too intense."
She rapidly shakes her head in the affirmative.
You stretch your arms "Well anyway I'm heading off to bed………….have a good night."
"Y-y-yes." Lexcy stutters "Y-y-y-you too."
